BADAL'S CROCODILE TEARS?

Sirdar Gurmit Singh Khalsa

The members of House of Janab Baba Guru Nank Sahib should remove all the appointees of NDA out and form their own government and begin functioning in Khalistan. The Sikh leaders who have been repeatedly harassed, to put behind bars and released, the Sikh academics, the Sikh Diaspora must understand the ball game of the 'Brahmins-Hindus, Inc, and let the world know that "they had been a sovereign and secular nation, 1799 to 14th March, 1849, and they have to come out of the clutches of the deceitful and apartheid practicing 'Brahmins-Hindus, Inc., with immediate effect. Without 'sovereignty and independence', the Sikhs cannot survive in the 'occupation of the Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian democracy. The only answer to the problem is freedom of Khalistan, adds Habib Yousafzai.

Sirdar Gurmit Singh Khalsa comments that by clicking: www.rozanaspokesman.com you are requested to read news item at page 7 of the Rozana Spokesman, Saturday, 7 August 2010 wherein Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has written a letter to the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singhfor the protection of the Sikhs in Jammu & Kashmir. But he has not mentioned how Sikhs are safe in Punjab and the rest of India when we recollect the various Carnage episodes of the Sikhs since 13 April 1978 and even till today? What have they done to safeguard the interest of the Sikhs? Look at the fate of 1984 victims for the last (26) years where killers are being protected instead of the victims? Similarly, like Asian Games in 1982, Badal Government has been arresting and harassing the Sikhs well before the Commonwealth Games in October 2010?

O' Badal and other Sikh Leaders, have you never read even the First Stanza of Japp Jee Sahib wherein Guru Nanak Sahib cautions us daily:"Sahas Siaanpaa Lakh Hohi Ta ik Na Chalai Naal"Even if a person may cleverly play countless deceitful tricks, none would be of any avail at the end.

Will the Indian Prime Minister and Punjab Chief Minister tell the Sikhs - what action has been taken against the killers of (35) Sikhs of village Chitti Singhpura in Kashmir valley on 20 March 2000, few hours before then USA President Bill Clinton's arrival in New Delhi?

Will any Sikh Journalist question them and elicit clarification from the Sikh Leaders?

If You Confess Your Mistakes You Might Improve: Would You Ever Do That?

The bare details of 1947 and its legacy are stark. The partition of the British India Empire into India and Pakistan on 15th August, 1947 brought one of the biggest blunders of South Asia mainly by the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ backed by their ‘joe boy and his colleagues’. This ‘joe boy’ was none other than a Brahmin convert to the ‘House of Baba Nanak’, named Master Tara Singh (seeBetrayals of Sikh Nation By Master Tara Singh With British Transfer of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6, Second edition, August 2009). The Sikh Nation has been paying dearly for this mistake. Other than the Sikhs were the citizens of Bengal who also suffered in this carnage. This whole fiasco took the lives of more than 1.2 million people. The figures of the Hindus (neither a religion nor a culture) remain unknown. Muslim and Sikh nations accept their responsibility of the horrified killings of humanity on the both sides of the Eastern border of Pakistan, created on 14/15th August, 1947. They confess their mistake and have been repenting on it. They feel the pain of one another, although they cannot reverse the past presumably.  In fact, Hindu Brahmins made the transfer of the population more difficult in an attempt to flop the idea of Pakistan and also claimed that Pakistan will not run more than six months.

Undoubtedly the Sikhs are closer to Islam than Hindus and their -ism. The Sikh nation (under occupation of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’) would be safe if Pakistan’s one time the first ‘sovereign and secular’ nation, 1799 to 14thMarch, 1849, would again be sovereign. However, motivated by the false promises of Hindus, the Sikhs seem to be helpless unless the unforeseen happens. This happening will restore their rights, religious, social, political, etc., because of the cunningness and false promises of (Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Young India, March 19, 1931) and his ‘Brahmin friends, like Jawaharlal Nehru (Lahore Bulletin, January 09, 1930) and more; which made their ‘joe boy’, the Akali leader (see above) to side with them. The new masters of the Sikhs, who ‘robbed’ them and made a ‘Landless Sikh Nation’, do not repent what they did on this fateful day of the 15th August, to Sikhs and Muslims. And why should they as they have become a ‘sovereign nation’ after being ‘subservient’ to various empires, including the Sikhs, for more than 3500 years? This sovereign ‘Brahmin-Hindu’ India does not accept the existence of Pakistan, regardless of the author’s views. Within seven weeks post independence, they declared the ‘Sikhs as lawless people’ and dangerous to ‘law-abiding Hindus’. The draft for the first constitution handed over to parliament declared the Sikhs as long haired Hindus taking away their way of marriage, the Anand Marriage Ceremony replacing it with the Hindu marriage Code Bill (later became the Hindu Marriage Act).

At the time of ‘Dismemberment of East Pakistan in 1971’ by the “Brahmins-Hindus Indian army”, according to the Indian government the figures of the POWs (prisoners of war) told to the world were 90,000 professional army men surrendered, under the command of General A.K.Niazi, to Lt Gen Jagjit Singh Arora. It is not important how many of them were members of the force and how many of them were civilian population. The fact of the matter is Pakistan lost the war to India at the border of East Pakistan, whatever the reasons might be. It is the fact that the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ will not stop here. Their dream is the ‘Mahabharat or greater ‘Brahmin-Hindu’ state, and to see Pakistan weak so that it will not help Kashmiris in their liberation from the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ occupation. The people of Islamic Republic of Pakistan must take the notice that India is using its agencies to create the same chaos as it did in East Pakistan. Pakistanis should analyze the condition of Muslims living in India and be grateful to God and the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam that they have been a ‘sovereign’ nation. If they don’t realize being sovereign, then ask the Sikhs, Kashmiris or Palestinians what freedom is. The Sikhs took a notice in this week that the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ not only gave due respect to Lt. General Jagjit Singh Arora, but also are out to destroy their history, which is ridiculous. They are well aware that in November 1964; it was the Indian army which sabotaged an army helicopter in which 9-Sikh Generals were on their way to Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir). The copter crashed near Kud, the place where the leader of Kashmiris, Sheikh Abdulla had been imprisoned, before reaching its destination. Included in the sabotage were Lt. Gen Bikram Singh, Lt. Gen Daulat Singh, Lt. Gen Pinto, etc. The purpose of this sabotage was at least two fold: (i) to eliminate the Senior Sikh Generals that no Sikh General will become the Chief of Army Staff  and (ii), to remove the senior Sikh officers who have been in the way of the Brahmins-Hindus’ armed forces.

Kashmiris of Jammu and Kashmir (occupied by the alleged Indian democracy) and Sikhs of the Sikh Nation, Sikh Raj or PUNJAB (also under the occupation of the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947) are the brilliant and brave people of our world. Unfortunately,  the latter are virtually leaderless or these so-called leaders are the ‘joe boys’ of India, an expansionist county keeping more than seven hundred thousand (700,000) troops in Kashmir and more than four hundred thousand (400,000) troops in the ‘Landless Sikh nation’, Punjab, Khalistan, to suppress their liberation movements.

The atrocities committed by the Indian forces of the Kashmiris are beyond one’s contemplation, e.g., more than 192,685 killed, 215,877 arrests, 110,000 disappearances, 115,665 homes demolished by Indian Security Forces, leaving 122,675 widows and 207,218 orphans. Indian forces have been committing crimes against humanity such as rapes, torture, atrocities and gross human rights including humiliation and dehumanization violations of the Kashmiri people. Nobody is there to listen to their agony of the last 63 year.
Likewise, India has murdered over 260,000 innocent Sikhs since 1984 in an ‘undeclared’ war in the form of a brutal military “Operation Bluestar’ of June, 1984 (The Politics of Genocide by Inderjeet Singh Jaijee; press releases of the Council of Khalistan, (www.khalistannews.com; Dr. Sekhon’s edited text of June 2009, a publication of the London Institute of South Asia, cited above). It has also killed more than 312,500 Christians in Nagaland since 1947; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than 12,000 Assamese, Bodos, tens of thousands of Dalits (untouchables, the dark-skinned or aboriginal people of South Asia), Manipuris, more than 15,000 Tamils since the 1990s, and other minorities.  The Indian Supreme Court called the Indian government's murders of Sikhs and non-Hindu minorities "worse than genocide."

According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial.  Some have been in illegal custody since 1984, the time when India waged ‘An Undeclared war on the Sikh Homeland, Punjab’(25 Years After 1984 Assault on Durbar Sahib Laying the Foundation of Khalistan (ed) Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon, June 2009, ISBN 0-9548929-4-1, a publication of the London Institute of South Asia). Amnesty International, which supposedly ousted from India, reported that tens of thousands of other minorities are also being held as political prisoners.

The citizens of Pakistan are against any sort of discrimination against anybody on the bases of caste, color, creed and religion. Neither do Sikhs as per the teachings of their Guru Sahibans. If India had not occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab (Khalistan) and had treated well its minorities there could be peace in the region. A strong Pakistan is needed to liberate Jammu and Kashmir and to protect Muslims living in India. Similarly, a strong Pakistan will provide leadership to South Asia, provided the Pakistani nation act rationally. With weak leadership, any nation’s future is in peril.

The ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ are bigots and will never say sorry for their misdeeds. The writer feels if the two nation theory to divide India for the protection of Muslims was perfect then Khalistan must also be recognized as an independent country in order to protect Sikhs from Hindu-Brahmins cruelty. The Sikhs are a nation which never 'forgets and forgives' the atrocities done on them by Hindu-Brahmin.

 Annual Khalsa Day Parade

Annual Khalsa Day parade began at approximately 1:00PM at 7280 Airport Road and concluded at Westmore and Carrier Drive at Rexdale Gurdwara Sahib (Toronto, Canada) around 6:30 PM.  More than one hundred thousand (100,000) people of all ages participated in the parade.  Although the original prediction was for rain, it did not happen.  The writer feels that Akaal Purkh was closely hearing and watching the slogans of the Sikhs chanting "Waheguru, Waheguru", "Panth ki jeet", "Khalistan zindabad."  Therefore, He kept the weather pleasant for the easement of His loved ones.  Different kinds of foods and beverages were available for everyone. The Sikhs displayed high discipline keeping the environment clean.  The float displaying pictures of Banda Singh Bahadur the first emperor of the Sikhs, Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Gen Subeg Singh and Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale Shaheed was also included in the parade.  All the above heroes gave their lives for the cause of the Sikhs.  People like these are not born daily.  All Sikhs are indebted to those heroes.  The following quotes were written on the float said by Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale (Shaheed)

"I don't fear for a physical death, but when my conscience dies, that’s a real death"

"Freedom from slavery is achieved only when a person starts to feel and understand that he would prefer death to life as a slave." - 20th September 1983

"If a Singh abuses another Singh, A Sikh abuses another Sikh, do not respond by abusing him back. Say to him: "O Gurmukh, go ahead; abuse me again a couple of times if that's what satisfies you. If abusing or using foul language satisfies you, use it some more". If a Sikh slaps another Sikh, turn the other cheek. Say to him: "Hit me again if you wish". But do not do this to the Narkhdaris or to the police. No, only a Sikh to a Sikh. Say to him:

"Hit me more." He will not have the courage to do that. If someone utters a word that hurts and we respond by saying: "Brother, say a couple of more." His head will automatically hang down in shame. But what is the habit we have gotten into? If one lights one match-stick, the other says that he will be better than the first person only if he can light the entire match-box. This habit is bad for us. - May 1983

"I wish to say this with firm conviction that this time, when this place (Darbar Sahib) is attacked by the police, it will provide its own example to the world in the Khalistan will be created. Khalistan will certainly be created the day that the police come in here and wish to engage in some improper activity." - 27th May, 1983.

"A brother, I don't know if he came here to spy upon me, or whatever, only SatGuru (God) knows, as I'm not all-knowing. He said that the police have made a plan to kill my brother. It is a good thing, a thing to be happy for. Any day I receive the news that my brother has been killed from the bullets of the police, I will surely raise 5 jaikara's."

"Neither must Sikhs oppress nor neither should they live under oppression."

“For the Sikh faith I am ready to sacrifice everything I have…For the safeguard and protection of the Sikh religion we must all be united…I can die but I cannot see the desecration of my religion.”

A speaker said the Hindu marriage act is forced on Sikhs.  The Indian constitution is still unsigned by the Sikhs. This justifies the right of Sikhs in India to have a country of their own, where they can feel the glow of freedom.

One of the speakers also mentioned that once again we remember the 1984 holocaust of the Sikhs by the Indian Forces and repeat our call for justice for events that took place between June 1984 and November 1984.  Justice has been denied for more than 25 years.  Justice delayed is justice denied.

Another speaker said lets pledge today to stand together for the Sikh values of social equality, selfless service, and the betterment of humanity.

The slogans and speeches depict that the Sikhs are more committed than ever to their goal for the freedom of Khalistan and no hurdles can stop them.

The Fundamental Pillars of Democracy: EXPRESSION OF OPINION, FREE SPEECH AND RELIGION

Reaction of Surrey’s Mayor, Dianne Watts, Premier Gordon Campbell of British Columbia, Ujjal Dosanjh, a Controversial Member of Canadian Parliament (presently a Liberal but formerly the defeated leader of the New Democratic Party of B C and the Premier of British Columbia), and a MLA David Hayer at Surrey’s Vaisakhi (Revelation of Khalsa) parade, showing a float of Sikh Martyrs and raising the flag of Khalistan is not justified, but immaturity of the politicians also.

According to CBC’s report, Surrey Mayor Dianne Watts says the city will review the status of the annual Sikh Vaisakhi parade after a controversial float was included in the event Saturday, the 17th April, 2010.  More than 100,000 people attended the ‘Revelation of Khalsa’ parade and festival in the Vancouver suburb, but Watts said she was disappointed the parade included a float honoring Sikh separatists and extremists as martyrs. What an unfortunate statement of the Mayor of Surrey, who gets elected on the Sikh votes also. The float featured the flag of Khalistan, the independent Sikh state that the Sikhs want to carve out of India's Punjab state. Mayor Dianne Watts’ statement is virtually ‘devoid’ of the history of one of the segment of her town. The Sikhs are never cessations or separatists, as she thinks or she has been advised to be. To rectify her statement, she needs to interact with her one of the largest communities of the Town of Surrey.

According to Dr. Gurmit Singh Aulakh, President of the Council of Khalistan declared its independence from India on October 7, 1987, but the Sikhs have been “Struggling to regain their surrendered sovereignty, independence and political power, from the day they surrendered their sovereignty of the ‘First Sovereign and Secular nation of South Asia’, i. e., 14th March, 1849. In fact, India has been occupying the Sikhs’ Holy and Historic Homeland, PUNJAB (divided on 14/15th August, 1947), against their will by posting more than four hundred thousand (400,000) troops to suppress and oppress the Sikh nation, PUNJAB, since 15th August, 1947. The photos of people shown on the float were in fact the heroes of the Sikh Nation who were mercilessly butchered by the alleged Indian forces, in brutal military “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984. The very brutal military operation is also known as ‘An Undeclared War on the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB’. The writer feels that freedom is a God given birth right, granted to every human being.  If the Sikhs are demanding Khalistan, because of the deceits of the Indian administrations since 15th August, 1947, their demand is not only genuine but justified; because the Sikhs are seeking to restore their lost sovereignty. Instead of condemning the Indian government for the atrocities it is committing against the Sikhs, the democratically elected leaders listed above translate the Sikh struggle for freedom into extremism, siding with the policies of a foreign administration and abdicating their responsibilities from the ‘Historical Truth’.

The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, in Article 19, says that:

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. Freedom of speech is the concept of the inherent human rights to voice one's opinion publicly, without fear of censorship or punishment, the principles which lack in the Indian democracy since its inception. "Speech" is not limited to public speaking and is generally taken to include other forms of expression. The right is preserved in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and is granted formal recognition by the laws of most nations.

As matter of fact, Sikhs have contributed a lot towards the Canadian economy. They are honest, hardworking, peace loving and law abiding people. In order to conceal the truth, the Indian government and a handful of politicians have been spreading false rumors about the Sikhs. Who guides them for spreading these rumors against the Sikhs, it is anybody’s guess.  The concealment of the killing of over 250,000 Sikhs since 1984 and more than 52,000 Sikhs being held as prisoners without trial and cases, according to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), deliberately agitates their Sikh brothers in Canada in particular, and outside India in general. The Canadian government is, therefore, requested to kindly appraise the situation in the context that Indian authorities and their missions and/or hired hands, who have been chasing the Sikhs in Canada. This is exponentially worse in the Indian controlled Punjab (Khalistan under occupation since August 15th1947 the day India gained freedom from Britain).  Kirpan, not the sword, dagger or a sharp knife, is the emblem and one of the tenets of the Sikh religion, which is worn purely as a religious symbol by an initiated Sikh.  Besides, to celebrate Vaisakhi day is also mandatory in the Sikh religion similarly as Christmas for Christians, Eid for the followers of Islam or Yom Kippur for the followers of the Jewish faith.

Recommendations to Kashmir conference to be held on April 21, 2010
at a local hotel Srinagar in Indian occupied Kashmir!

Kashmiris of Jammu and Kashmir (occupied State by the alleged Indian democracy of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’) and Sikhs of the Sikh Nation, Sikh Raj or PUNJAB (also under the occupation of the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947) are the brilliant and brave people of our world. Unfortunately, India the so called biggest democratic county of the world and expansionist is keeping more than seven hundred thousand (700,000) troops in Kashmir and more than four hundred thousand (400,000) troops in Punjab Khalistan to suppress the liberation movements of these two brave nations.

The atrocities of the Indian forces committed on the Kashmiris cannot be forgotten, e. g., more than 192,685 killings, 215,877 arrests, 110,000 disappearances, 115,665 home demolitions, by Indian Security Forces, leaving 122,675 widows and 207,218 orphans. Indian forces have been committing crimes against humanity, like rapes, torture, atrocities and gross human rights, humiliation and dehumanization violations of the Kashmiri people. Nobody is there to listen to their agony for the last 63 years. â€¨â€¨Likewise, India has murdered over 260,000 innocent Sikhs since 1984, according to figures compiled by various human-rights monitoring groups (The Politics of Genocide by Inderjeet Singh Jaijee; press releases of the Council of Khalistan, (www.khalistannews.com). It has also killed more than 300,000 Christians in Nagaland since 1947; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than 12,000 Assamese, Bodos, tens of thousands of Dalits (Untouchables, the dark-skinned or aboriginal people of South Asia), Manipuris, more than 15,000 Tamils since the 1990s, and other minorities.  The Indian Supreme Court called the Indian government's murders of Sikhs and non-Hindu minorities "worse than genocide."

According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial.  Some have been in illegal custody since 1984, the time when India waged ‘An Undeclared war on the Sikh Homeland, Punjab’. Similarly, as according to the Association of Disappeared Persons, more than 110,000 people from Jammu and Kashmir have disappeared.  Instead of aiding in the fate of these people, Indian authorities are claiming that these people have crossed the LOC (line of control) for arms training. In fact, these innocent people either have been killed and their dead bodies have been disposed of secretly, or they are being kept in Indian jails in remote areas other than Jammu and Kashmir without any notice to their family members.  Amnesty International, which supposedly ousted from India, reported that tens of thousands of other minorities are also being held as political prisoners.

Setting aside all internal and external implications, Indian military troops are using inhumane tactics of ethnic cleansing to disturb the majority population of Kashmir, which had been practiced by the Serb forces on Bosnian Muslims in the past and recently by Israel on the Palestinians. The New Delhi administration must understand that if in the last five decades, it could not reduce the strong determination of the people of the Kashmir Valley, calling for freedom of their land, how could it do so now? Meanwhile, in the past, ‘composite dialogue’ between India and Pakistan took place on a number of occasions, but produced no results, prolonging the agony of the subjugated people of the occupied valley due to Indian intransigence. India has been acting on a deliberate policy of delaying tactics to find the solution of Kashmir and other non-Hindus and non-Brahmins. Delay in denying their resolution of the United Nations Security Council is the denial of justice as well. It may well be towards the policy of assimilation of these people into the ‘Hindus and their –ism. It must be understood that the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ are neither a religion nor a culture, according to Sir VT Rajshekar, the Editor in Chief, Dalit Voice. India very well is implementing a strategy of ‘terrorism’ under the pretext of Mumbai carnage and ‘Genocide of Muslims in Gujarat State (2002-2003). Despite Islamabad’s insistence, New Delhi wants to talk on the issue of terrorism alone and refuses to discuss any other issue. While the world is rapidly advancing towards modern trends such as renunciation of war as a state policy, peaceful settlement of disputes and economic development, India continues its suppressive and oppressive policies in Kashmir and elsewhere.

The founder of the Sikh religion (now the 5th largest religion of our world), Baba Guru Nanak Sahib, in the 15th Century defined the Hindus as the ‘butcher of mankind’, as inscribed in the Asa Mahalla in Guru Granth Sahib, the Holy scripture of Sikhs. The founder of the Sikh faith said: “Mathe Tikka Terrh Dhotti Kahai Hath Chhurri Jagat Kasai.” Its meaning in English is that the Hindus (an elite class Brahmin) has painted his forehead, has a white piece of cloth around his waist, has a lethal weapon (Chhurri) in his hand and he is the butcher of mankind.  The Sikhs political, economic and social situation in Punjab (Khalistan) is continuously deteriorating because of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ domination in civil and other administrations under the provincial/state and federal levels.

The Kashmir issue could be solved if Security Council  had implemented  its resolution 39 (1948) of 20 January and 47 (1948) of 21 April 1948; that the State of Jammu and Kashmir be decided in accordance with the will of the people through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite. It appears that Security Council has misplaced the resolution documents. Besides, whenever a third country after seeing the severity of the case offers mediation, India replies that this is a bilateral issue which it will solve with Pakistan only.  More than 63 years have already gone by, yet there is no change in the status quo. Kashmiris should also learn that no one will bring you political power and freedom on a platter. You will have to act when all peaceful means fails to fight for your rights, then you have to get your rights if you would like to survive as a ‘sovereign’ people, the sovereignty which is the ornament of the Muslims, Sikhs and other peace-loving people. To be successful in your goal, both Sikh Nation and the Kashmiris may however work together because they have a common enemy. They have to ensure that their efforts will not go in vain. The goal is very clear which is to force India out and/or to get its forces out from the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Khalistan, PUNJAB, the Sikh Nation. The writer is of the opinion that an appropriate and never-ending action is required in achieving their goal of ‘Sovereignty and break the chains of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ Slavery.

INDIAN PRIME MINISTER MANMOHAN SINGH AND THE SIKHS!!

Fourty-seven head of states gathered in the capital of the United States of America to participate in the Nuclear Security Summit began on April 12, 2010. India's Chief, Council of Ministers, Manmohan Singh met the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Mr Singh specifically advised his Canadian counterpart Harper to suppress the Sikhs, who are separatists [reflects that he is not a Sikh]. What a strange thing that Manmohan Singh, a Sikh himself, is suggesting the Canadian Prime Minister that the Sikhs are separatists. Does Mr Singh, supposedly a clean and honest person in the eyes of the head of states of our world and the international news media, like to tell his other head of states of the Nuclear Summit, tell that he himself is not a democratically elected Prime Minister of India. Rather, he is a 'selected or hand picked person by a handful and president of the Congress party of his country. He has not been elected by the electorates of any constituency of the Indian parliament. A non-elected and a selected person by his master, Sonia Gandhi, and the opponents of Sonia Gandhi's parliamentarian colleagues, I did not have any choice but to accept the offer of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' parliamentarians, because none of them was capable to become the Chief, Council of Ministers, the New Delhi administration, due to their in-fighting as reflected several times in the 'Brahmins-Hindus' parliament, known as the Lok Sabha or the Lower House of the 'Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian democracy'. Resultantly, the Indian parliamentarians could not find a democratically elected person by the Indian voters. What a strange functioning of the Indian democracy, the democracy of the 'Brahmins-Hindus', who have been masters for the practice of the shameless apartheid, devious, divisive, criminal and deceitful people.

Mr Singh's calling the Sikhs as 'separatists' is quite a strange example of the morally impotent and corrupt parliamentarians, which is not any 'unusual' happening as far as the 'Brahmins-Hindus' law-makers are concerned. Would Mr Singh answers to the Sikh Diaspora and their fellow heads of the international community that the 'unelected' 'Brahmins-Hindus' leadership did not 'robb' the Sikhs of Punjab, the Sikh Nation, the First Secular and Sovereign State of South Asia, from 1799 to 14th March, 1849? The Sikhs have been 'struggling to regain their sovereignty, independence and political power, which was surrendered to no one else but the British Empire on 14th March, 1849.

The unelected 'Brahmins-Hindus' politicians, after regaining their independence, made the Sikhs of Punjab a 'Landless Sikh Nation, PUNJAB' on 15th August, 1947. Why Mr Singh is telling his Canadian counterpart that the Sikhs are separatists? This is just because the Sikhs have been made a 'Landless Nation, devoid of their constitutional rights, and they have 'swallowed' the Sikh religion, and made it a 'sect' of the Hindus and their -ism. It should not be overlooked that the 'Hindus are neither a religion nor a culture'; whereas, the Sikhs are the fifth largest religion of the world.

Mr Singh should make it clear that he did not lie to the members of the Commission of the United Nations Human Rights, Vienna, Austria, 15-25th August, 1993, that he then Finance Minister of the P V Rao administration said: "I being a Sikh find no abuse of Human Rights of Sikhs much less any minorities in India." His statement was refuted in the strongest possible word by the Sikhs of the Europe and North America, who had been participating and attending the Human Rights Commission.

The fact remains that Manmohan Singh, being an unelected member of the Indian parliament, is merely a Chief, Council of Ministers, to serve the 'Brahmins-Hindus' of India. As such, he has been acting as a mouthpiece of his Brahmins-Hindus masters, to please them as well as acting against the 'Facts of the South Asian history' and to brand the Sikhs separatists, like his cabinet colleague, Kamal Nath, who had been visiting Canada in March/April, 2010. Interestingly, the latter has been summoned to appear before a Court of Justice in the United States for 'committing crimes against humanity'.

Mr Singh, being the assistant to the then Home Minister in 1984, P V Rao, has also committed crimes against the Sikhs by not telling his role in a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, in which Indian armed forces had taken a toll of more than 250,000 innocent Sikhs.

All Sikh are Hindus as claimed by Arun Lal?

Sat Sri Akal to all Sikh Sangat,

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

First of all, somebody asked about my identification a few days ago but I was a little busy.  He/she may verify about me from Sardar Harbans Singh Jandali, the chairman of Ontario Gurdwara Council email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and phone no. 416-804-1999,  Sardar Sukhminder Singh Hansra (owner Ankheela Punjab Radio Toronto) email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and phone no. 416-661-7272, Sardar Sukhdev Singh Gill (owner Aj Di Awaz Radio Toronto) email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it phone no. 416-841-7684, Dr. Awatar Singh Sekhon email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and Dr. Gurmit Singh Aulakh (President Council of Khalistan USA)   This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

I am in the receipt of the following email wherein Mr. Arun Lal claims that all Guru Sahibaan of Sikhs from Janab Baba Guru Nanak Sahib (founder of Sikh religion) to Tenth Master Janab Guru Gobind Singh Sahib were all Hindus.  As far as my knowledge is concerned, Sikhs believe in only one Akaal Purkh (Almighty Eternal God) contrary to Hindus who believe in many gods and goddesses. Therefore, I shall be extremely grateful if you kindly respond to Mr. Arun Lal in order to avoid any further confusion among the Sikh Sangat.

Regards,

Habib Yousafzai

Khalistanis (the Sikh Nation, Sikh Raj or PUNJAB, under the occupation of the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947)) and kashmiris of Jammu and Kashmir (also under occupation of the alleged Indian democracy of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’) are the brilliant and brave people of our world. The latter is somehow in deep sleep. They are assuming as it appears that the fight for freedom is not solely their responsibility.  Rather, it is the duty of their big brother. Kashmiries are hoping that big brother will give them the fruit of freedom on a platter after snatching it from the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’. Whenever they see an atrocity done by the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’, they cry and then return to sleep again. It appears that a horse merchant is sleeping after selling his horses. Khalistanis, the Sikhs of Punjab, on the other hand are more active and worried about their future, but going towards the opposite direction. An example would be a student who received the following questions to solve in an examination:

Examination on Sikh Nation’s Goals

Total Marks: 100
Question No 1.Unity of the Sikh Nation. (20 Marks)
Question No 2.Efforts for the Freedom. (70 Marks)

Question No 3. Collection of donations to help the Haiti people, Language, Chandigarh, Bachitar Natak alias Dasam Granth, Professor Darshan Singh’sviews, Duplicate Darbar Sahib,To obtain justice from Indian courts for the ethnic cleansing of Sikhs, Seeking permission to wear Dastaar in the countries other than Khalistan, etc. (10 Marks)
â€¨Note. Passing Marks for the Examination: 65% (in the Western Educational System & 33% in the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ prescribed Educational System in the post-British Empire or British Raj)

The first question is mandatory
ʉ۬The total time allowed is a 100 min

The Sikh Nation is busy with questions No 3 and 1; but it is not paying any attention to question no 2. They want to spend 90 minutes on question no 1 and 3 and the remaining 10 minutes on question number 2. For example, if they get full marks in question number one and three, still they will receive the result as a failure because the requirement to pass is 65 marks not 30. This is impossible for them because the problems in questions no 1 and 3 are the byproducts of the problem of the question No.2; that is, the slavery of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ and that is even against the teachings of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib, the founder of the Sikh religion.  They have to fight first for their freedom. Rest of their problems will be resolved by itself. In other words, the ‘Slavery of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ is the biggest problem. â€¨â€¨Therefore, Kashmiris should also learn that no one will bring you political power and freedom on a platter. You have to struggle forcefully by peaceful efforts. To be successful in your goal, both Sikh Nation and the Kashmiris should set their priorities and give emphasis on the issues in the order of importance. They have to ensure that their efforts will not go in vain. The writer is of the opinion that the appropriate and never-ending action is required in achieving their goal of ‘Sovereignty and break the chains of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ Slavery. â€¨

Sikhs protest in Toronto for Justice from Indian government

Over 10,000 Sikhs from Toronto and suburbs gathered today in front of King Edward Hotel, 37 King St. East, Toronto, Ontario to protest against the arrival of Kamal Nath, an Indian cabinet minister in Toronto. The protest continued for approximately 3 hours. It started at 5.30 pm and ended at 8.30 pm. At the present time, Kamal Nath is the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways in the Indian administration. He was here to sign a business contract with the Government of Canada.

The speaker was raising his grievance that in November 1984, following the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in New Delhi; Kamal Nath was leading a mob who was surrounding the Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib Delhi, India wherein Sikhs, along with their families, were taking refuge. An old Sikh left the Gurdwara and went to the mob to request some water.  Instead of giving water, Kamal Nath urged the mob to burn the old man.  After this incident the son of the old person came out of the Gurdwara and begged to take back the body of his father.  Instead of giving the body, he was also boiled in the boiling oil until death. The carnage did not stop there. Kamal Nath further ordered the mob to attack on theGurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib who in result killed more than 3000 innocent Sikhs, taking refuge there. Another speaker was stating that the Hindus-Brahmins mob did not spare the divine and Holy Scripture of the Sikhs, Guru Granth Sahib and burnt many copies of it.  One of the speakers stated that all these atrocities are done on the Sikh Nation because they don’t have their own Homeland (under the Indian occupation since 15th August, 1947), and there is no one there to listen to their voice.  Yet another speaker stated that they are still waiting for justice.  Instead of punishing Kamal Nath, he is being made a cabinet minister. He further added that India claims that it is the world biggest democracy, but it is full of criminal elements/parliamentarian, more than one-third serving as cabinet ministers.  The rally which was arranged by youths consisted also people of all ages including children, women, and elderly persons who were shouting as below:

1-No justice, no peace

2-We will not forget the Genocide of Sikh.

3-What do we want?  Justice!  When do we want it? Now!

4-Sikhs rights are human rights?

5-The people united will never be defeated

6-Justice what we want.

7-Hey hey!! Ho ho!! Kamal Nath has got to go back to India!

8-Panth Ki Jeet!

9-Arrest murderer Kamal Nath

10-Nath should not be allowed to stay in Canada.  He should be arrested immediately!

11-Kamal Nath is the killer of (burnt) innocent people!  He is an international criminal.

12-We shall not rest until Khalistan, the Sikh Nation, is free from Indian occupation.

Another speaker said police commissioner Gautam Kaul also confirmed that Kamal Nath was guiding and leading the mob. From November 1st to November 4th, Indian state armed institutions, such as the police, paramilitary forces and political leaders planned and systematically murdered Sikhs across India.   During these four days, more than a 100,000 Sikhs were exterminated, while 800,000 Sikhs were displaced and rendered homeless.  He further added the Government electoral (voting) lists were used to identify Sikh families homes marked for execution.  Sikhs were burnt alive while politicians incited people to kill them, as police stood idly.

Sardar Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a lawyer for Sikhs for Justice, an advocacy group said, “The constitution bars anyone involved in human-rights abuses, even if they have not been formally charged or convicted.”As the controversy grew Tuesday, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty’s office released a statement commenting on the deadly 1984 killing—the worst since India’s independence in 1947— saying, “I know many of our fellow Ontarians still feel the pain of these events very deeply, and I want to convey our sympathies.” But McGuinty continued 30-minute behind closed doors meeting with Nath on Tuesday.

The protest concluded with the statement that the Sikh Nation will keep fighting until they get justice for the ethnic cleansing of Sikhs done by Hindu-Brahmins in India as well as get their Historic Homeland, PUNJAB, Khalistan freed from Indian occupation.

************************************

Ravi Inder Singh (MLA from PUNJAB, the SIKH NATION, KHALISTAN),

cannot award Sikh Land to India as Khalistan (Punjab),

which represents about (26) million Sikhs all over the world.

It is not an exaggeration if I say that Khalistan (Punjab) is the estate of 26 million Sikhs.  However, the Former Punjab MLA Ravi Inder Singh, leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal (1920), said that “the demand for Khalistan is not in the interests of the Sikh Nation.” This is equal to showing a candy to a kid.  The Hindu Brahmins did promise himself and sometimes used a person from the Sikh Nation to cheat them.  Likewise, the newly converted to Sikh religion Master Tara Singh never had the interests of the Guru Khalsa Panth. He along with his masters M. K. Gandhi and J L. Nehru had been tricking the Sikh nation since August 15, 1947. Now, that kid has grown up and cannot be cheated anymore. The writer is not convinced either.  How, in the sovereign Khalistan, where they will be enjoying a democratic government (meaning a government for the people, by the people, of the people) will not serve to the entire satisfaction of their citizens?  Even a bird owns its own nest (But the Sikh nation cannot have the home which they can call their own). Sometimes when another bird enters his nest the owner fights back until the occupier leaves.  Sikhs understand without political power, religions cannot flourish, nations perish and the Hindus repression will continue. India is claiming that it is one of the world’s biggest democratic nations but the minorities are treated like third class citizens.

As a matter of fact, both Nations (the Sikh Nation and the citizens of the Indian occupied territory of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, ever since 15th August, 1947) have been struggling to regain their land, occupied by the tyrant’s forces against their wishes. Nobody can forget the atrocities of the Indian forces committed on the Kashmiris, e. g., more than 192685 killings, 215877 arrests, 115665 home demolitions, by Indian Security Forces, leaving 122675 widows and 207218 orphans. Indian forces have been committing crimes such as rapes, torture, atrocities and gross human rights violations of the Kashmiri people. Nobody is there to listen to their agony for the last (63) years.

Similarly, India has murdered over 260,000 innocent Sikhs since 1984, according to figures compiled by various human-rights monitoring groups (The Politics of Genocide by Inderjeet Singh Jaijee; press releases of the Council of Khalistan,(www.khalistannews.com). It has also killed more than 300,000 Christians in Nagaland since 1947; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than 12,000 Assamese, Bodos, tens of thousands of Dalits (“Untouchables,” the dark-skinned or aboriginal people of South Asia), Manipuris, more than 15,000 Tamils since the 1990s, and other minorities.  The Indian Supreme Court called the Indian government's murders of Sikhs "worse than genocide.

According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial.  Some have been in illegal custody since 1984, the time when India waged ‘An Undeclared war on the Sikh Homeland, Punjab’. Amnesty International reported that tens of thousands of other minorities are also being held as political prisoners.

In a nutshell, I would say that Sikhs and Kashmiries are on the right track. It is now India’s turn to give it a second thought to its illegal occupation of Khalistan and Kashmir. It will be more appropriate to say that Sikh and Kashmiries don’t have any other choice left but to fight until India is compelled to take its forces out from their territory. (Sirdar Gurmit Singh Khalsa Jee added), “During British Rule, the prominent Hindu Leader late Bal Gangadhar Tilak used to declare: "Swaraj - Independence is our birth-right" and "If you deny us swaraj we will blow you to smithereens". (Page 158 A History of the Sikhs, Volume 2, By Khushwant Singh -1999 Edition). Why then the Kashmiris and Sikhs can't demand separate Independent States within UN Declaration of 1948”?

The real plan is to pursue a goal which is achievable and creates

perpetual peace in the region.

I have gone through the article “Beheading the Sikhs: Pak Taliban’s Historic Blunder” written by Rajinder Puri.  His views are very interesting; however, he is accusing the Taliban for a murder for which nobody is sure of the real culprit.  Rajinder Puri also views that “Khalistan demand might revive for a region encompassing as much of Pakistan ruled Punjab as the Indian Punjab." Along with Pashtunistan and Baluchistan, Khalistan too could become Pakistan’s headache. Islamabad and New Delhi, caught in the pincer move of Sikhs and the Pashtuns, could be compelled to fundamentally alter the present sub-continental arrangement”. There is no harm in giving the portion of Pakistan ruled Punjab to Sikhs but it will imbalance the population of Sikhs, meaning the ratio of Sikhs comparing to others will come down. The Muslims already had experience to live with their Sikh brothers without complaints while Maharaja Ranjit Singh was ruler of Punjab for about 50 years. However this will not work out in the current world system. As soon as Pakistani control of Punjab’s portion is added to Khalistan, the Sikhs will again become minority in the area and will not be able to make a Sikh government. Also, there will be Muslim government in Khalistan which is not justified with the Sikhs after their long wait.  The key point to success is you should pursue a goal which is achievable. I have a question for Mr. Puri, if Sikhs start another fight with Pakistan while they are fighting with India, will they succeed? The writer sees many of these kinds of incidents such as attacks on innocent Sikhs or attack on their place of worships in the future because they have a fight with the Hindu-Brahmins the most lawless and cunning society on earth as said by the Founder of the Sikh religion Janab Baba Guru Nanak Sahib the revered personality of the world.

For instance the Sikhs have the blessings of their Gurus (1469-1708), who taught them how to lead a Truthful life based on righteous deeds within the concept of "Piri-Miri" i.e. Spiritual as well as Temporal, Bhagti-Shakti, Sant-Sipahi. At the same time Hindus in India should not forget their past leaders' call that every person has the right to attain Independence. If after the slavery of more than 900 years Hindus could get Independence on August 15th, 1947, why can't Sikhs aspire to get back their Independent State of Punjab, which was lost on March 14th 1849 due to the treachery of Hindu Dogras and Poorbias under the influence of British Rulers. Resolution passed by SGPC on March 9th 1946 for the establishment of an Independent Sikh State still stands. Therefore, a Sikh will be safe where ever he lives in Khalistan or abroad if they have their own strong Khalistan. After their long struggle they know now how to play safe and not be distracted from their focus. Pashtunistan and Baluchistan problem does not exist as Pakistan cannot afford another dismemberment. They already learnt a lesson from the separation of Bangladesh.  Now they will not ignore their Pashtune Baluchi or Sikh brother living in Pakistan.

Some dreams are reflections of intrinsic motives and not necessarily fulfilled. Other dreams are the anticipatory knowledge of an incident to be happening in the future. The writer has a real plan therefore does not believe in either of the two imaginary plans given by Mr. Puri. While we physically count and take action, there is no need to estimate and assume which action is legitimate and achievable. All three nations, Sikhs, Muslims and Hindus have clear cut plans to follow.  Once Sikhs get their homeland Khalistan freed, it will serve as a buffer zone state between India and Pakistan. [Sirdar Gurmit Singh Jee, Australia added] “ If Hindus in India do not change their attitude towards the adherents of other religions, days are not too far away when India will meet the same fate as happened with Russia about two decades ago” !!

As a matter of fact all three nations will benefit : Pakistan will get a sigh of relief as it is tired of spending its hard earned money on ammunition since  August 14th 1947 the day Pakistan got freedom from the British.  Sikhs will get back their God given birthright of freedom. Hindus will be content because you cannot be satisfied if you owe something to somebody. As soon as Hindus realize Sikh rights, they will also get their forces out of Jammu and Kashmir, which was grabbed by India by force.

Condemnation on killing of Two Sikhs by Taliban

PTI reported on Sunday that two Sikhs Jaspal Singh and Mahal Singh who kidnapped 34 days ago have been beheaded by Pakistani Taliban. It is also said that the body of Jaspal Singh was found in the Khyber region, whereas the body of Mahal Singh was found in Aurakzai Agency.

To tell the truth, no religion recommends this kind of inhumane act of killing. As far as Islam is concerned it is said in the Quran, if you save 1 person it means you have saved all of humanity and if you have killed 1 innocent person, it is equal to killing all of humanity. It is an establish fact that India is playing havoc with Pakistan. The Pakistani Taliban is being sponsored by the Indian intelligence and the Mossad, by the way, to carry out their attacks in Pakistan. The Mossad is very active in Pakistan and they are providing all the guidance and technical support to the Indian intelligence. India wants to create a rift among the Muslims and between Muslims and non-Muslims.  India wants to make Pakistan weaker so that it will not be able to help Kashmiris and Sikhs in their fight for liberty against India.

My sympathy goes out to the Sikh nation and, in particular, to the dependants of Jaspal Singh and Mahal Singh for this irreparable loss.  My heart is filled with sorrow and hopes that this kind of tragedy will not happen again.  Non-Muslims including Sikhs living in Pakistan are our brothers and they have every right to live their safe and sound. I personally believe that this is not the act of a Muslim. No matter what, I strongly condemn such kind of killings and demand from the government of Pakistan to take appropriate action as it is their responsibility to protect every citizen of Pakistan.

Regards,

Habib Yousafzai

Friend or Foe !

A person is mentally bankrupt if he/she hates any human being on the basis of caste, colour, creed or religion as God has created everyone equal.  No one has the right to discriminate against anyone else.  However, the self-protection in any unforeseen situation is one’s prime responsibility. Some take the precautionary measure to face the unforeseen, while the large majority learn from mistakes, as the writer views it.  Some learn from their past mistakes and some do not learn how to rectify their blunders. Consequently, they pay dearly in their lives.

A sales person provides an opportunity to his potential buyers to understand the goods he is selling and his customers buy from him. In introducing writer’s subject of ‘Friends and Foes’, the deliberated  dismemberment of East Pakistan, now Bangladesh, took place as the political situation in East Pakistan was highly volatile, the land was physically hundreds of miles away from the mainland and capital of Pakistan, did not try to understand the consequences of their separation from their brothers in the mainland and did not try to see the ‘ulterior’ motives and interests behind of their immediate neighbour with the venomous policy of propaganda mechanics and the animosity against the Muslims of Pakistan, West and East alike, and fell victim of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ doctrine of superiority than any other nation regardless of the religion, ethnicity or physical situation. There had been two perfect examples before the people of East Pakistan, which were (i) the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ aggression on the Daman, Deu and Goa territories, (ii) their thrusted was on the northern borders against the Peoples’ Republic of China. The latter, by some has been described as the Nehru’s China debacle. In this debacle, the Indian administration of JL Nehru had to face the worst defeat of his political career and I would not be surprised that the China debacle shook the Indian administration, Indian armed forces, the confidence of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ armed forces in their political leadership in the post-15th August, 1947. It will not exaggerate if the author says that the brave Sikh generals and the Sikh soldiers lost their trust in the Indian administration. The people of the East Pakistan led by their Awamy League and its leader, who played in the hands of their traditional enemy, the Brahmins-Hindus of India, saw supposedly a better choice and improved economy, as against their own brothers of the West Pakistan. What a tragedy!

The people of East Pakistan were agitated against their brothers in the West half to such an extent that they became virtually blind and did not recognize their ‘foe’. Because of their ill will against their brothers in the Western Pakistan, the political hysteria of the Awamy League sided with their ‘foe’ and made an irreversible blunder, created terrible mistake for themselves and their Muslim brothers of the West Pakistan (now the Islamic Republic of Pakistan). The author need not to provide any explanation as the international politics has recorded all events, since the dismemberment of Pakistan. East Pakistan became a nation known as ‘Bangladesh’; one of the poorest nation of South Asia.

Bangladesh’s establishment on the world map came into being with the aid of Indian armed forces, the Research and Analysis Wing’s activities and the ill-will policies of the leader of the Awamy League. Since the newly emerged, the state endured famines, natural disasters and widespread poverty, as well as political turmoil and military coups. The restoration of democracy in 1991 has been followed by relative calm and economic progress.  If India is such a philanthropist why it is hesitating to give the God given birth right of freedom to Sikhs and Kashmiris despite of the fact that both are fighting for it since August 15, 1947.

Bangladesh is the seventh most populous country and is among the most densely populated countries in the world with a high poverty rate. However, per-capita (inflation-adjusted) GDP has more than doubled since 1975, and the poverty rate has fallen by 20% since the early 1990s. The country is listed among the "Next Eleven" economies (in South Asia or in the world?). Dhaka, the capital, and other urban centers have been the driving force behind this growth.

Geographically, the country straddles the fertile Ganges-Brahmaputra Delta and is subject to annual monsoon floods and cyclones. It has the longest unbroken sea beach in the world in the Cox's Bazaar. The government is a parliamentary democracy though. Bangladesh is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, the OIC, SAARC, BIMSTEC, and the D-8. As the World Bank notes in its July 2005 Country Brief, the country has made significant progress in human development in the areas of literacy, gender parity in education and reduction of population growth. However, Bangladesh continues to face a number of major challenges, including economic competition relative to the world, serious overpopulation, widespread poverty an increasing danger of hydrologic shocks brought on by ecological vulnerability to climate changes, widespread political, bureaucratic corruption and implied policy of India to make its neighbors weak to create infighting among the ethnic group.

India, as usual, has been playing its divisive role in creating the rift between the people of Pakistan and the people of Bangladesh.  India sent its trained army personnel in guise of Pakistani army who did atrocities on the innocent people as well as committed crimes such as rapes of the university going female students and women, and blaming on the Pakistani’s interferences.

As the Indian armed and intelligence personnel provided cover up in the Bangladesh’s cessation from Pakistan, it is interesting to note that the same game has been played against the Sikhs of Khalistan and other non-Brahmins-Hindus’ struggles for their liberation against the ‘Enslavement of the Brahmins-Hindus’ since the Brahmins-Hindus independence on 15th August, 1947. The prime examples are as to what has been happening in Assam and 7-sister of Assam, Manipur, Orrissa against the Christians and other non-Brahmins-Hindus; leaving the Sikhs’ struggle for sovereignty aside, because they stood up against the brutal undeclared war on the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB. The Brahmins-Hindus waged an undeclared war against them in June 1984. Indian forces had been employed indiscriminately on the Sikhs’ Holy and Historic Homeland, PUNJAB, their Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar, as well as their ethnic cleansing by Indian forces. The deceitful and divisive Indian Governmental agencies have been committing crimes after crimes and have been describing these criminal acts on the Sikh freedom fighters, so that an ordinary and peaceful Sikh will not participate in their struggle.  As a result, the Sikhs have failed in liberating Khalistan from the enemies of their Sikh Nation.

In fact, Bengalis might have been major contribution in the creation of Pakistan. They have proven it twice in 1947 as well as in 1971. They are intelligent, loyal, nationalist, brave and ready for the sacrifice, but are unable to understand the vicious policies to land of Bengalis. It goes without doubt that the Bengal produced many brave leaders like Nawab Siriajuddawala. Bangladeshis know that India’s good behaviour is a fraud because India is following the anti-Brahmins-Hindus policies for their ‘Dream of greater India or greater alias Maha-Bharat.’

Excommunication of Professor Darshan Singh Jee!

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate

The 10th Master Guru Gobind Singh Sahib said “Agia pahi Akaal ki tabhi chalayo Panth,Sab Sikhan ko hukam hai Guru manyo Granth” meaning with the order of the Eternal God has been established Sikh Panth, all the Sikhs hereby are commanded to obey the Guru Granth Sahib as their Guru. Professor Darshan Singh Khalsa is not adding or deleting anything to it. The writer had a chance to listen to Khalsa Darshan Singh jee on many occasions. To the best of my knowledge and belief, he has never said a single word against Guru Sahiban or Guru Granth Sahib.

It is not so difficult to understand that the Indian government and Punjab State Government want to divide the Sikh nation and keep them busy with constant infighting so that they will be distracted from the issue of Khalistan.  It is well known that at the time of the gruesome attack of the Indian forces at Darbar Sahib in June 1984 and subsequent genocide of Sikhs, it was Professor Darshan Singh who was resisting and his slogan was “if a Sikh is not Khalistani he is not a Sikh.”  The Hindus would not spare him after such a statement.  Recently, a Hindu leader visited and raised the question why Saint Jarnail Singh Shaheed Bhindrenwale’s picture was showing in Darbar Sahib as well as suggested that Muslim faqirs Bani be excluded from the Guru Granth Sahib.  The Hindu leader did not realize that the Guru Granth Sahib is the Holy Scripture and not an ordinary book wherein you can remove or add something of your own. You may note what the slave and uncivilised / uneducated Jathedars did to the Nanakshahi calendar, what more do you need to see to open your eyes. Instead of fixing the exact Date of Guru Nanak Sahib's Birthday, they have distorted all the past Historical dates but they love to celebrate Sangrands, Pooranmashi, Massaya, Diwali, etc. It is imperative to be able to differentiate between a friend and foe because a good person should not be cheated twice.  Stand up and liberate Khalistan as per SGPC Resolution passed on 9 March 1946 so that the Sikh nation starts making its decisions on its own. The so called order (Hukamnama) claiming the excommunication of Professor Darshan Singh jee from the Panth is invalid as this is neither in commensurate with Sikh Rahat Maryada / The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925, nor conforms to the Gurbaani enshrined in the Guru Granth Sahib, but has been issued under the influence of Hindu masters and keshadharis Hindus placed in Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Chandigarh, the Fort of Chandi Deity, Patna, Nanded?

JOINT DEMONSTRATION IN CANADA AGAINST THE ALLEGED

INDIAN OCCUPATION OF THE KASHMIRI AND SIKH NATIONS,

SINCE 15th AUGUST, 1947

Sikhs and Kashmiris from Toronto suburbs gathered in front of the Pearson Convention Centre at 2638 Steeles Avenue East, in Brampton, Ontario, Canada to protest the 60th Celebration Day of the Indian Republic, a democracy of apartheid practicing Hindus-Brahmins.

On the 26th January, 1950, the Sikhs’ elected representatives, Sardar Hukam Singh and Sardar Bhupinder Singh Mann,‘Rejected’ the Indian Constitution 1950, its draft and final adopted forms.  This was the day when the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’, headed by JL Nehru alias Mobarak Ali, declared India a republic; despite the ‘rejections’ by the Sikhs’ in1948’, the 26th November, 1949 and on 26th January, 1950. These three times were not only the ‘rejections’ by the Sikhs, because the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ betrayed The Sikh Nation, from all its promises of pre-15th August, 1947 era. More recently and at the fourth time, the Sikhs’ National Professor of Sikhism, Sirdar Kapur Singh, ICS (Indian Civil Service, now the Indian administrative Service), Member of Parliament, and MLA, the Sikhs’ elected representative to the parliament, ‘REJECTED’ the Indian Constitution 1950 on the 6th day of September, 1965 and called itcurate’s egg. Since then, the Sikh Nation has told the world bluntly that the Indian Constitution 1950 is not worth the paper written on it.
Reasons to Reject the Indian Constitution, in its draft and Final Forms: (i) Broken promises, (ii) to make the Sikhs ‘slaves of the Brahmins-Hindus’, the people who had been ‘subservient’
for more than 3,500 years to the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British,  and Portuguese, etc. On 15th August, 1947, the unelected ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ leadership ‘robbed’ the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, The Sikh Nation, and made them a ‘Nation of Landless People’. A Hindu convert to the ‘House of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib’, Nanak Chand Malhotra, became Tara Singh, the leader of the Sikhs’ political party, the Akali Dal and betrayed his Sikh followers of the Sikh Nation (see “Betrayal of Sikh Nation By Master Tara Singh With British Documents of Transfer of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh (U K), Second Edition, August 2009, ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6,” (iii) just 7-week after the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ independence, the Sikhs were made the ‘Lawless people dangerous to the law-abiding Hindus-Brahmins, (iv) when the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ democratic tricks, so to speak, did not work, the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ administration divided the Sikh Homeland into Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh states, to dilute the Sikhs. In other words to ‘Imbalance’ the Sikhs:Hindus-Brahmins ratio’.
Both Nations (the Sikh Nation and the citizens of the Indian occupied territory of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, ever since 15th August, 1947) have been struggling to regain their land, occupied by the tyrants forces against their wishes. Nobody can forget the atrocities of the Indian forces committed on the Kashmiris, e. g., more than 192685 killings, 215877 arrests, 115665 home demolitions, by Indian Security Forces, leaving 122675 widows and 207218 orphans. Indian forces have been committing the crimes, like rapes, torture, atrocities and gross human rights violations of the Kashmiri people. Nobody is there to listen to their agony.
Similarly, India has murdered over 260,000 innocent Sikhs since 1984, according to figures compiled by various human-rights monitoring groups (The Politics of Genocide
by Inderjeet Singh Jaijee; press releases of the Council of Khalistan,www.khalistannews.com). It has also killed more than 300,000 Christians in Nagaland since 1947; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than 12,000 Assamese, Bodos, tens of thousands of Dalits (“Untouchables,” the dark-skinned or aboriginal people of South Asia),  Manipuris, more than 15,000 Tamils since 1990s, and other minorities.  The Indian Supreme Court called the Indian government's murders of Sikhs "worse than genocide."
According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial.  Some have been in illegal custody since 1984, the time when India waged ‘An Undeclared war on the Sikh Homeland, Punjab’
. Amnesty International reported that tens of thousands of other minorities are also being held as political prisoners.
The Indian police arrested human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, who exposed the policy of mass cremation of Sikhs by the alleged ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ democracy. His report submitted to the judicial authorities cited over 50,000 Sikhs arrested, tortured, murdered, and then their bodies declared unidentified and then secretly cremated.  Mr Khalra, a Human Rights Activist of the Akali Dal-Badal faction was murdered in the police custody.  His body was also not given to his family.  The police never released the body of former Jacking Custodian/jathedar
(Gurdev Singh Kaunke) of the Akal Takht, the Supreme Seat of Sikh Polity, situated in the premises of the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar. The party under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police Ajit Singh Sandhu (now living in Canada, according to a published report in www.rozanaspokesman.com <http://www.rozanaspokesman.com/> ) has killed Mr Khalra (Sekhon AS and Dilgeer HS 1999A White Paper On Khalistan (A True Story) The Sikh Nation (ed) AT Kerr ISBN 0-9695964-8-0).  Ghotna, who tortured and murdered in cold blood Jathedar Gurdev Singh Kaunke has never been brought to trial. No one has been brought to justice for the kidnapping, torture and murder of Jaswant Singh Khalra either.
The Sikh speakers expressed their views that their nation is fighting for freedom following the fall of the Sikh Kingdom of Monarch Ranjit Singh in 1849.  It has been noted that out of 2,175 the Indian martyrs for freedom, 1,557 or 75% were Sikhs.  Out of 2,646 Indians sent to the Andaman for life imprisonment 2,147, or 80%, were Sikhs.  Out 127 Indians who were hanged, 92, or 80%, were Sikhs. In reality, they were the citizens of the ‘Motherland Punjab’ ‘annexed’
by the British Empire on 29th March, 1849. Since then, the Sikhs have been continuing their ‘Struggle to regain their Sovereignty, by peaceful means. The Sikhs comprise of the 2% of India’s total population of more than 1.2 billion hungry mouths.  The protestors consisted of people of all ages including children and women.  They were demanding freedom and asserting that the Indian Army should be out of Khalistan (Punjab) and Kashmir.  Indian government is keeping more than 400,000 troops in Punjab and more than 700,000 troops in Kashmir in order to suppress and oppress the movement for freedom of these two nationalities.
One of the Kashmiri Speakers said setting aside all internal and external implications, Indian military troops are using inhuman tactics of ethnic cleansing to disturb the majority population of the Kashmir, which had been practiced by the Serb forces on Bosnian Muslims in the past and recently by Israel on the Palestinians. New Delhi must understand that if in the last five decades, it could not reduce the strong determination of the people of the Kashmir Valley, calling for freedom of their land, how could it do so now? Meanwhile, in the past, ‘composite dialogue’ between India and Pakistan took place on a number of occasions, but produced no results, prolonging the agony of the subjugated people of the occupied valley due to Indian intransigence. India has been acting on a deliberate policy of delaying tactics to find the solution of Kashmir and other non-Hindus and non-Brahmins. Delay in denying their resolution is the denial of justice as well. It may well be towards the policy of assimilation of these people into the ‘Hindus and their –ism. It must be understood that the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ are neither a religion nor a culture, according to Sir VT Rajshekar, the Editor in Chief, Dalit Voice
. India very well be implementing a strategy of ‘terrorism’ under the pretext of Mumbai carnage and ‘Genocide of Muslims in Gujarat State (2002-2003). Despite Islamabad’s insistence, New Delhi wants to talk on the issue of terrorism alone and refuses to discuss any other issue. While the world is rapidly advancing towards modern trends such as renunciation of war as a state policy, peaceful settlement of disputes and economic development, India continues its suppressive policies in Kashmir.
The founder of the Sikh religion (now the 5th largest religion of our world), Baba Guru Nanak Sahib, in the 15th Century defined the Hindus as the ‘butcher of mankind’
, as inscribed in the Asa Mahalla in Guru Granth Sahib, the Holy scripture of Sikhs. The Sikhs political, economic and social situation is continuously deteriorating because of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ domination in civil and other administrations under the provincial/state and federal levels. As the 10th Master of Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh Sahib said, nobody brings you power on a platter, whoever wants to attain authority/rights has to achieve it by their sincere struggle. As such, when all peaceful means fails to fight for your rights, then you have to get your rights if you would like to survive as a ‘sovereign’ people, the sovereignty which is the ornament of the Sikhs and other peace loving people.

The writer was present at the scene and also heard the views of a Kashmiri participant saying that the Security Council should implement its resolution 39 (1948) of 20 January and 47 (1948) of 21 April 1948; that the State of Jammu and Kashmir and should be decided in accordance with the will of the people through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite.
What a pity that the Sikhs have to beg for permission from their ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ missions, who have been occupying their Holy and historic homeland and control it with heavy handedness, maliciously, and deceitfully by the alleged Indian administration and its foreign missions, even to pay their respect to their their Holiest and religious places, The Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar, and other places in Punjab. The question is why should they take permission from the Brahmins-Hindus India abroad? This is the time for the Sikhs, Kashmiris and other nationalities to ‘Break the Chains of Slavery’. The Sikhs must not forget their daily prayers, before their Guru, “Raj Kare Ga Khalsa”
; or the Khalsa Bagi is Yan Badshah. Freedom is the birthright of every Nation. Participants prayed before God and decided to work together and fight until their last breath for the liberation of Khalistan and Kashmir.

 Real Enemy!

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate

The basic condition to claim oneself a Muslim requires the recitation “Laa ilaaha illal Lahoo Mohammadur Rasool Allah” as there is none except Allah and Muhammad (peace be upon him).  Allah’s Messenger (Rasool), is also known as Kalima Tayyab.  Kalima Tayyab is the rectification of faith in Islam.  A person cannot be considered a Muslim if he/she does not believe in the words of this Kalima.  To become a Muslim, a person must say the Kalima with total belief.  Another point about this Kalima is the name given to it, which is Tayyab.  Tayyab means Purity.  By uttering Kalima a person is purified from disbelief. Impure becomes pure.  This purification is spiritual.

The Messenger of Allah added, "A person will come out of Hell (Fire) who says: 'La ilaha ill Allah,' and has in his heart good equal to the weight of a barley grain. Then there will come out of Hell (Fire)  who says: ' La ilaha ill Allah’, and has in his heart good equal to the weight of a wheat grain. Then there will come out of Hell (Fire) everyone who says: 'La ilaha ill Allah,' and has in his heart good equal to the weight of an atom (or a smallest element)." When the death of Abu Talib approached, the Messenger of Allah came and said, "Say: La ilaha ill Allah, a word with which I will be able to defend you before Allah."
All Muslims have the same kalima regardless their physical presence on the earth.  There is no preference in God’s eyes on the basis of the place you live.  A Muslim is judged by God on the basis of his/her piousness.  He can reward anybody irrespective of the fact of where one was born.  Sir Syed Ahmed Khan was born in India, Abdurrahim Soekarno, the liberation leader of Indonesia was born in Indonesia, Sir (Dr) Mohammad Iqbal born in Sailkot, Quaid-i-azam
Muhammad Ali Jinnah  in Karachi, Muhammad Bin Qasim in Taif Saudi Arabia and so on.   You can see that God has rewarded them with His blessings though they were from various places around the world.
Al-Hajjaj Ibn Yusuf 661-714, was an Arab administrator and politician during the Umayyad Caliphate. He sent Muhammad Bin Qasim to claim the release of the women and children from the dacoits who ceased their ship in Debul (Karachi). These Muslim invasions were not undertaken merely out of lust for loot or conquest.  The expedition against Sindh by Muhammad bin Qasim was of a punitive character and was undertaken to punish Raja Dahir of Sindh who had refused to make restitution for the seizure of an Arab ship at Debul, one of the sea-port towns of Sindh.  In direct relation to current times, a Muslim living in Karachi feels the pain of torture taking place anywhere in the world. The same pain he felt when the God’s men/women are killed in Afghanistan, Gujarat, India or elsewhere. Tears flow down their eyes and hearts cry God’s people are killed or inhumane things take place, against the Will of the Almighty.  The learned woman like Dr. Afia Siddiqui, Bibi Amarjit Kaur and other women folks were tortured and killed.  India claims to be a democratic country but there is a difference in its saying and doings.  They do not wait to take the matter into the court for example Bibi Amarjit Kaur was raped and murdered in police custody.  It is better to listen to your brother rather than becoming a slave of the Hindus.
Is there any preference to be a Sindhi, Balochi, Pushtoon, Punjabi, Afghani, Iraqi, Irani, Saudi, Manipuris, Tamils, Sikhs, Christians or the followers of other faith(s)? I suppose not, based on the humanity. You can judge how India dismembered Pakistan in the year 1971, and continuously plans repeats its ulterior motives to separate Baluchistan from Pakistan; so that Pakistan will be too weak to fight for the innocent people of the internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir.  The world has been witnessing the invasion of certain powerful clique in many areas. It is said that Iran must not have nukes but the clique will continue to coddle nuclear Israel and the Hindu India.  Iran must respect human rights but Saudi Arabia need not.  How about the human rights in South Asia, especially the Hindu India? President Mahmoud Ahmaninejad is not legitimate because of his tainted victory but Americans and their allies will go on dealing with Hamid Karzai in Kabul, even though he, too, stole an election and the Hindus India has an ‘unelected’ person to the Indian parliament, as Prime Minister of the Hindu Indian democracy. What is this? Do we have two or multiple forms of the democratic rules to follow?  Covert American activities have continued in Iran despite Washington foreswearing regime in Tehran.

As a matter of fact Pakistani people do not know the value of freedom, when the rules of the western nations’ democracies are applied.  It has been put in their basket by the founder of their nation Quaid-i-azamMuhammad Ali Jinnah.  Pakistanis have also forgotten how many Muslim lives were lost to get this freedom and at the time of migrating from India to Pakistan and vice versa.  It can be seen at the other side of the border the Sikhs have been struggling for their freedom 14th March, 1849. The situation became worse when India gained freedom from Britain on August 15, 1947, the Sikhs of Punjab followed the ‘Enslavement of the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’.  Sikh leaders, headed by Master Tara Singh, a convert Hindu, ignored the advice of Quaid-i-azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and British viceroy of the British India Empire, Lord Mountbatten, to have their Sovereign and separate country for them (the Sikhs); please see “Betrayed the Sikh Nation”...With Documents of Transfers of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh, Second edition, August 2009 ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6.   Unfortunately, their Hindu convert Sikh, Master Tara Singh, betrayed the Sikh Nation for which the Sikhs have been paying the price deeply to this day.
According to Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki) Ph D, FIBA, RM (CCM) Associate Professor (Retired), Medical Microbiology and Immunology Director (Former), National Centre for Mycotoic Diseases CANADA, Managing Editor and Editor in Chief, International Journal of Sikh Affairs
ISSN 1481-5435, atrocities have been going on in the Sikhs’ Holy and historic Homeland, PUNJAB, the Sikh Nation, Khalistan under the occupation of the Hindu government since August 1947.  Dr. Manmohan Singh, according to Dr. Sekhon, is a lap dog of his Madam Soniya Gandhi alias Sonia Maino, is on the record of the United Nations Commission for Human Rights, Vienna, AUSTRIA, 15-25th August, 1993, that “There has been no Human Rights Violations of the Sikhs in India.” This was the white lie which came out through his teeth of this ‘Hindu’ person in ‘The Sikh Identity’. The name of their game is the ‘lies’, which they deliberately forget that the lies multiply with the ‘Snow Ball effect’(www.khalistannews.com dated 17th January, 2010).
“If we, the Sikhs, have Panth Rattan like Master Tara Singh, Sant Chanan Singh, Sant Fateh Singh, Prakash Singh Badal, Manmohan Singh, Buta Singh and their associates, the Dastaardhari Hindus in ’The Sikh Identity’, then the Guru Khalsa Panth, PUNJAB, the Sikh Nation, Khalistan and the Sikh Diaspora do not need enemies because the enemies have already been carrying out their work. The result of their anti-Guru Khalsa Panth is the ‘extermination’ between the decades of 1980s and 1990s; more than 1.3 to 1.5 million (13 to 15 lacs
) of innocent Sikhs have been killed.  Prakash Singh Badal and likes have been instrumental to play their role for the Martyrdoms of Shaheed-Bilas Saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa, Baba Thara Singh, Bhai Amrik Singh, General Shubeg Singh, Gen Shubeg Singh’s daughter and more than 260,000 Sikhs in the days of ‘Undeclared War on the Sikh Nation in the form of brutal “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984 and subsequent military operations and an Undeclared War by the Hindus alleged Indian nation on the Sikh Nation, Punjab (Khalistan), says Dr Sekhon”
“Since 15th August, 1947, the Sikh Nation, Punjab, is under the enslavement of the Hindus, who are ‘neither a religion nor a culture’. Do they have a superior brain or the ‘lies’. In fact, their suppressive, oppressive and genocidal, human rights violations etc., activities, along with their heinous activities, and suppression of basic human rights of free speech and expression, using the armed personnel, army and the suspension of Civil Liberties by imposing Presidential Rule on the citizens of Punjab and other states became the ‘Name of Game of the Hindus alleged Indian democracy’, according to Dr Sekhon. It is a matter of time when 3.2 to 3.7 million innocent Sikhs killed by the alleged Hindus democracy will have to pay the price for the genocide of Sikhs, along with other non Hindus, e. g., Muslims in general, citizens of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu Kashmir by the United Nations Security Council Resolution of 1948, Assam and 7-sister of Assam, Tamils, Bihar, Orrissa, Rajasthan, etc. Also, included in the crimes committed by the Hindus regime of India will be the iligimate ‘Division of Punjab of 15th August, 1947, into Haryana and Himachal Pradesh by the criminal India Gandhi alias Maimuna Begum and her administration in 1966. Indian administrations (JL Nehru to Manmohan Singh, 15th August, 1947 to this day of writing) will go under a judicial ‘Trial’. Addition to the judicial trial, the Hindus administration of NDA (New Delhi administration) will be tried for the lapse payments of the Punjab River Waters (more than Rupees 54,000 crors plus the accrued interests of non-payments of the principal sums), no-payments for the usage of the Natural Bye products of Punjab, The Sikh Nation’s Resources, as well as making and criminalizing the The Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, by the Hindus since 15th August, 1947, writes Dr Sekhon.”
“The Sikhs have no Constitutional Rights.  Since 15th August, 1947: Sikh youth of the Sikh Nation, Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, President, Akali Dal-Amritsar (Mann), Sardar Daljit Singh Bittu, President, Panch Pradhani, Sardar Dhami of Dal Khalsa Punjab and all those who are the true sons and daughters and followers of Mai Bhag Kaur, Mata Sada Kaur, to come forward to ‘Save the Sovereignty, Independence and Political Power of the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB’; for the purpose and objectives of (i) the Sikhs have no Constitutional Rights under the Indian Constitution 1950, (ii) Indian Constitution 1950, has been ‘rejected’ by the Sikhs’ representatives of Punjab (Members of Parliament)’  have ‘Rejected’ the Indian Constitution 1950 in the Indian Parliament, in its draft and final forms in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 1950 and more recently on 6th September, 1965. The Sikhs’ ‘Marriage Act, Sikh Religion and the Sikh traditions have been ‘Denied’ in the Indian Constitution 1950, Article 25, according to Dr Sekhon.”
“This is highly recommended to Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann to ‘assemble his all the political, academic, advising, supporting forces of the Sikh Nation and the Sikh Diaspora’ to achieve the goal of the Sikhs’ ‘uncrowned’ king, Baba Kharak Singh, who led a peaceful demonstration of more than 500,000 people of PUNJAB (see The Times published from
London, 29th December, 1929), for the “Sikhs’ struggle to regain their sovereignty, independence and political power by peaceful means. The British press had commented: “Such a peaceful demonstration in the History of Mankind has never been seen, writes Dr Sekhon”
Notwithstanding, the 10th Master  Guru Gobind Singh Sahib received amrit from the Panj Pyarey
and gave the Sikhs the new greeting of Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji Ki Fateh, meaning "The Khalsa belongs to God; all victory is the victory of God", the Sikh National Anthem <http://www.bradfordgurdwara.com/gd0507_sikh_bani.htm#anthem>  along with the name Singh to males meaning lion and Kaur to females meaning princess. The Sikhs are also tied to each other with the greeting of Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji Ki Fateh but they are wasting their energy in fighting with each other.  The founder of the Sikh religion Guru Baba Nanak Sahib eliminated the caste system and made the Sikh religion, a religion of casteless people.  The foundation of the Sikh religion is based on equality of every human being without any difference of caste, colour and creed.  The same thing has been added back in them by the conspiracy of the Hindus or by some opportunists, the Brahmins-Hindus in ‘The Sikh Identity’.  As a result, the Sikhs have failed to get their land (Khalistan) freed from the illegal occupation of India; so do the Muslim nations are losing because of their disunity and greed. You can ask a person living in occupied Kashmir, Khalistan, and Palestine what the value of freedom is.

Habib Yousafzai

New Year's Resolution

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate

Wish you all a very happy new year and Happy Birthday of 10th Master Janab Guru Gobind Singh Sahib. May Allah bless you all with happiness in the years to come.

At the same time, the resolution of the year is libration of Khalistan. This can only be achieved by sacrificing lives and by spending money and also concentrating only on the primary goal. We should not distract our attention from the primary goal. The problems such as sacred turban (Dastar) in the foreign countries and fighting against the culprits of the 1984 genocide of the Sikhs etcetera will be easy to solve as soon as the major matter is resolved. Once the Sikh nation has their own country, the Sikhs will be treated differently. If the appeal for donation is their everyday for different minor problems which are in fact byproducts of slavery than the agent of the Hindus spread rumors that some people are stealing their money in the name of Khalistan. As a result, some members of the Panth are confused with the name of Khalistan.

Once again, we all pray today to Akaal Purkh for our success.

Regards,

Habib Yousafzai

Indian Colonialism!

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate

Until 2009, the liberation of Kashmir and Khalistan has remained pending.  There is no doubt that both of the nations are fighting for their birth right of freedom. Apparently, their efforts and prayers have not been approved by God (Akaal Purkh).  This does not mean that their struggle is finished with the year 2009. Both are fighting for their own land which has been occupied by the tyrants with force against their wishes. Nobody can forget the atrocities of the Indian forces done on the Kashmiries: about 192685 killings, 215877 arrests, 115665 home demolitions, by Indian Security Forces, leaving 122675 widows and 207218 orphans helpless. Indian force is committing the crime like raping the Kashmiries woman in the broad day light and nobody is there to ask any questions.

Under the new puppet regime in the occupied Kashmir, atrocities on the innocent Kashmiris by the Indian security forces continue unabated. Perennial tactics of state terrorism such as curfew, firing, killings, rape and arrests could not reduce the strong determination of the people of the Valley, calling for freedom of their land. In the recent past, Indian police, military and paramilitary troops massacred a number of people protesting against the death of three Kashmiri women who were raped and murdered. In another event, Indian military troops kidnapped some freedom fighters and assassinated them near the Line of Control in order to show that they died during an encounter with the forces. More than 300 innocent people in the Indian occupied Kashmir have been killed by the Indian forces since the current phase of Kashmir struggle began on August 12, 2008 when Indian security forces killed Hurriyat Conference leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz and five other persons who were protesting against the government decision to give land to the trust that runs Amarnath, a shrine of Hindus. On the same day, more than 200000 Kashmiris marched towards the Martyrs Graveyard to participate in the funeral of Sheikh Abdul Aziz. The police killed 18 innocent Muslims by firing while extremist Hindus started violent protests and economic blockade of the Muslims, emulating the Israeli siege of Gaza which had resulted in starvation of thousands of innocent Palestinians.

In 1989 when Kashmiri people lost faith in the international community, which persisted in ignoring their liberation and when it became obvious that the Indian occupation forces would not vacate the controlled areas through political means by implementing the UN resolutions, the people had no choice but to resort to armed struggle. Since then, India has intermittently been using all possible techniques of state terrorism to maintain its alien rule. Indian atrocities could be judged from the fact that last year, more than 1000 graves of the unmarked Muslims in the 18 villages of Indian occupied Kashmir were discovered. Recently, a human rights group has discovered several unmarked graves containing about 1,500 unidentified bodies in held Kashmir Valley. The All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) and other organizations, while expressing serious concern over the discovery of unnamed graves in the occupied Kashmir, have demanded international probe into the matter. Reports suggest that these are the dead bodies of those Kashmiris who were tortured to death by the Indian security agencies, especially RAW.

The silence of the West broke when in 2008; European Parliament while taking cognizance of the unmarked graves passed a resolution condemning Indian atrocities in the held Kashmir. Contrary to the past, this time Indian occupied Kashmir has become a special focus of world’s attention including India itself. For example, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband who visited New Delhi and Islamabad in the aftermath of Mumbai-terror attacks pointed out that complete de-escalation of situation between Pakistan and India was fully linked to resolution of Kashmir issue saying that New Delhi should cooperate with Islamabad in this respect. Even Indians have started realizing that, there should be an end to the sufferings of Kashmiris. It gravity is evident from the fact that even Indian intellectuals have favored the independence of occupied Kashmir. On 17 August 2008 in its editorial, the editor of The Times of India wrote “On August 15, India celebrated independence from the British Raj. A day symbolizing the end of colonialism in India became a day symbolizing Indian colonialism in the Valley”.The editor further elaborated, “We promised Kashmiris a plebiscite six decades ago. Let us hold one now, and let Kashmiris decide the outcome, not the politicians and armies of India”. It was admitted that state elections were also rigged in support of leaders nominated by New Delhi. On August 16, 2008, Hindustan Times wrote: “Nothing has really changed since 1990s. A single spark such as the dispute over Amarnath land can set the whole valley on fire—Indian forces are treated as subjugators. New Delhi is seen as the oppressor”. The paper further indicated, “The current crisis in Kashmir is a consequence of Indian establishment raising the confrontation to a new level”. The world looks at us with dismay”. This Indian newspaper clearly suggested a referendum in the Valley, writing, “Let the Kashmiris determine their own destiny—whatever happens, how can India lose? If you believe in democracy, then giving Kashmiris the right of self-determination is the correct thing to do”.

It is of particular attention that demanding immediate withdrawal of Indian Army from the Indian controlled Kashmir, a renowned Indian author and book prize winner, Arundhati Roy, while criticizing the Indian media had already pointed out that New Delhi has failed to highlight the plight of Kashmiris who are exposed to brutalities perpetrated by the Indian Security Forces. As regards Indian delaying tactics in the solution of Kashmir dispute, it has become fashion to blame Pakistan and its intelligence agency ISI for infiltration, using it as a pretext to crush the Kashmiri’s war of liberation which is indigenous as now recognized even by Indian media. Under the cover of ISI, New Delhi wants to distract the attention of the West from her atrocities on the Kashmiris. Various sources have accused Indian RAW of the custodial killings of the Kashmiri people through brutal methods. Since 1989, India has deployed more than 700000 troops to quell the freedom movement of Kashmiris, but it cannot eliminate it at present as it could not do so through many years of oppression. Instead, a study report, prepared by Indian Government revealed that Kashmir violence has affected the psyche of Indian forces. In this connection, the report has disclosed that disturbances in Jammu and Kashmir have had adverse psychological problems found especially among the officers and Jawans such as short tempers, quarrelsome attitude, mental disorders and abnormal behavior. Sometimes, the situation leads to suicide attempts or attacks on their seniors and colleagues.

Nevertheless, setting aside all internal and external implications, Indian military troops are using inhuman tactics of ethnic cleansing to disturb the majority population of the Kashmiris, which had been practiced by the Serb forces on Bosnian Muslims in the past and recently by Israel on the Palestinians. New Delhi must understand that if in the last five decades, it could not reduce the strong determination of the people of the Valley, calling for freedom of their land, how could it do so now? Meanwhile, in the past, ‘composite dialogue’ between India and Pakistan took place on a number of occasions, but produced no results, prolonging the agony of the subjugated people of the occupied valley due to Indian intransigence. At present, India is acting on a deliberate policy of delaying tactics in relation to the solution of Kashmir and implementing similar strategy under the pretext of Mumbai carnage.

Similarly it is also continuing the illegal occupation of Khalistan (Punjab) despite of the fact that they do not want to live with Hindus. Let me point out that the Sikhs had this honour to be the ‘First Sovereign and Secular’ nation of South Asia. This nation was the Sikh Raj of a Sikh monarch Ranjit Singh,1799 to 14th March,1849; whereas the Hindus had been subservient to the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc., for more than 3,500 years, before they were handed over the political power on 15th August, 1947. And the Punjab of the monarch Ranjit Singh remained as ‘annexed’ even on the day when the British Empire traded them as ‘Slaves’ to the Hindus on 15th August, 1947. The fact of the matter is that a genocide of 13 Akalis took place in Punjab in 1978, between 1980 and 1990 “An undeclared war on the Sikh Nation, Punjab, was waged by the Indian administration and its armed forces in the name of “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984, in which more than 260,000 innocent Sikhs (infants, children, male and female folks, elderly, etc., had been killed in the genocide carried out by the armed forces of the Hindus India. Whole world knows it. Enemies of the Sikhs have been killed continuously since 15th August, 1947. According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial. Some have been in illegal custody since 1984! Amnesty International reported that tens of thousands of other minorities are also being held as political prisoners.

Indian police arrested human-rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra after he exposed their policy of mass cremation of Sikhs, in which over 50,000 Sikhs have been arrested, tortured, murdered, and then their bodies were declared unidentified and secretly cremated. He was murdered in police custody. His body was not given to his family. The police never released the body of former Jathedar of the Akal Takht Gurdev Singh Kaunke after SSP Swaran Singh Ghotna murdered him. Ghotna has never been brought to trial for the Jathedar Kaunke murder. No one has been brought to justice for the kidnapping and murder of Jaswant Singh Khalra. The Indian government is keeping more than 400,000 troops in Punjab in order to intimidate and suppress the movement for freedom of Khalistan. At the same time, India is claiming that it is the largest democracy in the world and its citizens are enjoying the glory of freedom. But it appears that its sayings and doings are contrary to each other.

The founder of the Sikh religion, Baba Guru Nanak Sahib in the 15th Century defined the Hindus as the butcher of mankind, as inscribed in the Asa Mahalla of Guru Granth Sahib. The founder of the Sikh faith said: Mathe Tikka Terrh Dhotti Kahai Hath Chhurri Jagat Kasai. Its meaning in English is that the Hindu (an elite class Brahmin) has painted his forehead, has a white piece of cloth around his waist, has a lethal weapon (Chhurri) in his hand and he is the butcher of mankind.

The Prophets (Geniuses) observations are final and there is no need to investigate further. A newly converted into the Sikh faith, from Brahmin family to the House of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib, Master Tara Singh, still had a soft spot in his heart for Hindus. Because of his shortsightedness, he rejected Janab (Mr) MA Jinnah¹s advice of pre-15th August 1947 for an autonomous Sikh state. Some British officers also conveyed similar sentiments, to enable them to have political feet of their own on which they may walk into the current world of history.  Master Tara Singh and other Sikh leaders “Betrayed the Sikh Nation”...With Documents of Transfers of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh, Second edition, August 2009 ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6. A true follower of God cannot be cheated twice.

Soon after gaining freedom from the British Empire, Hindus-Brahmin clique began showing their true colours to the Sikhs. The clique gave them first present of the free Hindu India, on 10th October, 1947, to declare them a criminal and lawless community. The condition of the Sikhs in the current Punjab is continuously deteriorating because the administrations, provincial/state and federal, are in the hands of the Hindus and the Sikh population is perishing. As the 10th Master of Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh Sahib said, nobody gives you power willingly, whoever wants to attain authority/rights has to achieve it by force, when all peaceful means to fight for the rights fail.

The Sikhs have to beg for permission from the Hindu controlled Indian embassies to return to their homeland and pay their respect to their Holiest and religious place of the Sikhism, The Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, Punjab. The question is why should they take permission from the Hindu India’s missions abroad? This is the time to achieve independence from India.  Always remember, the Sikh heritage: Raj Kare Ga Khalsa; Khalsa Bagi Yan Badshah.  Freedom is the birthright of every nation but they should know that God helps those who help themselves.  Kashmiris and Sikhs may however, work together to get the Indian forces out from their territories.

Habib Yousafzai

The Guru Granth Sahib, is the holy scripture and the final Guru of the Sikhs.  It is a voluminous text of 1430 pages (angs), compiled and composed during the period of Sikh Guru Sahibaans, from 1469 to 1708. It is a collection of hymns or shabad, which describe the glory of God. It guides the readers or the followers of the Sikh religion why one should meditate on God's name.  The Guru Granth Sahib is a Divinely Revealed Scripture.  The Sikhs’ Holy, Guru Granth Sahib, is a spiritual guide for the mankind for all generations, present and future. Gurus’ teachings play a role in guiding the Sikhs to the righteousness of their life.  The Sikhs do not have to go anywhere else to find answers of their problems, as all the solutions can be found in it.  Besides, a Sikh’s actions have to be in accordance with the saying and doing (meaning how they walk, talk, behave and their family lives) of the Guru Sahibaans.

Human being is the best creation of God, answerable to Him for any of his actions.  One has to pick up the right path although he has a liberty to follow the wrong path.  The simple rule is if you go on the wrong path you will be reprimanded and if you go on the right path, you will be rewarded.  As far as the worldly achievements are concerned, He already knows how much one can gain in this world.  It is up to the human being through which his/her good or bad he/she wants to achieve that level. However, the numbers cannot be changed.  God says it is not necessary that the thing which looks very beautiful will be beneficial for you and similarly the thing which looks ugly apparently will be harmful to you because the human being does not know anything.  These examples depict how these peoples betrayed for little reward or for mere their greediness, for which their nations are still paying the price.

For example, Sultan Tippu (Fateh Ali Khan) (November 1750-May 1799), known as the Tiger of Mysore, was the ruler of the Islamic Kingdom of Mysore from 1782 (the time of his father's death) until his own demise in 1799. He was the first son of Hyder Ali and his mother’s name was Fatima or Fakhr-un-nissa. In addition to his role as ruler, he was a scholar, soldier, and poet. At the same time Tipu Sultan and his father had to fight against the British and the Hindu Marathas.  He had proficiency in many languages. He helped his father Haider Ali, defeated the British in the Second Mysore War, and negotiated the Treaty of Bangalore with the British Empire or their agents. He was, however, defeated in the Third Anglo-Mysore War and a subsequent Fourth Anglo-Mysore War by the combined forces of the British East India Company, the Nizam of Hyderabad and to a lesser extent, Travancore. Tipu Sultan died defending his capital Seringapatam

, on 4 May 1799.

Sultan Tippu lost Mysore to the British India Company and was martyred by them.  He said living one day the life of a lion is better than a thousand years life of a jackal.  The traitors played a big role in the defeat of Tippu Sultan.  Sultan Tippu’s own Diwan, Mir Sadiq, had already approached the British, negotiating a reward for himself in return for betraying his master.  Initially, the British kept their word and awarded Mir Sadiq land at Gurramkonda after the fall of Seringapatam. Although after gaining control of the situation, their view changed for Mir Sadiq.  Francis Buchanan relates, Mir Sadiq died the death of a merciless traitor who sided with the British.  His corpse lay on the streets for an extended period of time exposed to the insults of the populace.  None of whom passed without spitting on it or loading it with a slipper. The people of Mysore attributed the treachery of Mir Sadiq the reason for their sufferings in the tyrannical reign of the British India Company. Similarly, Sairaj-ud-dowla, the ruler of Bengal, lost the war in 1757 at Plassey to the then British agent, Lord Clive, because of Mir Jaffar Ali Khan’s treachery.

Furthermore, Faridkot was captured in 1803 by Maharaja Ranjit Singh, but was one of the Cis-Sutleg states that came under British influence after the 1808 treaty of Amritsar.  During the Sikh wars in 1845, Raja Pahar Singh (also known as Pahara Singh) aided the British and was rewarded with an increase of territory.  This reward was short lived as the area was inevitably taken over by the British.  Time and time again, when a brave leader is defeated the reason is most often treachery.

Hazrat Ali Karamallawajho son in law of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) requested a person to stay with his horse while he was resting.  He thought he would pay him four dirham (Arabian currency).  After waking up, he noticed that the saddle of the horse had been stolen and the watcher had disappeared.  He was in the need of a saddle to ride the horse so he went to a shop and inquired about the saddle.  The shopkeeper said that somebody had just sold him a saddle for four dirham and he was willing to give it to him for the same price without any profit.  The example denotes that God has fixed for him four dirham but it was up to the watcher to receive that amount either way.

The Sikh nation already has a straight path presented to them by their Guru Sahibaans.  They have already gone through many miseries because of their leaders’ greed and simplicity (see Betral of Sikh Nation By Master Tara Singh With British Documents of Transfer of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh, Second Edition August 2009 ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6.  There is no room for any further mistakes for the Sikhs.  The assault on the Sikh Nation, Punjab, the Sikh Raj, their Darbar Sahib, including the Supreme Seat of Sikh Polity, The Akal Takht Sahib and the rest of Punjab of 15th August, 1947. This assault by the democratic India and its armed forces has been a prime lesson for the ‘Slaves of the ‘Hindus’. This assault on the Sikh Nation has been described as ‘An Undeclared War on the Sikhs and their Sikh Nation, Punjab, under the occupation of the alleged Indian democracy since 15th August, 1947, (see 25 Years After 1984 Assault on Durbar Sahib Laying the Foundation of Khalistan (ed) Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon ISBN 0-9548929-4-1, a publication of the London Institute of South Asia June 2009). It leaves no doubt that the Sikhs were indeed the enemy of the ‘Hindus’, but the Hindus had to deal with them differently.  The treatment with the Sikhs by the Hindus after August 15, 1947 (when India gained freedom from the British) shows that the liberation of Khalistan, the First ‘Sovereign and Secular’ Nation of South Asia, 1799 to 14th March, 1849, is inevitable.

Liberators
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate
Heartiest congratulations on the happy occasion of Guru Nanak Sahib’s 540th birthday. The founder of the Sikh Religion, Guru Nanak Sahib was born with a mission to eliminate the man-made distinctions based on caste, creed and colour. He rejected the discrimination between men and women. His revolutionary nature electrified the masses and infused in them the sense of self-respect and confidence. He propounded his philosophy of life through a simple dictum “Kiret Karo,Vand Chhako and Naam Japo” - Earn your livelihood by honest creative labour, share the fruit of your labour witho hers and practice the discipline of Naam. He undertook long journeys to spread the message of God among the masses. His method was non-aggressive, practical and dramatic, which worked like magic but lasting for ever.
For instance, the 6th Master, Guru Hargobind Sahib refused to come out from the Gwalior Prison unless (52) Hindu slave kings were also released. This is the reason the day all these people were released is called Bandi Chorh Diwas. The word "Bandi" means "imprisoned", "Chhor" means "release" and "Divas" means "day" and together "Bandi Chhor Divas" means Prisoner Release Day.But subsequently the same Hindu Rajas and their heirs joined forces with Mughal Rulers and besieged Anandpur Sahib in 1704 and forced Guru Gobind Singh Sahib to leave the Fort but still attacked and pursued him up to Chamkaur Sahib. What an ungrateful or treachery displayed by them?
Since the inception of the Sikh religion, Guru Sahibaan and their followers have been fighting against the injustices done on their own people as well as for the other nations in general and in particular for the Hindus. Soon after the fall of the Sikh Empire of Maharaja Ranjit Singh on 14 March 1849, the Sikh nation began to struggle for freedom. At the time of partition they were deceived because of their leader’s short sightedness.
They were even advised by the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah as well as Sir Mountbatten the last viceroy of Britain in India to have a separate country of their own. They had never been subjugated to any other nation. Because of the fact they became overconfident upon their bravery. These liberators have become captive of the Hindus on August 15, 1947 the day India was freed from Britain. Until today, the Sikh Nation is paying the price of their simplicity. The predominantly Hindu India has exterminated more than 1.4 to 2.3 million Sikhs since August 14, 1947 (more than one million in the decade of 1981-91).
The Sikhs are the Sikhs and their religion is not in any way a branch of the Hindu religion but unfortunately, their faithless leaders themselves are confused and are unable to take any independent decision based on their Gurus' Teachings. While introducing Nanakshahi Calendar in 2003, Sikhs have again tried to imitate the brahminical doctrine by copying Saka/Bikrami except some few changes. They are please to celebrate their three Gurpurabs (Sacred Occasions) under the influence of the Hindus. They are not allowed to even get a Marriage Certificate according to their own Anand Karaj Marriage Act passed in 1909.
After the attack on the Darbaar Sahib in June 1984, more than 250,000 Sikhs were murdered and jailed. Still the Hindu controlled media called this genocide as merely a riot. To be a Muslim, one has to have full faith in the prophet hood of Moses and Jesus (Moses is the prophet of Jews and Jesus is the prophet of Christians), whereas writer does not see any condition on the Sikhs that they have to follow the Hindus' gods and goddesses to be Sikhs. The Muslims are not sharing any of their religious festivals with the Jews or Christians then why the Sikhs have to share their festivals with the Hindus? This is a point to note that these are minor issues and are by products of the main issue which is slavery. The Sikh nation should concentrate on major issues and once the major issue is resolved, minor issues will automatically be solved.
Keeping in view of the facts a separate Sikh Homeland Khalistan (Sikh State) is definitely required as freedom is a God given birthright of all human beings. They have their own culture, language and their own religion. Sikhs are a small fraction of the Indian population and therefore, cannot be left at the mercy of the Hindus. Jews are far less in number but they have independent Israel State. In fact, there are more than (100) Independent States and Members of U.N.  having less population of the Sikhs but they are being treated as bonded-labour though their greedy leaders rejoice Hindu Slavery.

Habib Yousafzai

August 15, 1947 Sikh Nation's Doomsday
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate
Sikhs from around Toronto gathered in front of the Indian consulate office at 365 Bloor Street East, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to protest the celebration of Indian Independence Day. India has murdered over 250,000 Sikhs since 1984, according to figures compiled by the Punjab State Magistracy and human-rights groups and reported in the book The Politics of Genocide by Inderjeet Singh Jaijee. It has also killed almost 89,000 Kashmiri Muslims since 1988, more than 300,000 Christians in Nagaland since 1947, and thousands of Christians and Muslims elsewhere in the country, as well as tens of thousands of Assamese, Bodos, Dalits (“Untouchables,” the dark-skinned aboriginal people of South Asia), Manipuris, Tamils, and other minorities. The Indian Supreme Court called the Indian government's murders of Sikhs "worse than genocide."
According to a report by the Movement Against State Repression (MASR), 52,268 Sikhs are being held as political prisoners in India without charge or trial.
Different speakers expressed their views that their nation is fighting for freedom following the fall of the Sikh empire in 1849. It has been noted that out of 2,175 Indian martyrs for freedom, 1,557 or 75% were Sikhs. Out of 2,646 Indians sent to the Andamans for life imprisonment 2,147, or 80%, were Sikhs. Out 127 Indians who were hanged, 92, or 80%, were Sikhs. The Sikhs comprise of only 2% of India’s total population. The protestors consisted of people of all ages including children and women. They were demanding freedom and asserting that the Indian Army should be out of Khalistan (Punjab). Indian government is keeping more than 400,000 troops in Punjab and more than 700,000 troops in Kashmir in order to intimidate and suppress the movement for freedom of these two territories.
India is claiming that it is the largest democracy in the world and its citizens are enjoying the glory of freedom. But it appears that its sayings and doings are contrary to each other. One can imagine the situation in India whereas abroad the condition is the Indian Consulate is thinking of himself as a SHO of police. His job is to refuse Visa, passport and not countersigning the power of attorney to the Sikhs. In fact, treating the Sikhs as slaves.
The Sikhs have to beg for permission from the Hindu controlled Indian embassies to return to their homeland and pay their respect to their Holiest and religious place of the Sikhism, The Darbar Sahib , Amritsar, Punjab. The question is why should they take permission from the Hindu Indias missions abroad? This is the time to achieve independence from India. Always remember, the Sikh heritage: Raj Kare Ga Khalsa; Khalsa Bagi Yan Badshah. Freedom for Khalistan is the Sikhs birthright. Our job is to pray before God to help us in achieving our goal of liberation for Khalistan wherein Khalsa panth, the Sikh Nation, Punjab, will be flourishing.

Habib Yousafzai

Sikhi and Slavery
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate.
The Sikhi and Slavery are two mutually exclusive events that cannot occur together. The foundation of Sikhism is based on equality of a human being as well as equality of man and woman comparing to all other religion.
The Eighth Master Guru Harkrishan Sahib was born on 7 July 1656. He became Guru on 7 October 1661 at the age of five, succeeding his father, Guru Har Rai Sahib. Before Guru Harkrishan Sahib died, he nominated his granduncle, Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, as the next Guru of the Sikhs.
Ram Rai complained to the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir in Delhi that he had been passed over because of his loyalty to the emperor. He also claimed that he had not received his due share of his father's property. Aurangzeb Alamgir summoned Harkrishan Sahib to Delhi. Aurangzeb sent Raja Jai Singh to escort the Guru to Delhi. Raja Jai Singh was a high court official and also a Sikh known for his devotion to the Gurus.
After necessary assurance to Guru Sahib Raja Jai Singh took Guru Sahib. At Panjolhara, a jealous Hindu taunted the Guru, mangling his name, which was close to that of the Hindu god Krishna. The Hindu said “Your Guru is called Hari Krishna, a mere child of eight years! Krishna, the incarnation of Vishnu, uttered the Gita, which is the repository of all the eternal truths. If your Guru also calls himself Krishna, let him expound the truths of Gita to us.” Guru Sahib replied to the Hindu, you can bring anyone who does not know anything about Gita. The Hindu brought with him a poor water-carrier named Chhajju. Guru Harkrishan Sahib touched Chhajju with his walking stick, and Chhajju immediately began to expound the philosophy of the Gita. The motive behind this was not just to show a miracle but to enthuse the downtrodden masses with a deep sense of self-help, self-respect, self reliance, self confidence and self assertion together with chivalry and dignity of the highest order. There will be no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, customs and superstitions which had been cursing the society of that time down the ages Guru Sahib added.
In Sikhism, Guru Sahiban also bless the nation with Kirat (hard work for livelihood), Naam Japna (always remember Him) and Vand Chhakna (sharing the earnings with others). With hard/honest work, a Sikh is not dependent on others for livelihood. By always remembering him, a Sikh practices the divine value of sharing, which is Vand Chhakna a personification of a Saint. With hard work, sharing and reciting His name, a Sikh rises above frightening and fear. This is unison with the directive from Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib. "One who does not frieghten anyone, and who is not afraid of anyone else."
If the Sikh nation has lost their freedom, there must be some reason for it. It appears that they are missing some guidelines issued by the Guru Sahiban and because of that they are now slaves of the Indian Government. In order to liberate Khalistan from the Indian occupation, they should look back to which one is missing.

Habib Yousafzai

Khalistan and SRM- khalistan news
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate.
After the martyrdom of Bhai Mati Das, Bhai Dyala and Bhai Sati Das, on November 11, 1675 Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was publicly beheaded with the sword of the executioner as he prayed. The Guru Sahib’s body was left in the dust as no one dared to pick up the body for fear of the government’s reprisal. A severe storm swept through the city and under the cover of darkness a Sikh named Bhai Jaita managed to collect the Guru Sahib’s sacred head and carried it off to Anandpur Sahib to the Guru’s son. Another Sikh Bhai Lakhi Shah who had a cart was able to smuggle the Guru Sahib’s headless body to his house. Since a public funeral would be too dangerous, Bhai Lakhi Shah cremated the body by setting his house on fire. Meanwhile, the sacred head was taken to the grief stricken young Guru Gobind Singh Sahib and the widow Mata Gujar Kaur Ji. On November, 16, 1675 at Anandpur Sahib, a pyre of sandalwood was constructed sprinkled with roses and the sacred head of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was cremated by young Guru Gobind Sahib. Guru Gobind Sahib asked Bhai Jaita who brought the sacred head of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was there any Sikhs present at the execution. Bhai Jaita replied there were many Sikhs but nobody has come forward and identified themselves as a Sikh. Bhai Jaita was a Sikh of Dalit origin to whom the Guru said “rangrata Guru ka beta.” Guru Gobind Sahib announced that I shall reveal the Khalsa Panth in such a way that one Sikh will stand out among thousands. Guru Gobind Sahib further declared “So long as the Khalsa maintains its identity, it will retain its honour and splendor. Once it follows devious ways, it will lose the blessings of the Guru.”
Guru Gobind Sahib foresaw and knew the situation that the Sikh nation has a long way to go to get to establish their existence and the God given birthright of freedom. Therefore, he awarded the nation five kakkars and Dastar so that they have two choices whenever there is a fight, win or die. If the Sikh does not have the distinctive identity, the Hindus have already engulfed them as they did with Jainism and Buddhism. The Sikh nation was cheated frequently because of their simplicity and truthfulness. Any intruder can easily infiltrate in Sikh religion. Before August 15, 1947, Hindu leaders used to call Sikhs heroes and after gaining freedom from Britain, they tried to eliminate the nation by one way or another. In the Indian constitution they are still showing them as Hindus. Not to speak of Hindus, I have also heard myself, some Sikhs saying that they are Hindus. Keeping in view of the facts the writer is urged to strongly suggest to the Sikh nation if possible the Golden Temple be renamed as Golden Darbar Sahib as it is the Mecca of the Sikhs and not a prayer place of Hindus.
A dastar or pagri in Punjabi and Hindi is a mandatory headgear for Sikhs. Dastar is closely associated with Sikhism and is an important part of the Sikh culture. Wearing a turban is mandatory for all Amritdhari (baptized) Sikhs (also known as Khalsa).Among the Sikhs, the dastar is an article of faith that represents honor, self-respect, courage, spirituality, and piety. The Khalsa Sikhs, who adorn the Five Ks, wear the turban partly to cover their long, uncut hair (kesh). The turban is mostly identified with the Sikh males, although some Sikh women also wear turban. The Khalsa Sikhs regard the turban as an important part of the unique Sikh identity. They are easily recognizable by their distinctive dastar.
The Rehat Maryada is the Official Sikh Code of Conduct and Conventions. There were a number of unsuccessful attempts in the eighteenth century following the joty jote of Tenth Master Guru Gobind Singh Sahib to produce an accurate portrayal of the Sikh conduct and customs. These attempts were contradictory and inconsistent with many of the principles of the Guru Sahibans and were not accepted by the majority of the Sikhs. Starting in 1931, an attempt was made by the Shromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (S.G.P.C.) to produce a modern standard Rehat. These efforts involved the greatest Sikh scholars and theologians of this century who worked to produce the current version. The document produced has been accepted as the official version which provides guidelines against which all Sikh individuals and communities around the world can measure themselves. The Rehat Maryada is the only version authorized by the Akal Takht, the seat of supreme temporal authority for Sikhs. Its implementation has successfully achieved a high level of uniformity in the religious and social practices of Sikhism.
The Sikhs religious, political institutions, the SRM, Guru Granth Sahib ji, the Sikhs Holy and Historic Homeland, Khalistan (presently under illegal occupation of Indian governement , since 15th August, 1947), were attacked in the form of an undeclared brutal military (Army, Air Force and Indian Navy Services and other personnel) Operation Bluestar of June, 1984, and Khalistan was reduced to rubbles in this brutal and vicious attack, reduced to a Concentration Camp by the Hindu-Brahmin administration of the alleged Indian democracy, the Democracy of Persecution, Terrorism, Genocide, etc, of the non-Hindu and non-Brahmin minorities.
It is imperative to note that the higher level of difficulty of the task, the more organized you have to be as anyone can note that the Khalsa Panth is surrounded by danger. Despite of vast outside infiltration, the Sikh nation is not so clear about its friends and enemies. The Khalistan movement has a clear objective, it has a clear enemy and it has a viable methodology win the argument, demonstrate power and be ready to resist, but it is being subjected to subversion and division. Guru Sahiban do not utter a word without reason I personally believe that if the nation strictly follows the Sikh Rehat Maryada they will maintain their existence as well as be successful in freeing Khalistan from the illegal Indian occupation.

Habib Yousafzai

State Sponsored Terrorism
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate.
Sarbjit Singh is suffering in a Pakistani jail since 1991. He is accused of spying for the Indian government and killing 14 people in 2 bomb blasts, one in Lahore and the other in Faisalabad a year earlier in 1990. Pakistan Supreme Court on June 24, 2009 dismissed three review petitions filed by Indian national Sarbjit Singh and upheld the death sentence awarded to him for involvement in bomb attacks in 1990 that killed 14 persons. He is one of the many people sent by the Indian government inside Pakistan to disrupt the law and order situation. Bombing in the mosques, churches, temples and in the gatherings cannot be a job of a good human being. People with shallow knowledge and less money are easily motivated to do anything when wealth is being offered to them. The Indian government uses these tactics to make Pakistan weaker and at the same time is emphasizing the increase of military strength to keep illegal occupation of Kashmir.
The Sikh nation fought for many years against Mughal emperors to protect the rights of the Hindus and other minorities. Instead of being thankful of them, soon after gaining freedom from Britain the Hindus backstabbed the Sikhs. This has been the implied policy of the Indian government to exterminate the Sikhs or assimilate them into the Hindus as the Hindus attempted to swallow the Sikh religion as they did with Jainism and Buddhism in India.
India being a so called democracy and claiming itself a secular state in mid 2007, Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, President, Shromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), Sardar Daljit Singh Bittu, Vice President, SAD-Amritsar (now Chief, Akali Dal-Panj Pardhani), and Dr. Sukhpreet Singh Udhoke were arrested, tortured and harassed by the Punjab police personnel and charged for the treason against the Indian union, for their peaceful demonstrations and free expression against the heavy handedness of the state personnel. In the alleged democracy, the basic rights of the citizens, i.e., free speech and writing are violated. Dr Udhoke¹s publication was ceased and he was arrested.
Tired of the heinous practices of the Indian state, the state appointed Mukh-Sewadar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Vedanti Joginder Singh Saran, said in a huge parade (Nagar-Keertan) of the Sikhs of New York on April 26, 2008, that the Sikhs Demand of Khalistan or Sikh Homeland is the only way for their survival in the Sikhs holy and historic Homeland, Punjab. Earlier, Professor Darshan Singh Khalsa, a former Acting Custodian of the Akal Takht Sahib, the Seat of Sikh Polity, had said: If a Sikh is not Khalistanee he/she is not a Sikh.
The news just in states that the State-backed president of the Sikhs religious institute, Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee (SGPC)’s president Makker has issued a statement to the Sikh Gurdwaras (Houses of God) controlled by the SGPC, that Sikhs must stop reciting couplet (Dohra) Raj Karega Khalsa (Sovereign shall rule). What a mockery of a pro-Hindu and pro-Punjab and pro-Indian administrations person, who betrayed the Guru Khalsa Panth, the House of Baba Guru Nanak Sahib, the founder of the 5th largest religion (and culture) of the world. All these actions are just to derail the Sikh nation from the teaching of their Gurus and make the Sikh nation frail. Ultimately getting more benefits for themselves and not fulfilling the basic necessities of the people living in Khalistan. The key posts in the current Punjab are being held by the Hindus.
It is evident from the past that you cannot suppress the liberation movements by force. You can scare the people but cannot make them loyal by intimidating them. India will disintegrate and will break up into many autonomous states. It is in the interest of the Indian government to let the people of Kashmir and Khalistan decide their fate themselves the sooner the better. For the rest of the country , in order to be a democratic and secular state in real they should ask the question to themselves why only 4% of the Brahmins, 10% Hindus and about 4-5% of the pro-Brahmins and pro-Hindus, i. e., a total of 18-19% of the people (who are in minority) are governing the country. These 4% Brahmins and rest 15% of Hindus, along with their pros, have captured more than 75-85% decision-making jobs of the country. Dr. Harshynder Kaur M.D. who was attending the interfaith cooperation meeting in Geneva, Switzerland was threatened by Madam P. Srivastva, a representative of the Indian government on June 08, 2009 saying “Now let us see in which airport in India you will land.” It is known from reliable sources on June 27, 2009 that the police personnel and the personnel of the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) took away her computer hardware from her office and told her they have to check certain files and/or data. Dr. Charles Graves secretary general Interfaith International Geneva, Switzerland is therefore solicited to please look into this matter and kindly ensure safety of Dr. Harshynder Kaur M.D. who is based in Patiala, Punjab, India.
Keeping in view of the precedence wherein Guru Gobind helped Aurangzeb Alamgir’s second son Muazzam (later emperor Bahadur Shah) to get the throne. Some of the Guru’s companions questioned but Guru replied the son cannot be retaliated for the mistakes of his father. Also, in the last days of his life in response to the Guru’s Zafarnamah, Aurangzeb expressed his wish for a personal meeting with the Guru. Unfortunately, in March 1707 Aurangzeb died. Although, India has been very cruel to non-Hindus living in their jurisdiction as well as very hostile to their neighbours, we should not penalize Sarbjit for actions of the Indian government. He has suffered a lot having spent more than 19 years in jail almost equal to life imprisonment. The victims of his bomb blasts cannot come back by hanging Sarbjit to death. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to the Pakistani government and Asif Ali Zardari the President of Pakistan in particular that Sarbjit’s life be spared on compassionate grounds. God is watching. India will reap the reward whatever it is sowing.

Habib Yousafzai

Khalistan A Necessity
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate.
The movement for the freedom of Khalistan is not by choice but a necessity. At the time of partition on August 15, 1947, the Sikh leaders including Master Tara Singh viewed Hindus as a trustworthy ally because of their promises.  Congress Party including Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi assured the Sikhs that their rights will be fully protected.  On top of that Jawahar Lal Nehru went to the extent that Sikhs can have a separate autonomous Punjab as per the Lahore Bulletin, January 09, 1930.
In fact, they overlooked the observations regarding Hindus of their Guru Baba Nanak Sahib, the founder of the Sikh religion “Mathe Tikka Terrh Dhotti Kakhai Hath Chhurri Jagat Kasai” meaning the Hindu is the butcher of our world. The partnership between Hindus and Sikhs did not last long. Within seven weeks post independence, they declared the Sikhs as lawless people and dangerous to law abiding Hindus. The draft for the first constitution handed over to parliament declared the Sikhs as long haired Hindus taking away the way of marriage of Sikhs Anand Marriage Ceremony and replaced it with the Hindu marriage Code Bill (later became the Hindu Marriage Act).
Consequently, the Indian Constitution was rejected, on behalf of the Sikh Nation and its Sikh citizens, repeatedly in the parliament in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 1950 and 6th September, 1966, by Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Maan and Sirdar Kapur Singh, Indian Civil Service (ICS), MP, MLA and Professor of Sikhism (all Members of Parliament). On 15th August, 1947, a broad day light robbery took place to make the Sikhs of Punjab landless. After swallowing the Sikh Nation’s land, it became extremely essential to deny the Sikhs all Constitutional rights. The Sikhs fought democratically for their denied rights, but they did not realize that what a priceless political game they have lost by agreeing to the dishonest and deceitful Hindus.
The Hindus who had been subservient for more than 1500 years before the partition of August 15, 1947 knew the Sikh Nation’s aspirations for individual dignity which has been inspired to them by the Tenth Master Guru Gobind Sahib. They also knew that the Sikh religion provides social equality, moral sanctity and vertical mobility for everyone. The Hindus because of their greed do not want to give a fair share of benefits to the Sikhs or any other minority living under their jurisdiction. Mrs. Gandhi has admitted that she was opposed to demands for a Punjabi home province, for fear of losing Hindu votes. She was prepared to block the creation of a Punjabi-speaking province, in 1966 or ever. Leaders like Indira Gandhi do not care about humanity, they are power hungry and fighting to fulfill their greed. It is well known the division of Khalistan into Punjab, Haryana and Himachal was to weaken the strength of the Sikhs. The same happened with Kashmir. The population of the Vale of Kashmir is overwhelmingly Muslim. In 1941, Muslims accounted for over 93% of the Vale's population. At the time of partition of India and Pakistan it was decided that the majority Muslim populated area would go to Pakistan but India captured Kashmir by force. Soon after the Pakistani Army liberated 1/3 of Kashmir from Indian occupation, Indian Prime Minister Pundit Jawharlal Nehru approached the United Nations to stop the war and also agreed to United Nations resolution which says that the fate of Kashmiri people will be decided by the plebiscite. In order to curb the separatist movement, the Indian administration is keeping 700,000 troops in Kashmir to keep the illegal occupation and 110,000 innocent Kashmiri Muslims have been killed since 1988. Similarly, the Indian administration has exterminated more than 3.2 to 3.4 million Sikhs. To date, despite of the unrest no plebiscite has been done in Khalistan or Kashmir.
The murder of Ramanan Dass the leader of the Dera Sachkand Ballan in Vienna was supposedly done by the Sikhs (according to the rumours spread by the Hindu media) but putting the blame on the Sikh nation as a whole is not correct. The writer still maintains that a true Sikh cannot take the life of any human being. If a person of Sikh faith is accused of doing that, it is not necessary that he has been sponsored by the Sikh nation. So is true in the case of any Christian, Hindu or Muslim who is arrested and accused of doing something wrong. Placing a piece of cloth on Guru Granth Sahib after touching the feet of a human being with it is not acceptable. But it is not the individual’s duty to take the law into their hands. This will be the court that has the jurisdiction to decide the issues of blasphemy. It is also evident that India is sending dastardhary Hindus in the guise of Sikhs to infiltrate Sikh organizations to sabotage the Sikh movement.
People all over the world can notice themselves that how Indian government will be treating their minorities who are living captive in their land while Dr. Harshynder Kaur M.D. who was attending interfaith cooperation meeting in Geneva, Switzerland was threatened by Madam P. Srivastva, a representative of the Indian government on June 08, 2009 saying “Now let us see in which airport in India you will land.” Dr. Awatar Singh Sekhon, director of Human Rights Wing Council of Khalistan, Washington D.C. 20006 observed those remarks who was also there to attend the meeting. From the foregoing facts it is evident that Sikhs and Hindus cannot live together because they are two different nations. Sikh population consists of two percent of the total population of India and they cannot be left at the mercy of Hindus. Who are systematically destroying the Sikh religion. In order to protect the identity of the Sikhs it is inevitable to demand the Indian government to seize the illegal occupation of Khalistan.
Thanks.

 Khalistan and Dalits
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate.
The killing of Sant Ramanand on May 24, 2009 in a shooting incident in Vienna triggered large scale violence in Punjab and demonstrations from the Sikh community across the world. Punjab (India) witnessed large scale arson and the administration had to impose a curfew. Along with him,Dera Sachkhand Ballan chief Niranjan Dass, was injured in the incident. Hundreds of devotees paid their last respects to Sant Ramanand at a shardhanjali samaroh held at Dera Sachkhand. Scores of religious figures from various sects and orders were present on the occasion. Many public figures of Punjab such as Revenue Minister Ajit Singh Kohar, Chief Parliamentary Secretary Avinash Chander, former ministers Chaudhary Jagjit Singh and Chaudhary Santokh Singh and BSP MP Avtar Singh Karimpuri were also present to pay their tributes. A special chartered plane, which left for Vienna to bring the body of Sant Ramanand for cremation, returned in Jalandhar on June 04. Sant Ramanand died in an attack in Vienna. The Hindu media begin spreading rumours soon after the murder of Sant Ramanand that the Sikhs have done this job, whereas it is the job of the Indian agencies as usual.
On the contrary, Jenab Guru Nanak Sahib raised his voice against the Caste system and introduced the Sikh religion. At that time the Hindu society was divided on the basis of different castes. Some were considered to be superior to the others. To this day, the same caste system exists in the Hindu society. Basically, the objective before all 9 Guru Sahebhan was to eliminate discrimination on the basis of caste. On March 29, 1699, the tenth Master Guru Gobind Sahib not only breathed new life into a crushed and broken people, he also inspired the common depressed folk with lofty ideals and great aspirations and also glorified their innate strength and democratic will. Jenab Guru Gobind Sahib also picked the five beloved ones such as Bhai Daya Ram a khatri (shopkeeper) , Bhai Dharam Chand, a Jat (farmer), Bhai Himat-Das, a washer-man (Jhiver), Bhai Mokham Chand, a calico printer (Darzi) and Bhai Sahib Chand, a barber (nai). By the creation of the Khalsa, the one man leadership of the Sikhs was transformed to the five men and the supremacy of the Sarbat Khalsa was established. The shudders (untouchables) which are now called Dalits came under the banner of Sikhism because they saw that Sikhism does not believe in caste, creed, customs and superstitions which had been crushing them down the ages. The other Dalits who are still followers of Jenab Bhagat Ravidas Sahib will be better off if they have an association with Sikhs. The Sikh religion provides social equality, moral sanctity and vertical mobility for the lower castes and sections of the society with their self identities. At this current age, the Hindus do not allow them to enter into their temples. A Sikh leader has rightly said that Dalits are of the Sikhs by the Sikhs and from the Sikhs.
Since August 15, 1947 when India gained freedom from Britain In order to divert the attention of Sikhs from the goal of freedom of Khalistan, Hindus are using different tactics to sabotage their movement. Upon witnessing that Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala was getting more popular among the Sikhs, and will be creating a problem for the Hindus. They created a rift between Akalis group and the group of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala. As a result, Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala including more then 250,000 Sikhs were martyred.
To create further division among the Sikhs, the Indian agencies are bringing dastardhari Hindus in the guise of Sikhs in front who are trying to make a gurdwara in Sangrure, Punjab exactly replicating the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple). Every Sikh knows that Darbar Sahib is the Mecca of Sikhs which was built by Jenab Guru Arjan Sahib as the supreme spiritual center for the Sikh community. Jenab Guru Hargobind Sahib established beside this the Akal Takht as the central place of Sikh temporal power.
Creating an unlawful situation in Punjab (Khalistan) will not be beneficial, the people of Khalistan are now well informed. They will never forego their claim for freedom for Khalistan. As per the press release of the council of Khalistan dated June 08, 2009, “Only in a free Khalistan will the Sikh Nation prosper and get justice,” said Dr. Aulakh. “When Khalistan is free, we will have our own Ambassadors, our own representation in the UN and other international bodies, and our own leaders to keep this sort of thing from happening. We won’t be at the mercy of the brutal Indian regime,” he said. “Democracies don’t commit genocide. India should act like a democracy and allow a plebiscite on independence for Khalistan and all the nations of South Asia,” Dr. Aulakh said. “As Professor Darshan Singh, a former Jathedar of the Akal Takht, said, “If a Sikh is not a Khalistani, he is not a Sikh’,” Dr. Aulakh noted. “We must continue to pray for and work for our God-given birthright of freedom,” he said. “Without political power, religions cannot flourish and nations perish.”

 Ethnic Cleansing of Sikhs
Sat Sri Akal Dr. Gurmit Singh Aulakh Sahib,
Sat Sri Akal Sardar Paramjit Singh Dakha Sahib,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate In the lase week, I had a chance to visit different Sikh gatherings. They were arranged by different Sikh organizations for the mourning of their dead since August 15, 1947 and in the Darbar Sahib complex from June 04-06 1984 in particular.
Everyone of them were grieved by the martyrdom of their heroes who gave their lives for the freedom of Khalistan.  It has been noticed that some of them are reluctant to just utter the name of Khalistan.  They are afraid because once they say Khalistan they will be denied entry into India.  It is understandable that everybody has a different level of strength to pursue a goal.
I am of the opinion that to remember the death of our heroes who gave their lives in the struggle of getting Khalistan freed from the occupation of India is very important. The Sikh organizations who are reluctant to utter Khalistan or who do not demand Khalistan can give assurance that no Sikh will be denied Visa to their own homeland,no Sikh be detained in jail without a case, there will be no Hindu temple similar to Darbar Sahib adjacent to it, Sikhs be allowed to be married according to their religion, there will be no ethnic cleansing and there will be no more army attacks on Darbar Sahib.  These Sikh organizations are scared up to this level that according to them they are hardly preserving their existence of their organizations.
We will never recommend to take the law in one's hand , we want to achieve our goal with peaceful means.  Everybody knows, without an independent Khalistan, the above objectives cannot be materialized.  One cannot expect freedom if the land is occupied by the Indian government.
Thanks.

Darbar Sahib Massacre
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate
The massacre of June 04, 1984 begin by the Indian Army without any warnin given to the pilgrims of Darbar Sahib who were there to celebrate the martyrdom of their fifth Guru Arjan Sahib to surrender or leave the complex.  It is said that the rehearsal for “Operation Blue Star” took place with full preparation and secrecy in the town of Chakrata, U.P. state.   Both power and water were cut off.  At approximately 4:40 AM, a 25 pound shell was fired by the Hindu army at the ramparts of the room adjoining the Akal Takht Sahib.  After this, several artillery rounds were fired onto the shrine from all sides from June 04 to June 06 without any break.  An army official confessed that the Hindu army used more ammunition on the Sikh shrines than it had used in the 1971 war against Pakistan.
On this fateful day of June 04, 1984, the Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi also known as India’s Hitler No. 1 used her cream of military and intelligence personnel trained in the USSR, and supplemented with Soviet security advisors and killed 50,000 innocent children, youth and elderly who were butchered ruthlessly and indiscriminately, including Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala  (shaheed), Bhai Subeg Singh and Bhai Amrik Singh.  It is important to note that the Indian Empire had no case of any kind registered anywhere against Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala (shaheed) or his followers.
Some Dastardhri Hindu while trying to subterfuge the matter say that the Indian military attacked Darbar Saib because Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala along with his companions were taking refuge in the complex. They also raise questions of why he was there.  They actually turned a blind eye on the facts that just seven weeks post August 15, 1947, the Indian government issued a circular on October 10, 1947 to their district administration that “The Sikhs as a community are a lawless people and a menace to the law-abiding Hindu community.”   At the time of formation of constitution the Sikhs demands such as recruitment of Sikhs in the army, formation of Punjabi speaking state and safeguarding the Sikh rights and the interests in Pepsu were not included in the constitution.  Instead in 1960, Indira Gandhi deliberately divided the Punjab of Sikhs (of 15th August 1947) further into Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, to dilute the strength of the Sikhs.   The Hindu government is also encouraging the Hindus to settle in the Punjab area by giving them special subsidies. Whereas, whenever any Sikh is leaving India for a better education or work, he or she feels that they are not welcome back in India because the Indian law disowned them.  The Indian government’s implied policy is that they make sure the NRI rule will apply only to Sikhs.
The argument that the Indian army attacked Darbar Sahib for law and order purposes is a broad day lie because Darbar Sahib, Akal Takht Sahib and the other Sikh shrines were not only attacked by the Indian army but more than 125 Sikh shrines were attacked in various parts of Khalistan.  Hindu civilians also celebrated the attack on the Akal Takht Sahib and other shrines throughout India.  At Amritsar, the Hindu distributed sweets to the army for “teaching a lesson to the Sikhs.”
As per Lord Dalhousie’s announcement from Rawalpindi (Pakistan), their land was annexed to the British government on March 29, 1849.  The annexed Punjab of British Empire was administrated by the British authorities in England.  The Sikhs continued their struggle to regain their sovereignty by peaceful means since March 14, 1849.  According to the Times of London, on its front page of December 29, 1929, carried the headlines that such a peaceful demonstration of 500,000 citizens of the annexed Punjab, had never been seen in the history of mankind.  This demonstration was led by the uncrowned King of Sikhs, Baba Kharak Singh, and the Sikhs struggle for their sovereignty, independence and political power has been continuing, by peaceful means, since the Sikhs lost their motherland Punjab on March 14,1849 to this day of writing.  The fact of the matter is, as per Hindus plan Baba Kharak Singh had deceitfully been removed from the leadership of the Akali party by Master Tara Singh who was a converted Sikh who still had a sweet spot in his heart for the Hindus.
Sikh Nation knows from their past how to demonstrate peacefully.  They are a law abiding, peace loving nation and bear a high moral character as also confirmed by Quazi Nuruddin who accompanied Ahmed Shah Abdali to India and writes in his historical account “Jangnama” that “these Sikhs will not cast an evil eye on the women of their enemy nor will attack a fallen opponent. These Sikhs had high moral character.”  They are rallying and gathering in India and other parts of the world from June 04 to June 06 in the memories of their heroes’ deaths.  Since August 15, 1947, when the Indian government gained freedom from Britain, Hindus believe that by martyring Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala and exterminating over 250,000 Sikhs and keeping them in jails unlawfully, they will be able to suppress the movement for independence of Khalistan.  But in reality, this movement is becoming more and more powerful.  This is evident that when one Khalistani is killed, hundred Khalistanis are replacing him because you cannot take away the God given birthright of freedom from any nation.
Thanks.

Habib Yousafzai

LTTE Future
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionat
The leader of the Liberation Tamils of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) Mr. Velupillai Prabhakaran was martyred on May 17, 2009 by the Sri Lankan Army.  The Tamil Tigers were founded in 1975 by Velupillai Prabhakaran who ran the organization until his death with the aim of forcing the Sri Lankan government to create an independent country for the Tamils in the North and East part of Sri Lanka.  In 1983, they began the civil war.  It is also said that in 1991, a Tamil Tiger suicide bomber assassinated former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, apparently in revenge for sending peacekeeping troops who were actually killing the Tamils.
Sri Lanka gained independence from Britain on February 4, 1948.  After the death of Mr. Prabhakaran, the Sri Lankan military announced that it has for the first time since 1983 taken the entirety of Sri Lanka into its control and ended combat operations.  The Tigers once controlled a shadow state complete with a law school, courts, police and a tax system across a wide swath of the north.  Some believe that he was an authoritarian leader and he did not have many companions of the same caliber in his organization. Therefore, the liberation movement has come to an end after his death.
On June 3, 1984 Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi initiated Operation Blue Star and ordered the Indian Army to surround the Golden Temple complex to remove armed militants from the complex. Bhindranwale did not surrender and give up the demand for an independent Khalistan and gave his life in the operation and is thus regarded as a martyr.  Prior to his martyrdom he said, "if the Indian Government invaded the Darbar Sahib complex, the foundation for an independent Sikh state will have been laid.”
The liberation of Khalistan did not come to an end at the martyrdom of Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa (Bhindranwale).  Who himself confirmed “physical death I do not fear, death of conscience is a sure death.”  Although there is no comparison between Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale (shaheed) and Mr. Velupillai Prabhakaran (shaheed) as former is a saint and political leader and the latter is just a political leader.  Shaheed Jarnail Singh and Shaheed Velupillai both fought against tyranny till their last breath. People make wrong allegations against their opponents to portray them as a bad person as confirmed by Mr. Mani Shankar Iyer, “he was given an unpleasant job of portraying Sikhs as terrorists by Indira Gandhi in Janury 1984 approximately 6 months before the start of Operation Blue Star.”  Mrs.
The Tamil nation is accused of demanding a separate land for their own, therefore, they are terrorists in the eyes of their government.  Tamils argue that their region was separate from the beginning but annexed to Sri Lanka for administrative purposes same as Punjab (Khalistan) was annexed by the British government on March 29, 1849. The liberation of a country for Tamils will never end by the death of one person because the Tamil population consists of nearly 4 million people.  Freedom is a God given birthright of every human being and this right cannot be denied by the death of one person.

Dr. Manmohan second time Prime Minister
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate
After getting a good majority in the Indian elections, Dr. Manmohan Singh is proposed to repeat as prime minister of India. There is no doubt these elections in India were democratic elections, but the Hindu media is singing the glory of Dr. Manmohan Singh. Dr. Manmohan Singh, was born into a family of very modest means on September 26, 1932, in Gah, West Punjab (now Pakistan). First, he earned a degree in economics from Cambridge University in England and from Punjab University. In 1957, he did Dphil (Oxford), PhD thesis on India's export competitiveness. He spent the next thirty years working as a quiet but very key player in Indian politics. In the 1980s, Singh served as the head of the Reserve Bank of India, and in 1991 he became the country's finance minister in the Congress Party-led government of Narasimha Rao (1921–), which was in power until 1996.
All these years, Sikhs have suffered too much under the yoke of Indian prosecution, including the attack on the golden temple, over 250,000 Sikhs murdered and over 52,000 held as political prisoners for voicing for the freedom of Khalistan. The murder of Akal Takht Jatedar, more than 50,000 Sikh youth tortured and murdered, then declared unidentified and secretly cremated. Dr. Manmohan Singh the then finance minister in the congress party government of Narasimha Rao in his state address before the human rights commission delegates in Vienna, Austria, June 24, 1993 deceitfully confirmed that “he being Sikh finds no abuses of Human Rights of Sikhs much less any minorities in India.” Dr. Manmohan Singh’s statement was refuted in the strongest possible words by the human rights and peace loving citizens of North America and elsewhere. Dr. Manmohan Singh a member of the Upper House/Rajya Sabha is sent and nominated by a state to the House of Commons/Lok Sabha but he is not an MP (was never elected).
Conversely, Sirdar Kapur Singh was a civilian, parliamentarian and intellectual. He was master of many-sided learning Besides Sikh theology, he was vastly learned in philosophy, history and literature. He was born into a farming family, at the village Chakk in Ludhiana district on 2 March 1909. His father's name was Didar Singh. Sirdar Kapur Singh received his Master's degree, first class first, at the prestigious Government College, Lahore, after which he went to Cambridge to take his Tripos in Moral Sciences. He was a distinguished linguist and had mastered several of the languages of the east and the west Besides English with extraordinary subtlety and finesse, he had facility in Persian and Arabic as well as in Sanskrit. In addition to these, he claimed easy acquaintance with such discrete fields as astrology, architecture and space science In spite of his knowledge covering many disparate areas, Sirdar Kapur Singh's principal focus was Sikh literature and theology. He was a stickler for accuracy of fact and presentation. He stood up four square to any misrepresentation or falsification of any shade of Sikh thought and belief. He was most vigilant and unbending in this respect.
Sirdar Kapur Singh, besides being an extraordinarily learned man, was a prolific writer in addition to his Parasarprasna, in English, which ranks as a classic on Sikh philosophy, his other works include Hashish (Punjabi poems), Saptassrang (Punjabi biographies), Bahu Vistar (Punjabi essays), Pundrik (Punjabi essays on culture and religion), Mansur-al-Hallaj (monograph on a Sufi saint), Sachi Sakhi (memoirs), Sacred Writings of the Sikhs (a UNESCO publication), Me Judice (English miscellany), Sikhism for Modern Man , Contributions of Guru Nanak, The hour of Sword, Guru Arjun and His Sukhmani.
He was selected into the Indian Civil Service and served in various administrative posts in the cadre in 1947, he was appointed deputy commissioner of Kangra. He was particularly irked by the growing narrow politics of the government biased against the Sikhs. What incensed him most was a circular letter dated 10 October 1947, issued by the state governor, Chandu Lal Trivedi, warning district authorities in the Punjab against what was described as the criminal tendencies of the Sikh people. Kapur Singh filed a strong protest against this utterly wild accusation. He therefore invited the governor's wrath, Charges Were brought against him which led to his dismissal from the service.
The above comparison shows that Sirdar Kapur Singh was honest and voicing against the injustice of Hindus on Sikhs and also more qualified intellectually was sacked by the Indian government from the deputy commissioner post whereas Dr. Manmohan Singh who is a puppet of the Hindu Brahmins is still enjoying the office of the prime minister. By keeping him Prime Minister of India, Hindu Brahmins are trying to divide the Sikh nation to maintain the illegal occupation of Khalistan. Also the intrinsic motive is to suppress the separatist movement of Khalistan (Punjab) from India.
Thanks.

Habib Yousafzai

Atrocities on Sikhs in Pakistan and India
Saturday, May 09, 2009
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa,Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
With the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Ever Compassionate
In response to Lalh Gehi’s comments dated May 06, 2009:
I appreciate your concern about the treatment of the Sikhs in Pakistan wherein they have been displaced by some criminals and are now living in the Gurdwara Punjasahib.  But it appears that the government of Pakistan is not supporting those criminals.  Still, I strongly condemn all sorts of terror and torture and demand from the government of Pakistan to do everything to protect every citizen of Pakistan.  The Sikhs, Hindus, Christians or any other minority living in Pakistan are all assets and bona fide citizens of Pakistan.
Motivated by the following statements of Hindu leaders, Master Tara Singh at the time of partition opted to stay with India instead of having a separate autonomous state for the Sikh nation.
"...in future, the Congress shall accept no constitution which does not meet with the satisfaction of the Sikhs" -The Lahore session of the Congress Party. December 31, 1929.
"...the brave Sikhs of Punjab are entitled to special considerations. I see nothing wrong in an area set up in the North of India wherein, the Sikhs can also experience the glow of freedom." -Jawahar Lal Nehru, Lahore Bulletin, January 9, 1930.
"I ask you to accept my word and the Resolution of the Congress that it will not betray a single individual much less a community. Let God be the witness of the bond that binds me and the Congress with you (the Sikhs). When pressed further Gandhi said that Sikhs would be justified in drawing their swords out of the scabbards as Guru Gobind Singh had asked them to, if Congress would renege on its commitment." -Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Young India, March 19, 1931).
Soon after gaining freedom from the British Empire, Hindus-Brahmin clique began showing their true colours to the Sikhs.  The clique gave them first present of the free Hindu India on 10th October, 1947 to declare them a criminal and lawless community.
"Kya main taqat dushman (the enemy -the Sikhs) ke haath main de dun (How can I entrust power into the hands of the enemies)." -Jawahar Lal Nehru (1961).
"I don¹t give a damn if the Golden Temple and whole of Amritsar are destroyed, I want Bhindranwale dead" -Indira Gandhi communicating with Gen. Vaidya during "Operation Blue Star."
"We have broken the back of the Sikhs and we will get them elsewhere."-M. M. K. Wali, Indian Foreign Secretary, June 7, 1984 (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Radio 740, As It Happens)
"Let us teach these bastards (the Sikhs) a lesson."-Rajiv Gandhi, October 31, 1984
"The Sikh nation declared independence on 29th April, 1986" -Sarbat Khalsa held at the Darbar Sahib Complex
"the Sikh nation declared independence on October 7, 1987 forming the sovereign country of Khalistan." -The Council of Khalistan, Washington, D. C.
"Freedom of Khalistan was the only proper solution of the Sikh nation1s future." -Brig. Gen. Ben Blaz, Member of the United States Congress, October 7, 1989
"Nowhere in the world has any government pursued the kind of genocidal policies against a religious minority as in India since the Second World War." -Lt. Col. Pratap Singh, President, Khalsa Raj Party (1991)
"... a threat to the villagers that all males would be killed and their women taken to army camps to breed a new race if there was any militant activity in their village." -Brig. R. P. Sinha, Indian Army, March 8, 1991
"You do not know the might of our armed forces. We will eliminate 10,000 Sikh youths and the world will know nothing about it." -Chander Shekhar, former Prime Minister of India (CK, 21st October, 1991)
"...that the Sikhs are Sikhs just like East is East and West is West and twin shall never meet. We have no choice but to seek our independence in a sovereign state, the Republic of Khalistan." -Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, President, Shromani Akali Dal, in his letter of 12th July, 1991 to the Governor of Punjab, O. P. Malhotra
"to preserve the unity of India, if we have to eradicate 2-kror (20-million) Sikhs, we will do so" -Balram Jakhar, a former Indian Cabinet Minister and colleague of the former Indian Prime Minister, P. V. Narsimhanrao
"the world's largest democracy is really a tyranny willing to commit any act of brutality or terrorism to maintain its corrupt occupation of Khalistan.
...showing the American public that India1s claim of being a democracy is just more disinformation." -Gurmit Singh Aulakh, President, Council of Khalistan (The Washington Post, April 25, 1994)
Keeping in view of the above facts, Mr. Gehi, you will agree that the Sikh nation is not secure in Pakistan or India.  At this time, Sikhs have no for their own country Khalistan wherein Khalsa Panth and the Sikh nation will flourish.
Thanks.

Habib Yousafzai

Jaziya from Sikhs
I have gone through the letter of Col. Riaz Jafri (Retired) sent to Khalistan News dated May 03, 2009. In respect of the double tax imposed by some RAW (Indian Agency) sponsored people in the name of Taliban. Although every sensible person understands that this is not the act of a true Muslim and these activities are being done by enemy agencies. Since America is at war with the Taliban, they are taking every opportunity to portray the Taliban as terrorists.
However, there is no excuse for these kind of heinous acts. The Sikh families are bona fide Pakistani citizens and it is the responsibility of the government of Pakistan to protect them. Being a Muslim, I suggest you to submit your writing for publishing in the Pakistani media as well as these kind of incidents create a negative reputation towards the nation.
I strongly encourage the old saying, whenever we see a cruelty is occurring before us, we should stop it by force and if we cannot stop it by force we should speak up against it, if we are not even be able to speak up against it we should at least think to ourselves that this is wrong.
Thanks.

Nagar Kirtan
Rexdale Nagar Kirtan consisting of 400,000 people
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
Yesterday, I spent approximately six hours in the Nagar Kirtan that started around 1:30pm from Malton Gurdowara Sahib situated at Morning Star and Airport Rd. which ended at 6:45 pm at Rexdale Gurdowara Sahib at Carrier Drive and Westmore Drive.
I have noticed the Sikh Sangat were displaying high discipline. It seemed upwards of 400,000 people were involved including those who were standing on the side line to watch the procession. Lots of food including sweet meats, pakora, pizza, distilled water, etc. was also available for everybody.
I have seen the contrary situation to what I have heard on the Hindu Brahmin sponsored radio claiming that only 4 percent of the Sikh population is in favour of a separate country. This is not a valid claim because from commencement to conclusion, people were chanting and demanding for the freedom of Khalistan (Ley Kay Rahangay Khalistan and Iko Mang Azad Khalistan). Even a four year old child was saying "we need Khalistan."
At the end I said to the procession (to all Sikh Sangat) that God is watching the Nagar Kirtan ceremony and he will never deny the prayer of half a million people for a free Khalistan.

Thanks.

Habib Yousafzai
