IV. Invasion of Darbar Sahib and the Carnage of the Sikhs
22-The Sikh Reference Library, the most valuable treasure of the Sikh nation, the Museum of the Sikh nation, and the Sikh Archives were burnt by the Hindu army. This was a declaration of the intention to eradicate Sikh Heritage, Sikh Archives and Sikh History. 23-Darbar Sahib was occupied by the Hindu army. The Sikh Granthi (Bhai Awtar Singh of Purewal) who was performing his religious duties reciting scripture, was killed at the most central part of the shrine. Several other priests and employees of the shrine were killed. The performance of religious ceremonies was halted for the first time in 222 years. After the capture of the building, poisonous gas was releasedinside the shrine so that there should be no survivors. The same was repeated at Akal Takht Sahib. 24-Postmortems were performed after 3-4 days (this was the Hindu attitude towards the Sikh dead). At the time of the postmortems, most of the bodies were in a putrid and highly decomposed state. Most of the dead had their hands tied behind their backs implying that they had not died during the action, but were killed at point blank range after having been arrested. Besides, thousands Sikhs died in custody in army camps, as Punjab, Khalistan was virtually under military siege. Some of these had been shot dead and others had died of thirst, hunger or suffocation. 25-Those who survived this carnage were detained under a charge of "war crimes". They were kept in different jails where they were tortured. Several Sikh prisoners became casualties due to such tortures and several others were crippled for life. About four hundred of these were transferred to Jodhpur jail where they were treated in an inhumane way. They remained in illegal custody since their arrest in June, 1984. Their number is more than 70,000. 26-After the attack upon the Sikh shrines it seemed as if there had occurred simultaneously an earthquake and a volcanic eruption. Almost all the historical buildings had been severely devastated. The building of the Akal Takht was simply a ruined structure. Darbar Sahib's inner-most shrine was severely damaged. There were more than 350 signs of bullets. The Hindu soldiers ran amuck with such hatred for the Sikhs and they took advantage of every opportunity to exhibit their savagery against the Sikhs, their shrines, their property etc. The Hindu army remained in complete control of the Sikh shrines for several months. According to the official declaration of the Hindu (Indian) government, the army remained in occupation of the Sikh shrines until September 28, 1984. In fact, the shrines were under the indirect control of the army for a longer period. Attack on other Sikh shrines 27-Not only Darbar Sahib, Akal Takht Sahib and other Sikh shrines at Amritsar were attacked by the Hindu army but also more than 125 Sikh shrines in various parts of Punjab, Khalistan. At Patiala, Mukatsar, Tarn Taran, Fatehgarh Sahib, etc. thousands of innocent Sikhs were killed while performing their religious rites. At several places, women and children died in large numbers. They were killed by the ferocious Hindu army as "flies are killed by wanton boys". Hindus celebrate the Attack on the Sikh Shrines 28-The attack on Darbar Sahib, Akal Takht Sahib and other Sikh shrines was celebrated by Hindus throughout India. At Amritsar, the Hindus distributed sweets to the army for "teaching a lesson to the Sikhs". Chander Shekhar (later the Prime Minister) was the only person who condemned the attack. But, he himself threatened another attack when he became Prime Minister. During Chander Shekhar’s regime more Sikhs were killed in fake encounter than during any other regime. Chander Shekhar even banned the observance of homage ceremony in the memory of those innocent Sikhs who were killed in Darbar Sahib in June 1984. It proves that all the Hindu leaders sailed in the same boat and any statement by a Hindu leaders was just a hypocritical show for the time being. Killing of the Thousands of the Protesters 29-The news of the carnage spread throughout Khalistan on June 5 and 6. Sikhs in their thousands rushed to Amritsar. The army fired at these processions. Even gunboat helicopters attacked these Sikhs with guns. A estimated (conservative) 5,000 to 10,000 Sikhs were killed on their way to Amritsar. The Sikh Soldiers 30-Sikh soldiers throughout the Indian sub-continent rebelled and left for Amritsar. These soldiers were attacked by the Hindu army. Several Sikh soldiers died and thousands were arrested. They were later tried and sentenced to long terms of imprisonment. Even earlier, the soldiers of the Sikh Light Infantry who refused to join the attack on Darbar Sahib were arrested and shot dead or were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment. 31-According to the statement of the Indian government dated August 17, 1984, 2334 Sikh soldiers marched towards Darbar Sahib after June 7, 1984. The Government asserted that 67 of them were killed 172 were put on trial. No mention was made about the other 2000 Sikh soldiers. The real number of the Sikh soldiers was, however, more than 5000. No one knows the fate of the soldiers. The Sikh human rights groups confirm that they were liquidated and their bodies were cremated secretly. "Operation Woodrose" - McCarthy-style Witch-hunt and Killings 32-After the massacre of the Sikhs in the Sikh shrines and the killings of the Sikh processioned, the whole of the Sikh country was sieged by the Indian army. Almost all the Sikh young men between the ages of 15 and 25 were arrested and those who showed signs of protest were killed. This was done to terrorize the Sikh nation. "Operation Woodrose" continued for several months. During these operations, unabashed State terrorism was released upon the Sikhs branding them as criminals and terrorists. Other acts, such as unjust arbitrary arrests, "McCarthy-style" witch-hunts, sadistic torture, and the cold-blooded shooting of Sikh young men in fake encounters, were perpetrated upon the Sikhs. Villagers were gathered before the police stations, beaten, and some were taken away (they never returned home). Several hundred villages of Khalistan were pillaged and one could not find any young man between the age of 15 and 35. This was the level of killing and atrocities by the Hindu army. The carnage and the persecution of the Sikhs put to shame and shade the atrocities the Nazis perpetrated on the Jews. 33-Hijacking of an Indian Airliner: To protest against the invasion of the Indian army on the Darbar Sahib, nine young men belonging to the Sikh Students Federation hijacked an Indian Airliner from Jammu to Lahore on July 5, 1984. The hijackers were: Parminder Singh "Harfan Maula" (Leader), Dalip Singh, Manjit Singh Babbar, Gurdip Singh Pardesi, Malaghar Singh Babbar, Harbhajan Singh, Harminder Singh, Gurvinder Singh, Ravinder Singh. (On January 20, 1986, three of them were sentenced to death, two were sentenced to life-imprisonment and four were acquitted. Later in 1989, the death sentence was commuted to life-imprisonment under the orders of a general amnesty). Two of the four (Manjit Singh Babbar and Malaghar Singh), who had been acquitted were killed by the Indian army while they were returning to India. 34-On July 11, 1984, the Indian regime released a "White Paper" on the Sikh situation. It was nothing but lies. (Later an Investigation Team comprising of Amiya Rai, Aurobindo Ghosh, Sunil Bhattacharya, Bhai Tejinder Singh Ahuja, and N.D. Pancholi exposed the blatant corruption of this so-called "White Paper"). Reign of Terror 35-Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi had let loose a reign of terror upon the Sikhs. The killings and detention of thousands of Sikhs continued for several months. Persecution, the torture and other atrocities on the Sikhs were routine. Every Sikh was agitated over this. Besides every Sikh employee everywhere in the Sikh Homeland and India was being discriminated against, harassed and insulted. Hatred for the Sikhs was preached by the official and the non-official media. All the newspapers except one or two, were hostile to the Sikh nation. Both Amritdhari (initiated) and the apostate Sikhs were being victimized and terrorized. This was tolerable for no Sikh and compelled some to resort to taking angry steps. The Sikh feeling for Indira Gandhi and Rajiv was the same as the Jews had for Hitler. On October 31, 1984, Sirdar Beant Singh (of Maloya) and Sirdar Satwant Singh (of Agwan, Gurdaspur), who were employees of the Delhi police, gunned down Indira Gandhi. After this, both of them surrendered. The Hindu police and security guards showered them with bullets. Sirdar Beant Singh died instantly. Sirdar Satwant Singh was seriously injured. He was saved and later hanged along with Kehar Singh (who died due to a conspiracy between the Hindu judges and Rajiv Gandhi). Carnage of the Sikhs (Black November 1984) 36-After the murder of Indira Gandhi, almost all the Hindu leaders went to her residence. Everyone expressed anger for the Sikh nation. Rajiv Gandhi was overjoyed to find so many sympathizers. On the evening of October 31, a secret meeting was held in one room of the residence of Indira Gandhi. This meeting was attended by Rajiv Gandhi, H.K.L. Bhagat (Minister), Jagdish Tytler (later Minister), Bhajan Lal (Haryana Chief Minister), Sajjan Kumar and a few other political leaders and police officials of Delhi. Rajiv rebuked these persons for sitting in a mourning mood. He asked them to do "something" to avenge the murder of his mother. He wanted "blood for blood": not just talk and sympathy. The persons present in the meeting immediately set to their task. They employed all the criminals of the area and asked the police to assist them in their "action". These criminals were each given one hundred rupees and one bottle of liquor along with weapons and petrol to burn properties of the Sikhs. All the Sikh policemen were asked to return to police-lines, thus clearing the way for carnage of the Sikhs. 37-From the evening of October 31 to November 9, 1984, several thousand Sikhs were butchered. They were roasted alive. They were tortured to death. Unspeakable atrocities were committed on the Sikhs. Sikh women were gang-raped. Their houses were pillaged and later burnt to ashes. The atrocities on the Sikhs, the torture and the carnage of Black November is the worst ever inhumane torture of any nation during the twentieth century. There is no equal to these atrocities in the history of any nation in the whole of the world in the past so many centuries. Even Stalin and the Nazis did not commit such heinous crimes. The police fully assisted and participated in these killings. 38-It is shocking that when the inhumane carnage of the thousand of the Sikhs (unknown to the history of mankind) was taking place several statesmen and politicians of the world were present at a distance of few hundred meters. The Embassies of the Western countries which create a hue and cry over killing of two or three person were observing the butchering of thousands of Sikhs as silent spectators. 39-When Indira Gandhi was killed, Rajiv Gandhi was in Calcutta. At the airport he said (it was shown live on the Indian Television), "teach a lesson to these bastards (Sikhs)" and it was followed by a show of savagery by the Hindu leaders, the police and the army. Later, Rajiv Gandhi not only justified these killings by saying that "whenever a big tree falls the earth is shaken" but also promoted the killers by granting them berths in his cabinet as well as other benefits. No Hindu leader mentioned in the "Report" Who Are Guilty? was ever charged or punished for the murder of more than 25,000 Sikhs. To defuse the situation a "Commission", formed to "inquire" into the killings and this drama, too, came to an end by drama of a trial and sentencing of a few minor criminals. Besides this, no action was taken against the killers of more than 25,000 Sikhs. 40-The Peoples Union for Democratic Rights and Peoples Union for Civil Liberties held a joint inquiry and published its report. The Report, entitled "WHO ARE GUILTY", identified 16 Congress leaders, 13 Police Officials and 198 others as the killers. None of these was ever arrested and prosecuted for the mass killings. (The Law is different for Sikhs and for Hindus). Instead of punishing the killers, Rajiv Gandhi honoured them. The writers of "Who Are Guilty ? stated: "(in Tirlokpuri)...Sikhs, mainly young men, were burnt alive within the connivance of local police machinery and active participation of an organized group of miscreants led by Congress (I) Councilor Ashok Kumar." "It was a continuous spree of arson, rape and murders. Women of fourteen to fifty were gang raped". "The attacks on the members of Sikh community were the outcome of a well-organized plan marked by acts of both commission and omission by important politicians of the Congress (I) at the top and by authorities in the administration." The whole of the report is a revelation for humanity. This Report made mention of only a small part of the whole. 41-The Hindu leaders call this GENOCIDE of the Sikhs "RIOTS". The savage butchery of a nation is labeled "riots". This is the justice of the Indian Press, intelligentsia, "humanitarian organizations", judiciary and politicians.

It is a comprehensive book regarding "Black November". Ibid., Annexture IV. ******************************************************************** 1989 January: The Sikh Information Centre, U. K., puublished the title, Bhindranwale Santan De Aakhi Chhe Din (Punjabi; The Last Six Days of the Saint-soldier Bhindranwale) by Balbir Singh Sandhu. Drs S. H. Mirza, S. F. Hasnat and S. Mahmood, Centre for South Asian Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, released their book, The Sikh Question ? From Constitutional Demands To Armed Conflict. These academics stated that the Sikhism possess a distinct socio-cultural personality, hence their present movement for an independent homeland needs to be understood in the wider perspective of their deep-rooted traditions and aspirations. Their work fulfils the need of the hour. 7th October: Brig.Gen Ben Blaz, Member of Congress, Congress of the United States was of the opinion that “Freedom of Khalistan was the only proper solution of the Sikh nation’s future” (Congress of the United States). June: The title Khalistan Di Lorh Kiaon (The Khalistan Movement)? by Sardar Sarup Singh Narang was published, in Punjabi by the Sikh Education Council, UK 1991 India Kills the Sikhs (first edition) by Harjinder Singh Dilgeer and Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon was published by Guru Nanak Institute of Sikh Studies, Norway, and released in November. 12th July: Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, President of Akali Dal, presented a memorandum to the Governor of Punjab, O. P. Malhotra, that the Sikhs are Sikhs just like East is East and the West is West and twain shall never meet (The Sword 10, 39-43, 1991). 1992 To commemorate the 8th Anniversary of the brutal “Operation Bluestar” on the Sikh nation on 6th June, The Sikh Educational Trust released its first publication, The Sikhs Struggle for Sovereignty An Historical Perspective by Dr Harjinder Singh Dilgeer and Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (ed) A. T. Kerr, at the WSO (International) meeting in Washington, D. C. June: Indian Government's Infiltration In the Sikh Organisations and Campaign of Slander and Sabotage - Dr Sekhon sent a copy of the paper, given to him by the then National President of WSO Canada, Mr Ram Raghbir Singh Chahal in 1992 at a WSO meeting, Vancouver, B.C., to the www.khalistan.net The salient features of this paper (1 of 4 or more pages) are that everything has proven right, although it was outrightly rejected, as far as he knows of, by the hierarchy of the then WSO. There was no other paper than what had been sent to the web site. Its legality was not known to him, as law is not Sekhon’s profession. Dr Sekhon was of the opinion that Hindu India Empire has spent more than 4500 crore rupees, equivalent of US $1.5 billion, to slander and make the Sikh community terrorist in the eyes of foreign countries, their governments, and other non-Sikh citizens. Before this, Indian intelligence agencies penetrated North America, especially Canada, to do this job (i. e., slander the Sikhs) well before the brutal code named army action Operation Bluestar and to wage an Undeclared War on the Sikh nation in June'84 (Kashmeri, Z and McAndrew B) 1989, Soft Target Lorimer Press, Toronto, On, Canada. And Kilgour, D 1994 Betrayal The Spy Canada Abandoned. Prentice Hall Canada Inc., Scarborough, ON, Canada. ISBN 0-13-325697-9, pp 129-163; these pages have been reproduced recently in THE SIKHS: PAST AND PRESENT Vol 7(1):32-39, 1997, ISSN 0803 5350; the author of this citation, the Hon David Kilgour, is the Secretary of State for Africa and Latin America, Government of Canada). Text of the paper: (1991-10, Monthly B-reading Washington) Cont. from p.2 K to be true. Pritpal Singh of NJ (New Jersy) is fully in the grip of Ranjit Singh Rana. So Dal Khalsa is no problem for us. 4-WSN (World Sikh News) Stockton is still an embarrasment for us. The exit of Dalgeer Singh Norway has given us great relief. So long Dalgir Singh does not write for WSN our half worry is over. To hinder publicity to Panthak Committee of Sohan Singh is our next target. We dont need more funds for the same.Internal conflict will be our next manuoeuver. 5-We have not been able to check Chardi Kala's role in USA. I.C.Times (Indo Canadian Times) is doing much but it can be boomrang. Terrorist sympathies among the Sikhs, may adversely affect the circulation of Mr. Hayer (Tara Singh ?) and C. K.may gain. Sandhu (Gian Singh?) group of WSO (world sikh organization) Canada has stood firm with ICT (Indo Canadian Times). So much so that they chose to loose Dalgir Singh Norway for Hayer. It proved to heavenly gift for us. Edmonton group, however, is an obstacle to our planning. The rest of the WSO Canada is now more of cultural group and less of political entity (at least from our point of view). The contribution of Mr Gurmaiz Singh Bains is encouraging. He has spent a lot of money to make WSO Canada a harmless group. Our Ottawa office believes that Bains has exaggerated the figures. Bains claims to have spent nearly one million Canadian dollars. Ottawa feels that the expenses are not more than two lakh dollars (CDN $200,000). Ottawa agrees that Bains was helpful in case of trouble from Norway. We confirm the assessment of Ottawa office (Indian High Commission). Norway should also be sent the instructions of A and B category regarding Dalgir Singh. 6-We have not been able to break the syndicate of Tracy-Stockton. Nevertheless, we have nourished egotism among the financial bosses, and now they have a firm hold on policy of WSN. It has further added to our achievement. We accept that our role has not been much.. More efforts will be done to consolidate our gains. 7-We have assisted 8 groups of artists from Punjab. This project has been 8-Jewish lobbying on Kashmir issue is successful. Our expenses on Hon'able Stephen Solarz have crossed the sanctioned amount. We have diverted the second publicity funds to this section. We shall recommend, that Mr Solarz should not be granted so much that he may develop greed. The bitterness created by our Iraq gesture is now much less than ever it was. Mr S. L. Sharma has been attending to this matter specially and successfully. He cont. p. 4 NOTE: OTHER PAGES, Preceding or following, WERE NOT RECEIVED I am of the opinion that above points are sufficient to explain how the Indian Mission(s) works against the Sikhs outside PUNJAB, Khalistan. Best regards (www.khalistan.net). 1993 3rd April: Dr Sekhon, in his letter to the then Chairman, Council of Ministers, P. V. Narsimhanrao, wrote that “there is no point to instruct Beant Sinh, your puppet Chief Minister of Punjab (elected by merely 9% of electoral votes; also see Chahrdi Kala 5th March, 1992. Katil Di Taj Poshi or Coronation of a murderer), and his police chief, K. P. Gill, to kill innocent youths and elderly Sikhs of India, merely to serve the Chankya-niti and Manu Samriti In May, the second edition of India Kills the Sikhs by Dr Harjinder Singh Dilgeer and Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon was published and released by The Sikh Educational Trust. On 17th June: Dr Sekhon wrote to the Hindu India’s prime Minister, Narsimhanrao regarding AIR INDIA FLIGHT 182 - 22nd JUNE, 1985, that took off from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Once again, the time has come when your morally and ethically devoid foreign diplomatic machinery, and alleged ambassadors of India and your administration, will be stepping up their hate compaign against the Sikhs under the guise of the 8th anniversary of the ill-fated Air India flight 182 that took off from the pious land of Canada. Although the politically dominated Indian judiciary system has been serving its New Delhi masters well, delivering the judgment in New Delhi’s favour by holding the Sikhs responsible for AI 182, no other court has yet concluded that the Sikhs have been responsible for the mishap that happened off the coast of Ireland. You, as home minister in mid 1980s, along with the Indian administration, have been engaged in using your propaganda machinery (newspapers, Indian television or doordarshan, sending cultural and sports teams and journalists like Jagjit Singh Anand abroad, academics who speaks the language of brahmins, or high class bigots, slander Sikh gurus and their teachings) to slander, persecute, terrorize and torture the Sikhs since “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984. However, Indian administrations including your own, have shed no light on the state run airline system. In the foreign newsmedia, Indian Airlines flights are aptly referred to as “flying coffins”, especially when one considers what has happened during the airline’s operation in the first six months of 1993. I was wondering if you or your board of enquiry have as yet decided which group you wish to link these unfortunate events to, the Sikhs or Muslims? I am particularly interested to know, assuming you would care to answer this letter, whether the incident that took place in the late 1970s at the Bombay airport for a scheduled Air India flight to a middle east country, in which then prime minister Indira Gandhi was travelling, was also caused by the Sikhs or by some disgruntled Air India employee(s). According to the findings of a one man commission, conducted by a judge of Maharashtra High Court, the first aircraft (upon which boarding had taken place and Indira Gandhi and her entourage were on board) did not start despite an Air India maintenance crew’s 3 hours struggle to fix the problem. After this struggle, a second aircraft was towed in, passengers, baggage and cargo was reloaded, but the second aircraft did not start. A third aircraft was brought in and the scheduled flight took off to its destination after the delay of several hours. The findings, as I recall, of the commission were that in the first craft electrical wires were found cut and the second aircraft had more water than aviation fuel. Did the enquiry commission conclude that the Sikhs were responsible, under Indian norms, for the electrical wires and high water ratio in the aviation fuel, or did some disgruntled maintenance employee(s) want to play with the lives of innocent but non-political passengers or was it because Indira (a corrupt, morally and ethically bankrupt person) happened to be one of the politicians on board, who had no regard for the Indian masses. Since the late 1970s and particularly since June 1984, what argument or explanation can you advance for the Air India 182 disaster not being a creation of Rajiv Gandhi, his administration (of which you were a member) and the Indian Research and Analysis Wing, the latter which is believed to be responsible to only the prime minister. Indicators clearly point out that it was done to slander the Sikhs, destroy their integrity in the eyes of their fellow countrymen, and make them a criminal tribe as done before by bigots like Nehru, Patel, Trivedi, Govalkar, Pant, Charan Singh, V. P. Sinh, Chandrashekhar, and Balram Jhakhar, who said that “to preserve the unity of India, if we have to eradicate 2-kror or 20 millions Sikhs, we will do so”, according to Sardar Amarjit Singh Khalsa, Spokesperson, Panthic Committee. Such defamation is aided by the Sikh quislings Pratap Singh Kairon, Giani Kartar Singh, Kuldip Brar, K. P. Gill, Beant Sinh, Surjit Barnala, Harchand Singh Longowal, Darshan Singh Ragi, Umrao Singh, Rajinder Singh Sparrow (Grewal), Zail Sinh, Giani Kirpal Singh, K. P. Gill, Inspector-General (Prisons) Katoch, Khushwant Singh, Patwant Singh, Jagjit Singh Arora (who justified the Operation Black Thunder) and many non-Sikhs like J. F. Reibero, Gen. Vaidhya, H. K. L. Bhagat, and army officer Ishar Khan, to name a few. The Sikh National Educational and Cultural Organization, Stockton, CA, USA, published “Main Han Dharat Punjab Di” (The Land of Punjab in post-Operation Bluestar of June, 1984’s time) by Dr Harbhajan Singh “Bhaji” Shergill. Dr H. S. Shergill stated that hardly any family was spared in Punjab from human rights infringement or violation. Mothers, sisters and brothers will never see their dear ones again who have been taken to the so-called interrogation centres, more poppularly known as the “butcher houses” of Punjab, Kashmir, Assam, Bihar and Tamilnadu. The grounds used to cremate these victims give the false impression of being calm and peaceful, but they are mourning the deaths of innocent - they are demanding an end to these ruthless, brutal slayings, and an end to human rights violations all over India. Even the waters of Punjab’s rivers and Canals and Jhelam river in Kashmir are riddled with the blood of innocent (Sekhon AS 1992 The Sword 11, 42-48; Reign of Terror in Indian Occupied KASHMIR World Conscience on Trial, - Heinous violations of Human Rights). 1994 3rd January: Bhai Gurdev Singh Kaunke, the former Mukh-Sewadar, Akal Takht Sahib, was abducted by the Hindu India’s police personnel on 20th December, 1993, from his village in Punjab. Bhai Jasbir Singh Rode, also former Mukh-Sewadar of Akal Takht Sahib, Advocate Balbir Singh Sooch and former police officer Darshan Singh, along with several other witnesses, testified in the enquiry of Bhai Kaunke’s abduction. Police officer Darshan Singh said that Senior Superintendent of Police Swarn Ghotna, Deputy Superintendent of Police Harbhagwan Singh Sodhi and an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Chanan Singh tortured Bhai Gurdev Singh Kaunke, at a CIA centre and other places, before dumping his body in a canal on 3rd January, 1994. June: An academic analysis of the books written on “Operation Bluestar” was made by Sekhon and Sandhar. The titles analyzed were the Indian government’s White Paper, Oppression in Punjab, Who Are the Guilty?, The Siege of the Punjab, Tragedy of Punjab, The Punjab Story, Amritsar: The last battle of Indira Gandhi, Punjab: The Fatal Miscalculation, Internal and External Threats to Sikhism, Unholy Terror, Blue Star Operation, Punjab Under Siege, India Commits Suicide, India: Million Mutinies, India: The Siege Within, Diary De Panne (Punjabi), Khalistan Di Twarikh (Punjabi), Ki Khalistan Banega (Punjabi)?, Dooja Jafarnaama, Dahishatgardi Dian Jarhan Kithe (Punjabi), Khalistan Maazi Ka Khawab Mustakil Ki Haqiqat by Tarriq Ismail Sagar, and Bharat Wich Qaumi Tahriq by Mohammed Jahangir Tamimi. Unholy Terror is the most un-academic work regarding Sikhs and Blue Star Operation by K. Brar, as the reviewers perceive it, has been written by a Research and Analysis Wing, Government of India, for K. Brar (The Sikhs: Past and Present 4, 22-26, 1994). 21st July: Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi July 21, 1994, SECRET IMMEDIATE, No. 110109-FS/94, Dr L. M. Singhvi, High Commissioner of India, India House, ALDWYCH, LONDON WC2 4NA. Srinivasan).[Source: The Sikhs: Past and Present 1994, 4(2), 40]. 6th November: According to an Indian newspaper, The Hitavada, the Union Government...made available Rupees 4,500 crore (US $1.5 billion) to the Punjab Governor, Surendra Nath (killed in a helicopter crash), to prop up terrorism in Punjab and Kashmir (1984-1994). Under this state-sponsored terrorism, the Hindu Indian democracy committed terrorist acts against innocent people, family members of Punjab police, teachers, doctors, engineers, news media men and public personalities, in an effort to label Sikhs as terrorists and justify its occupation of Punjab, Khalistan (Dr Aulakh’s letter of 3rd Feb, 1995 to the Indian Prime Minister). |
