The 12th February is the birthday of the great son of Punjab, Shaheed-Bilas Saint Soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa, the Sikhs’ great religious and political leader of the 20th century. Preparations are underway to celebrate Shaheed-Bilas’ birthday and discuss the Sikh Nation’s plans for the Sikh Cause. The cause is the “Sikhs’ struggle to Regain their Sovereignty, Independence and Political Power, which has been going on since 14th March, 1849, by peaceful means.”

My dear brothers, sisters, youth and elderly, I have no doubt that with our (Sikhs) sincere and honest efforts, our struggle for sovereignty will bear fruits, with the blessings of the Khudawand Bakhshinda, the Wonderful Almighty.

We all know that our apex religious and political places are under the ‘Tight Control’ of the anti-Sikh forces. These forces have to be defeated by peaceful means and with the guidance of our Guru Sahibaans, Guru Nanak Sahib to Guru Gobind Singh ji’ teachings, as inscribed in the Sikhs’ Holy Scripture, Guru Granth Sahib ji, the ONLY Granth of the Sikhs and the Guru Khalsa Panth.

Without our Sovereignty we, the Sikhs, have no future. Guru Sahibaan have taught us to live as ‘Sovereign Sikhs’.

Shaheed-Bilas Saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale was the Sikhs’ religious and political leader of the 20th century. He was the man of vision for the Guru Khalsa Panth, House of Baba Nanak, the people of Punjab (under the occupation of Brahmin autocracy/Zamhooriat/Zulamhooriat or the apartheid practicing ‘Democracy of Propaganda and Hatred’ the alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947). Irrespective of religion, i. e., the Hindus (neither a religion nor a culture), Brahmin and non-Hindu minorities like Muslims, Dalits, etc. Mrs Manju Qureshi, Chairperson, Women’s Human Rights Organization of Punjab, wrote in her tribute to Shaheed-Bilas in such a complimentary language that no Sikh or non-Sikh writer has dared to do to date (up until 10th February, 2010). After the completion of Saint-soldier’s mission of  ‘Struggle for Justice’ for the citizens of Punjab, the Sikhs’ holy and historic homeland, Mrs Qureshi wrote that ‘I have no shoulder now where I could put my head to cry or who could console me’. These were the sentiments of a lady of the non-Sikh faith. The Sikh Nation will always be grateful to the non-Sikhs like Mrs Qureshi, Bibi Mumtaz, Pir Budhoo Shah, his Sahibzade and over 400 Mureeds, Gani Khan, Nabi Khan, Nawab of Malerkotla family, Sain Mian Mir and alike. Although the (stupid) Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ autocracy involved in committing the international criminal activities, high jacking  of India’s national and international civilian aircrafts (Air India Flight 182, Toronto-Mobtreal-London-Delhi/Bombay in the early morning hours of off the western coast of Ireland on 23rd June, 1985 and planning a foiled plan of ‘exploding Air India aircraft in 1994 in some European country (Hon Kilgour D 1994 Betrayal: The Spy Canada Abandoned; Journal of Sikh Affairs 18, 2008 ISSN 1481-5435), along with the propaganda mechanics of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ alleged Indian democracy, has been busy is propagating rumors against Shaheed-Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa through its master’s (Indian administration’s) foreign missions, state-controlled news media (Air waves, TV, news print), hired hands, and producing the state-sponsored books for the character assassination and personality of the Shaheed-Bilas. These writers/pseudo-writers have been like KP Gill (the Butcher police officer of Punjab), also an advisor to the criminal AB Vajpayee and Narendra Modi’s administration of Gujarat, which carried out the ‘Genocide of Muslims’ in 2002-2003; killed more than 15,000 innocent Muslims), K Brar, J Reibero, some foreign staff writer or journalists to newspapers, etc. However, none has succeeded to accomplish his/her task or the aims of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ autocracy. The more lies the state-sponsored pseudo-authors write, the more brilliantly the character of Shaheed-Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa emerges. The only reason is that the RAW, its masters, the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ devious, divisive autocracy, the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ foreign missions and pseudo-authors spend their time in covering up their own ‘fabricated lies’; whereas, the truth on the Mission for the Struggle for Justice cannot be suppressed by the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ alleged Indian democracy. 
One of the segments of the ‘Mission for Struggle for Justice of the Shaheed-Bilas’ needs to be brought in the public domain, although the information that this writer is going to describe is already in print, but it has either been overlooked, seldom discussed or seen in print. This information relates to the post- ‘‘Operation Bluestar’’ of June, 1984 era, also known as ‘An undeclared war on the Sikh Nation, Punjab (under Indian occupation). In one of the articles of late Sardar Gurnam Singh Tir alias Chacha Chandigarhia, an advocate and one of the legal advisors to Shaheed-Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale. Sardar Tir’s article (in Punjabi/Gurmukhi script) appeared in the Indo-Canadian Times published from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in a Punjabi (Gurmukhi) weekly edited by late Tara Singh Hayer in 1980s. It related to Shaheed-Bilas Jarnail Singh’s conversation with advocate Tir.
In December, 1983, before “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984, when Jarnail Singh Khalsa and his supporters shifted from the Guru Nanak Niwas to Akal Takht Sahib, Sardar Tir wrote that ‘he had not seen the Shaheed-Bilas for sometime and was eager to see him. After leaving his family at his wife’s sister’s (sister in law’s) residence around 21:00 hrs, he went to Darbar Sahib Complex. There he first paid his respect to the Sikhs’ Holy scripture, Guru Granth Sahib in the Darbar Sahib and then proceeded to see the Shaheed-Bilas. He was walking in a Veranda, but appeared somewhat serious. The moment Shaheed-Bilas saw Tir ji, he exchanged with him the Sikh greetings. The Shaheed-Bilas asked him, where have you been Tir ji?  I have been looking forward to your visit. Tir ji replied that I have just arrived in the city, left my family at my sister-in-law’s residence, and then proceeded to the Darbar Sahib to see you and enquire about your wellbeing. The Shaheed-Bilas asked how are the things outside (of the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar). Tir replied that first you tell me how are things with you and what is going on, as you read the ‘state-controlled’ newspapers and other propaganda mechanics? Tir said that there are two main points which are of your concern. The Shaheed-Bilas listened. Tir said: first of all, people talk about your moving to Akal Takht Sahib (from your previous quarters in Guru Nanak Niwas), the media say that you should not have done that. Secondly, there appears some ‘rift’ between you and Sant Harchand Singh (Sinh) Longowal when you address him as the ‘Dictator (of the Morcha or agitation) for the Sikhs’ demands for justice and restoration of law and order in Punjab’; as it reflects some rift between both of you. Shaheed-Bilas asked Tir ji what would you like to propose? In continuation, Shaheed-Bilas said that here is my promise to you: I will never use this word ‘Dictator’ for Harchand Singh Longowal. Now, coming to your first concern shifting to the Akal Takht Sahib, I had been left with no option but to leave the Guru Nanak Niwas. This was merely for the respect of the Guru Khalsa Panth (Dastaar-di-rakhia vaaste). What Shaheed-Bilas meant was, as the writer thinks rather affirmatively, there were anti-Sikh, pro-RAW, RAW, pro-New Delhi administration (NDA), agents and elements present, which were eagerly looking forward to a clash between the RAW, its hired hands, pro-NDA forces and the Shaheed-Bilas and his supporters. The Shaheed-Bilas avoided this clash amicably and the news headline in the next days newspapers brought great disappointment to the anti-Sikh, anti-Darbar Sahib and anti-Sikh Way of Life forces. Tir asked the Shaheed-Bilas: what is next? Shaheed-Bilas replied that it is all up to the father (of the Guru Khalsa Panth), Guru Gobind Singh ji and the Akal Purakh Waheguru ji. However, let me make it clear to you, Tir Sahib. The date for the ‘Indian army’s assault has been set and that is going to happen whether I am sitting here, within the premises of Darbar Sahib Complex, more than 250 miles away from the Darbar Sahib Complex, somewhere in Madhya Pradesh, or any place outside Punjab. Indian administration is all set to attack the Darbar Sahib Complex and is all out to destroy it. My presence at the Akal Takht Sahib is only the ‘excuse’ for the NDA to wipe out the Sikhs. Sardar Gurnam Singh Tir writes that ‘how true were the words/calculations of the Shaheed-Bilas Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale’! Shaheed-Bilas had every knowledge of the move of the deceitful Indian administration of Indira Gandhi (alias Maimuna Begum), who had signed the papers of assault on the Sikhs’ holy and historic Homeland, Punjab in January 1984. Not only that she had assigned the job to make the Sikhs ‘terrorists’ to one of his former federal bureaucrat, MS (Mani Shanker) Iyer, according to Iyer himself (Sikh Bulletin, October-November 2006, p. 11). He had foretold the dates of the army assault on the Darbar Sahib Complex. The assault happened exactly on the same dates, with the exception that the ‘Indian Captain’ of the ship and his troops had to be changed, as they abandoned the ship’. This change delayed the real assault by 24-48 hours.
Shaheed-Bilas had a committee of ‘advisors’ on military matters, which consisted of the retired generals, commissioned, junior-commissioned and other military personnel’. Shaheed Lt-Gen Shubeg Singh was no fool. He knew perfectly well what the Government of India is all about as far as the Sikhs are concerned. Beside the staunch and committed supporters, Shaheed-Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale had everything at his finger tips. His supporters of the Guru Khalsa Panth taught a lesson to the forces of the apartheid practicing ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ autocracy’s army, air force and navy personnel. Shaheed-Bilas’s comrades replied to the enemies of the ‘House of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib’ that the Sikhs are not dead yet. They are alive and will struggle to their last breath and drop of blood to ‘Save the Honour of the Guru Khalsa Panth’. One Shaheed-Bilas has been martyred, there will be hundreds of thousands more to ‘Regain The Lost Sovereignty, Independence and Political Power of the Sikh Nation, by Peaceful Means’. The Struggle that has been going on since 14th March, 1849.
The propaganda mechanics and the foreign missions, including Indian administration (JL Nehru to Manmohan Sinh, 15th August, 1947 to this day of writing) are mentally, morally and ethically bankrupt. The Sikhs have nothing to do with their anti-humanity policies.
The Martyrdom of Shaheed Bilas Jarnail Singh Khalsa (Bhindranwale) has inducted far more strength in the on-going “Sikhs’ Struggle for Sovereignty, Independence and political power, by democratic and peaceful means, since 14th March, 1849.” The Guru Khalsa Panth, the Sikh Nation, Khalistan, Punjab (under the occupation of the Sikhs’ enemy, the alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947) knows its enemy perfectly well.
We, the Sikhs, also know that Harchand Longowal, Gurcharan Tohra, Jaswant Bhullar, Didar Bains of the USA, Professor M S Sidhu, Balwant Singh (Longowal’s Secretary), Prabhu Dayal Singh, Prakash (Darkness/Hanera) Sinh Badal, the present Chief Minister of Punjab, Jagjit Chohan (deceased), Harpal S Ghuman alias Harjinder Pal Singh Nagra, etc., ‘Collaborated’ with the RAW and its Director Kao, against the leadership of Shaheed-Bilas Saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa, the Sikhs’ man of the 20th century.
The Sikhs will always remember Shaheed-Bilas’ Saint-soldier Jarnail Singh Khalsa’s words “Physical death I do not fear, death of conscience is sure a death.”

EMINENT DISINTIGRATION OF the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ Alleged Indian Democracy is On its Way.

It has been reported in an Indian newspaper that the leader of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ militant party, Shiv Sena, Raj Thakre, son of Bal Takhre, has demanded the ‘Independence of Maharashtra’ from an artificial entity of the Indian Union, or the Union of Nations alias the Republic of India (www.rozanaspokesman.com 4th February,12010; Punjabinews@Zeenews, ATN monitored in CANADA; www.khalistannews.com 5th Feb, 2010). Raj Thakre’s demand does not come with any surprise at all. He has asked for a ‘Marathi (language) Nation alias Maharashtra. The word ‘Maharashtra means a great nation (a combination of two words, Maha + Rashtra). Maha means great and Rashtra means the Nation. The present state is one of the two segments of the former ‘State of Bombay’. The Marathi and Gujarati speaking people broke the former State of Bombay into Maharashtra and Gujarat. The latter is run by the Hindu militant party, Bhartiya Janta Party, under Narender Modi, a joe boy of a criminal AB Vajpayee, the former (elected) Prime Minister of India. Under the supervision of AB Vajpayee and gangster and Narender Modi’s goons, Genocide of Muslims was carried out by the Hindu militants. in which more than 15,000 innocent Muslims were murdered in cold blood.

Presently, Raj Thakre has made his intentions known to the New Delhi administration that Maharashtra has to become an independent nation. The foundation stone for the Marathis being a nation has been laid. All those nations who have been struggling to ‘Break the Chains of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ of other nations would welcome the decision of Raj Thakre. It is time now that other nations in the ‘Enslavement of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ of the New Delhi administration be allowed to control their future by exercising their free will and without any interference of the human rights ‘devoid’ armed personnel of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy. These nations are the Sikh Nation, Punjab, Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and its 7-sisters, Manipur, Tamil, Bihar, 2% Brahmins, Hindi-speaking Rajput areas, etc., by the ‘Self-Determinations’, under the United Nations supervised forces.
Where all these nations will support Raj Takhre’s case of an Independent Maharashtra or Marathi nation and the Marathi nation would like to see non-Marathis' exit to the places where they have had come from. With the same token, all Bihari immigrants and Dalai Lama’s followers must go back to their native places. Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjabi speaking areas be returned and/or merged in the Sikhs’ Holy and Historic Homeland Punjab (presently under Indian occupation since 15th August, 1947). The Sikhs who have been Struggling for their Sovereignty and Independence since 14th March, 1849, by peaceful means. It must be noted from the census of 1966, the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ of Punjab ‘disowned’ their Punjabi language and declared the Hindi as their mother tongue. Their wishes be respected and they be made the part of 2% Brahmins and should migrate to newly carved state of ‘Brahminstan or the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ in the Hindi-speaking nation.
It should be noted that the militancy supporting people of Gujarat and supporters of cruel Narender Modi and followers have their dream of the ‘Greater Gujarat’. The issue of the Maratha Nation, demaned by Raj Thakre, and the Greater Gujarat be decided by Raj Thakre and Narender Modi, as the Maratha Nation and Gujarat are the children of the former State of Bombay.
Shiv Sena’s Raj Thakre played his cards well. He must be congratulated. Raj Thakre must not forget that the Congress and other non-Congress and Hindu parties have proven to be politically impotent and brought the collapse of the artificial entity (India) or the Union of Nations; as such, it is Raj Thakre’s moral obligation to support other nations, without any prerequisite and pre-conditions, to support other nations’ demand of Independence wholeheartedly.
The democratic nations must start making their plans to secure the containment of nuclear stations and India’s arsenal to prevent any unforeseen catastrophe; as the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ can never be trusted.
The Muslim and Dalit populations deserve their rightful share in the artificial entity of nations, i. e., Republic of India (which does not provide any Constitutional Rights to the Sikhs, so to speak). Their interests have to be guarded. The peace-loving people cannot afford another genocide of Muslims,as well as of the Sikhs, i. e., what had happened in the Gujarat state in 2002-2003, and 1947 to 1984 and 1990 decade.

I have no choice but to ask you, as you have tendered an ‘apology’ to the Sikhs a few months ago, relating to the “Operation Bluestar” or an undeclared war on the Sikhs by the administration of Indira Gandhi and armed forces. Her cabinet colleague included PV Rao, under whom you served as the Minister of Finance in 1990s. PV Rao, your cabinet master, was one of the cabinet ministers who played an active role in the “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984.
If you consider yourself innocent, then why did you tender ‘apology’ to the Sikhs on behalf of the alleged Indian administration?
Will you also refute that you had not made the following statement, as the head of the Indian delegation to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights session, 15-25th August, 1993, Vienna, AUSTRIA:
The excerpts of your speech (Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh) made at the United Nations session on Human Rights in Vienna, AUSTRIA, on 24th June, 1993, appear in inverted commas.
Many belonging to the Sikh faith as well as the propaganda of Brahmins autocracy have propagated the thought that Manmohan Singh, the only choice to his master, Madam Sonia Gandhi, and his non-Sikh, anti-Sikh party, Congress-I, is Mr Clean. Now a Sikh is a prime minister of Brahmins autocracy, or India, so what? Has any Sikh, who calls Manmohan Singh an honest and clean person examined his state-delivered address before the Human Rights Commission Delegates in Vienna, Austria, on 24th June (14 to 25th June June), 1993? The same Manmohan Singh, then Finance Minister of the PV Rao administration, said that “…he being Sikh finds no abuses of Human Rights of Sikhs much less any minorities in India.” And another person, Manmohan Singh’s colleague of Islamic faith, Shahabuddin, said the same for Muslims of India as did Manmohan Singh for the Sikhs’ abuses of Human Rights in the Sikhs’ holy and historic Homeland, Punjab, Khalistan (under the Indian alias the Brahmins (elite) autocracy’s occupation, since 15th August, 1947). Manmohan Singh’s statement was ‘refuted’ in the strongest possible words by the human rights and peace loving citizens (delegates) of North America and elsewhere.
Given below is the letter of 23rd June, 1993, which the undersigned had written to your then Chief, Council of Minister, PV Rao, under whom you served as the Finance Minister in 1990s. Unfortunately, your Chief, Council of Ministers, PV Rao, had no decency to acknowledge the undersigned’s letter. Now it remained to be seen how do you explain your role in the “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984.

RE: AIR INDIA FLIGHT 182 - 22nd JUNE, 1985
Once again, the time has come when your morally and ethically devoid foreign diplomatic machinery, and alleged ambassadors of India and your administration, will be stepping up their hate campaign against the Sikhs under the disguise of the 8th anniversary of the ill-fated Air India flight 182 that took off from the pious land of Canada.  Although the politically dominated Indian judiciary system has been serving its New Delhi masters well, delivering the judgement in New Delhi’s favour by holding the Sikhs responsible for AI 182, no other court has yet concluded that the Sikhs have been responsible for the mishap that happened off the coast of Ireland.  You, as home minister in mid 1980s, along with the Indian administration, have been engaged in using your propaganda machinery (news papers, Indian television or doordarshan, sending cultural and sports teams and journalists like Jagjit Singh Anand abroad, academics who speaks the language of Brahmins, or high class bigots, slander Sikh gurus and their teachings) to slander, persecute, terrorize and torture the Sikhs since “Operation Blue Star” of June, 1984. However, Indian administrations including your own, have shed no light on the state run airline system. In foreign news media, Indian Airlines flights are aptly referred to as “flying coffins”, especially when one considers what has happened during the airline’s operation in the first six months of 1993.  I was wondering if you or your board of enquiries have as yet decided which group you wish to link these unfortunate events with, the Sikhs or Muslims?

I am particularly interested to know, assuming you would care to answer this letter, whether the incident that took place in the late 1970s at the Bombay airport for a scheduled Air India flight to a middle east country, in which then prime minister Indira Gandhi was travelling, was also caused by the Sikhs or by some disgruntled Air India employee(s). According to the findings of a one man commission, conducted by a judge of Maharashtra High Court, the first aircraft (upon which boarding had taken place and Indira Gandhi and her entourage were on board) did not start despite an Air India maintenance crew’s 3 hours struggle to fix the problem.  After this struggle, a second aircraft was towed in, passengers, baggage and cargo was reloaded, but the second aircraft did not start.  A third aircraft was brought in and the scheduled flight took off to its destination after the delay of several hours. The findings, as I recall, of the commission were that in the first craft electrical wires were found cut and the second aircraft had more water the aviation fuel.  Did the enquiry commission conclude that the Sikhs were responsible, under Indian norms, for cutting the electrical wires and for the high water ratio in the aviation fuel, or did some disgruntled maintenance employee(s) want to play with the lives of innocent but non-political passengers or was it because Indira (a corrupt, morally and ethically bankrupt person) happened to be one of the politicians on board, who had no regard for the Indian masses.

Since the late 1970s and particularly since June 1984, what argument or explanation can you advance for the Air India 182 disaster not being a  creation of the Rajiv Gandhi, his administration (of which you were a member) and Indian Research and Analysis Wing, the latter which is believed to be responsible to only the prime minister.  Indicators clearly point out that it was done to slander the Sikhs, destroy their integrity in the eyes of their fellow countrymen, and make them a criminal tribe as done before by bigots like Nehru, Patel, Trivedi, Govalkar, Pant, Charan Singh, V. P. Sinh, Chandrashekhar, and Balram Jhakhar, who said that “to preserve the unity of India, if we have to eradicate 2-kror or 20 millions Sikhs, we will do so”, according to Sardar Amarjit Singh Khalsa, Spokesperson, Panthic Committee.  Such defamation is aided by the Sikh quislings Pratap Singh Kairon, Giani Kartar Singh, Kuldip Brar, K. Later, this Hindu’s family converted to the Sikh religion of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib, for the reason that they saw no security of their lives except the Baba Nanak’s House. Now the time has come, Singh Sahib Professor Darshan Singh ji, to save the Sikhs’ Holy and Historic Homeland Punjab, The Sikh Nation. The Sikh Nation, which cannot survive without its own ‘Sovereignty and Secular’ state. The title which the Sikhs carried proudly until 14th March, 1849; the time when the First Sovereign Sikh Nation of South Asia, under a Sikh monarch Ranjit Singh, 1799 to 14th March, 1849, surrendered their sovereignty to the British Empire’s agent Lord Dalhousie. No one else but to the British Empire and its agent Lord Dalhousie. Between the 14th March, 1849 and 14th August, 1947, the status of the Sikh Nation was ‘annexed’ but not amalgamated to the British Empire, for the administration.
The time has come, Singh Sahib Professor Darshan Singh Khalsa ji, to assume the command of the Sikh Nation, for the purpose to relieve the Sikh Nation and ‘Secure the Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation From the Enslavement of the ‘Brahmins and Hindus’. Lawyers for human rights International is shocked by the treatment given to Barrister and Solicitor Parminder Singh Saini by the Canadian authorities and Indian authorities. It is very sad to note the manner in which Barrister Saini was deported from Canada, even though since 1995, he had a clean record in Canada and had not indulged into any political/criminal activity.
That Barrister Saini was involved in hijacking of a plane of Indian Airlines from Jammu to Lahore on 6th July 1984 and had undergone the sentence of life imprisonment in Pakistan and was released after ten years of incarceration in jail and so had been adequately punished for his alleged offence.
It is also noteworthy that the said hijacking was an outburst of anguish towards the then government, which had indulged into operation blue star in June 1984, in which several hundred of Sikhs including innocent pilgrims were killed by the Indian army in Darbar sahib Amritsar. It is also pertinent to mention that the history of plane hijackings started when for the first time after the independence of India, a plane was hijacked by two brothers from Allahabad in 70’s, as a mark of anguish for incarceration of the late prime minister of India Shmt. Indira Gandhi, who or regaining power had honored with Rajya Sabha membership to one of the brothers. So the reaction of the present Indian government in invoking the provisions of National Security Act against Barrister Parminder Singh, cannot be found to be justiciable from the moral angle.
That Barrister Parminder Singh Saini firstly, completed his graduation, while he was in Pakistan Jail and thereafter on his release in 1994, had entered Canada in 1995 and had obtained the degree of B.A.(Hons) from York University, Toronto Canada and thereafter did his law from University of Windsor, Ontario Canada and was a student of Masters of law , when abruptly he was deported from Toronto Canada to New Delhi India on 27 January 2010. There was no occasion or reason for the Canadian authorities to have deported him in view of his excellent educational career, which disclosed that he was an asset to the society and could  not by any stretch of imagination could not be considered to be a security risk to Canada or India.
That the manner in which Barrister Saini has been treated by the Indian Government also raises important questions, as to whether the claims of the Indian Government that it wants people who had once sought alienation from the Indian nation, to join the mainstream are hollow claims or the Indian government is sincere in its claims.
Our organization takes strong notice of the fact that Barrister Parminder Singh was not allowed access to his lawyer or his relatives for atleast 4 hours after his arrival at the Delhi airport and his relatives only could meet him in the morning, i.e. after 14 hours of his landing in Delhi.
The invoking of National Security Act in his case is a total abuse of powers by the Indian Government, as Barrister Parminder Singh Saini is no security risk to the national security and our organization would expect that he would be released immediately.

26th January: THE BLACK DAY FOR THE SIKHS & THE SIKH NATION, PUNJAB,

KHALISTAN, under the 'Enslavement of Sikhs by the 'Brahmins-Hindus' alleged Indian democracy.

On the 26th January, 1950, the Sikhs’ elected representatives, Sardar Hukam Singh and Sardar Bhupinder Singh Mann, has ‘Rejected’ the Indian Constitution 1950,  ‘This time’, which made the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’, headed by JL Nehru alias Mobarak Ali, a Republic of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’. Before this day, the Sikhs’ elected members to the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ parliament has ‘rejected’ the Indian Constitution in its ‘Draft’ form. These dates were 1948 and the 26th November, 1949. These three times were not only the ‘rejections’ by the Sikh representatives, because the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ betrayed The Sikh Nation, from all its promises made to them in the pre-15th August, 1947 era. More recently, the Sikhs’ National Professor of Sikhism, Sirdar Kaur Singh, ICS (Indian Civil Service now the Indian administrative Service), Member of Parliament, and MLA to the PUNJAB, the Sikh nation’s Legislature, ‘REJECTED’ the Indian Constitution 1950 on the 6th day of September, 1965. Since then, i.e., since 15th August, 1947, the Sikh Nation has told the world bluntly that the Indian Constitution 1950 is not the paper written on it.
Reasons to Rejected the Indian Constitution, in its draft and Final Forms: (i) Broken promises, (ii) to make the Sikhs ‘slaves of the Brahmins-Hindus’, the people who had been ‘subservient’ for more than 3,500 years of the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc. On 15th August, 1947, the unelected ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ leadership ‘robbed’ the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, The Sikh Nation, and made them a ‘Nation of Landless People’, by using the services of a Hindu convert to the ‘House of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib’. This convert was  Nanak Chand Malhotra who became Tara Singh, the Guru Khalsa Panth Rattan (see “Betrayal of Sikh Nation By Master Tara Singh With British Documents of Transfer of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh (U K), Second Edition, August 2009, ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6,” (iii) just 7-week after the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ independence, the Sikhs were made the ‘Lawless people danger to the law-abiding Hindus-Brahmins, (iv) when the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ tricks did not work, these ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ administration divided the Sikh Homeland into Haryana and Himachal Pradesh states, to dilute the Sikhs’ power. In other words to ‘Imbalance’ the Sikhs:Hindus-Brahmins ratio’.
Undeclared War On the Sikh Nation in the form of a Brutal Military “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984: When all Constitutional efforts of the ‘Hindus-Brahmins’ failed, now they wanted to get rid of the Sikhs, using armed forces (army, navy and air force, along with armed and intelligence personnel. This ‘Undeclared War’ was the only alternative available to the deceitful ‘Hindus-Brahmins’. They did it in June, 1984; but failed badly to defeat the Sikhs of the Sikh Homeland, PUNJAB. The failure of “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984, resulted into the preparation of “Operation Bluestar II, in November, 1984. Unfortunately, Indira Gandhi was assassinated in October 1984. Instead of “Operation Bluestar II” of October, 1984, ‘Genocide of Sikhs’ was carried out in October- November, 1984. The combined toll of the  ‘Genocide of Sikhs in October-November and “Operation Bluestar” of June 1984 was more than 1.5 million Sikhs. Neither “Operation Bluestar of June 1984, Genocide of Sikhs in October-November, 1984 nor the combined military “Operations” were successful in ‘exterminating the Sikhs of the Sikh Homeland. It must be noted that the JL Nehru administration wanted to ‘exterminate’ the Sikhs of the Sikh Homeland, PUNJAB, because 9 out of 10 Generals of the Indian army were Sikhs and more than 33% of the Indian army was of Sikhs. This was the major headache of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ of the JL Nehru’s administration. The intelligence report to JL Nehru advised “if you want to attack on the Sikh Homeland PUNJAB and the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar, in 1956, then you go ahead, but it would be like committing a ‘suicide’ for you, Mr Prime Minister.” JL Nehru could not accomplish his motives, but her daughter Indira Gandhi alias Maimuna Begum did, but failed to ‘exterminate’ the Sikhs of the Sikh Homeland, PUNJAB, despite persecution, terrorism of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’, fake encounter killings of the Sikh youth, humiliation and dehumanization of Sikh women, Genocide, pogroms, man-made floods in Punjab and what else not.
Prakash (Hanera-Darkness) Sinh Badal, Gurcharan Tohra, Harchand Longowal, KP Gill, other Directors-General of Punjab Police, Research and Analysis Wing, KN Kao, SD Sharma, and other criminal MLAs and Members of Parliament, Chidambaram, PV Rao, Manmohan Sinh (the lap dog of Madam Sonia Gandhi alias Sonia Maino) all played their anti-Sikh, anti-Guru Khalsa Panth, anti-House of Guru Baba Nanak, and other criminal acts like High jacking of civilian, national and international, aircraft carriers played their due role to prove/make the Sikhs ‘terrorists’, e.g. Air India Flight 182 destruction in the early hours of the western coast of Ireland and others. The ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ New Delhi administration and the administration of the Prakash Sinh Badal Akali Private Limited failed to accomplish their ‘ulterior’ motives to ‘exterminate’ the Sikhs.
Constitutional Rights of the Sikhs in the Indian Constitution 1950: The Sikhs have no ‘constitutional’ rights under the Indian constitution. Article 25 of the Indian Constitution ‘swallows’ the Sikhs’ right to exist as a ‘Sikh Religion, having their Anand Marriage Act, and the Sikh Nation’. Why did Prakash Sinh Badal burn Indian Constitution Article 25 in Delhi in 1962, during the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
The 26th Day of January is the ‘Black Day’ in the ‘History of Sikhs from the Sikh point of View’. The Sikhs have no ‘FUTURE’ without their Sovereignty, Independence and Political power.

After the amazing success of Slumdog Millionaire, Bollywood seems to have found a new romance in Hollywood. UCLA and Yale graduate of Indian origin, Hollywood and Broadway acclaimed filmmaker Krishna Shah has recently announced an enormous  epic that would be made in collaboration with the two largest film industries of the world: a sixty five million dollar film that Shah claims will be the realization of his life-long dream ... one that he has been working on for the last two decades. On the line and scale of Lord Attenborough' s Gandhi, he claims.

It will be called "Mother: The Indira Gandhi Story [alias Maimuna Begum, adds Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon (Machaki) of Canada]" Knowing the mindset, I can guarantee you that Sikhs will once again be shown as terrorists and traitors, not as the patriots and defenders of freedom and justice that they are. Invariably, the film will end with the "martyrdom" scene at the hands of her two Sikh bodyguards ... the world will leave the theatres with a lasting impression of Sikhs as such.

Like the intense and relentless media propaganda generated by the Indian government since the 80's, the world will once again be pelted with images that will put us all, collectively, in a bad light. A lot of Sikhs who have grown up beyond the reach of the mischievous propaganda to date will suddenly be ashamed of themselves ... and so will those who have barely recovered from the decades old trauma and stigma.

It does not help that this will be an international biopic directed by one of her biggest worshippers and fans. Shah has also announced the creation of an NGO - "Celebrating Indira Gandhi ‘alias Maimuna Begun" ("CIG") aimed to propagate the ideals of Indira Gandhi through publication of  books, seminars, competitions and cultural and educational programs.
I ask you two questions today.

The answer is - from the same Indian Government reports that claim less than 700 fatalities in the army operation that, according to eye witness accounts, took thousands of innocent lives. The same reports that claim the loss of a few hundred lives in the Delhi "riots", whereas we all know the figure exceeded several thousands. And that thousands more were killed in each major town and city in northern India under carefully planned government-sponsored d pogroms (they were not riots! NOTE: It was the ‘State-sponsored ‘Genocide of Sikhs’. Why? In fact, this alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947, has been sitting on a time bomb, which could go off at any time, because of its ‘ulterior’ motives.
The United States of America must think on opportunism of the alleged Indian democracy. If the so-called advisors of the US administration think that “they have a third force to do the work for the interests of the US, then they have to find answer of the question that why did the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ remain ‘subservient’ for more than 3,500 years of the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc., and until 15th August, 1947?
The U S Administration has to think that the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ alleged Indian democracy lost badly in its aggression of the Sikhs’ Holy and Historic Homeland, PUNJAB, in its brutal military “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984 alias ‘An Undeclared War on the Sikh Nation, using its sophisticated military might in June, 1984’. If the US administration thinks that they can create a' third’ force to be the US partner in South Asia and/or Middle East to take care of the Muslims of the areas, then it would be the biggest mistake of the US advisors, who have been playing in the devious, divisive and deceitful ‘Brahmins-Hindus’. The world need peace badly and all the partners have to think for the peace and harmonious relations.
Let me bring one more point relating to the problems of humanity. A country which can feed its people, provide them shelter and amenities of  like and public health facilities, how could this country become the ‘third’ partner for the interests of the United States?

“Sunil Gangopadhyay is a novelist author of Ranu-O-Bhanu, First Light a translation of Pritham Aloe, has something to say on the same subject. The Week, dated April 22, 2001, 51-53, “Cupid’s confusion,” carries excerpts from his books as well as his interview. He has talked of several of Tagore’s love affairs. It is notable that he was accused of trying “to tarnish Rabindranath’s image by portraying him as a sex maniac.” (1) One affair he mentions is with Lady Ranu Mukherjee younger to Tagore by 47 years. She came in contact with him (“with no clothing on my person”) when she was just 12 years old. “It was known to everyone that Tagore used to write songs for her and would sing them in her presence. He dedicated his play Rakta Karabi (Red Oleander) to her. In her unpublished autobiography -- Ranu mentioned an incident that took place on February 3, 1933 when Tagore was 72 and she 25. She was in Santiniketan with her husband. ‘I was supposed to go to (Rabindranath) again, but I dared not -- what the poet wants from me I can’t give it to him, I can’t, I can’t.” The poet’s act of seducing a young child of 12 when he was 59 is as disgusting as his attempt to seduce a married woman by weaning her away from her husband by taking advantage of his capacity of a host. (2) Tagore who pretended to be an advocate of women’s liberation and authored Streer Patra, married Mrinalini who was 10 years old at the time of marriage. He also gave dowry to get his daughters married off. (3) Indira Devi Chowdhury, was the poet’s niece and was 11 years younger than him. “Tagore’s letters hint at an affair” with her. From his letters to her preserved at Santiniketan, “Words or lines that could reveal something,” are carefully obliterated and “can hardly be deciphered today.” (4) He had an affair with a girl from Argentina. She was Victoria Ocampo (thirty years junior to him) in whose villa he recuperated from illness. In Ocampo’s diary we find the words, “He (Tagore) touched my breast like plucking a flower.” (5) Perhaps as disgusting as the incestuous affair and the Ranu affair was his attachment to Kadambari, his elder brother’s wife. Surely as a highly cultured person familiar with cultural traditions of the east, he knew that an elder brother’s wife was to be regarded as almost a mother. Here we may recall Laxman’s regard for Sita. (6) A recent book by one of Gandhi’s descendants affirms that both Tagore and Gandhi shared a common mistress.
Such is the person who cast the first stone at Ranjit Singh. Now we know what to make of his accusing finger. It was nothing but character assassination of a Sikh having an eminent position in Sikh history.”

Its imposition took place by receiving favours of many Sadhs, the then head of the Institute of Sikh Studies, Guru Khalsa Panth traitor and criminal, Gurcharan Tohra, who gave his back to the Sikh Nation, Punjab, just before starting by "Undeclared War on the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB (under the occupation of the alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947) in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, by 'Brahmins-Hindus' apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy and its armed forces (Indian army, Air Force and Indian Navy). In this war Indian armed forces and Indira Gandhi's administration killed more than 1.2 to 1.5 million innocent Sikhs (infants to eldery). Sikhs concentrate their energies to ‘Regain their Sovereignty, Independence and Political power, by peaceful means. The Editor in Chief, International Journal of Sikh Affairs Vol 19(2), November Issue, 2009, ISSN 1481-5435, writes that “Although it is known widely, no one from the Sikh academic community has dared from the Sikh Nation [PUNJAB](under the occupation of the devious, divisive and apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy) that the second “Operation Bluestar” was to take place in November 1984, in the Sikh Nation, because of the failure of an ‘Undeclared’ War on the Sikh Nation in June 1984. As the Indian Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi alias Maimuna Begum’s assassination took place on 31st October, 1984. Instead of “Operation Bluestar II”, the genocide of Sikhs was carried out in Delhi and elsewhere in the alleged Indian democracy.”
A retrospective study reveals that the apartheid practicing Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947, waged three military wars on its western neighbour, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and one on the Peoples’ Republic of China in 1962. The latter is known as ‘JL Nehru’s Debacle of 1962 in the Northern borders’. The administrations from JL Nehru to Manmohan Sinh failed badly to win any war, using their sophisticated military hardwares for the Indian (Brahmins-Hindus) army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy Services, paramilitary and intelligence personnel, including the foreign intelligence advisors of the defunct state of the USSR, now Russia. Indian administration carried out international crime of ‘Exploding Air India Flight 182’ to make the Sikhs of the Sikh Nation, Punjab and the Sikh Diaspora ‘terrorist’. Why did alleged Indian democracy not succeed?
It did not succeed merely because of its deceptions, broken promises of pre-15th August, 1947 to the Sikhs and other non-Hindu-Brahmin minorities. It did not succeed despite killing more than 1.5 million innocent Sikhs since the decade of 1980s and 1990s. It carried out the persecutions, terrorists, fake encounter killings, carrying genocide (social, political, religious, educational, etc.) of the Sikhs and non-Brahmins-Hindu minorities. The wide scale ‘Human Rights’ violations of the minorities are being continued in the Sikhs’ Holy and historic Homeland, PUNJAB, the Sikh Nation, Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Tamilnadu, Manipur, Assam and its 7-sister states (Assam’s seven sisters), Dalits, etc.
The alleged Indian apartheid practicing state’s lies of its ‘Selected Prime Minister’, Manmohan Sinh, who is not a Member of Parliament from any electoral constituency) in the Commission of U N Human Rights, Vienna, AUSTRIA, 15-25th August, 1993, penetration of North America, Europe, Far East countries, etc., international criminal activities by the Indian and India’s Research and Analysis Wing personnel, control of the Sikhs’ apex religious and political institutions, denying constitution rights to Sikhs in the Indian Constitution 1950. Extermination of the Sikh religion, one of the 5th largest religion of the world, Hinduization and forced ‘Hindutav’ on the Sikhs in particular, and on non-Brahmins-Hindus minorities are some of the prime factors that the alleged Indian democracy ‘defeated’ herself.
The alleged Indian apartheid practicing must not forget that the ‘unelected Brahmins-Hindus’ leadership of India ‘robbed’ the Sikh Nation, Punjab, the first ‘Sovereign and Secular’ nation of South Asia, under the administration of a Sikh monarch, Ranjit Singh 1799 to 14th March, 1849. This was the time when the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ were ‘subservient’ of Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc., since the British Empire handed over the control of the part of ‘Motherland Punjab’ to the deceitful and shameless ‘Brahmins-Hindus’.
The alleged Indian democracy’s dream of ‘assimilating’ the Sikhs into the ‘Hindus and their –ism’ (which is neither a religion nor a culture) will never be realized, because the Sikhs will fight their battle, by peaceful means, until the last breath of their life.
Indeed, the alleged Indian democracy failed very badly in its ‘ulterior’ motives. India must not forget that the Sikhs’ elected representatives has rejected/not endorsed/not signed the Indian Constitution 1950.
To make the Sikhs ‘Hindus or long-haired Hindus’ Indian administration and its armed forces have exterminated nearly 3.2 to 3.4 million Sikhs. Additionally, India has exterminated more than 500,000 innocent Muslims; more than 110,000 Muslims of the Jammu and Kashmir; more than 12,000 Assamese; more than 15,000 Tamils; and ten of thousand of Dalits.
Indian state has failed mentally, diplomatically, ethically, and as a ‘Indian Union’ so to speak. India’s “Operation Bluestar” alias India undeclared war on the Sikh Nation failed badly. The Sikhs cannot survive without their ‘Sovereignty and Statehood’, to regain it by peaceful means.

Prakash (Hanera/Darkness) Sinh Badal, the Badal clan, the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited Incorporations, Badal's ‘'joe boys and joe girls”, Akali Dal-Badal appointed jathedars (Sarkari jathedars), the Dastardhari/turbaned 'Brahmins-Hindus' in 'The Sikh Identity' are all 'criminals' of the Guru Khalsa Panth, the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB (under the occupation of the 'Hindus-Brahmins' alleged Indian democracy, since 15th August, 1947). They must be kicked out from the Guru Khalsa Panth, panthic institutions, the Sikh Nation, Punjab, for their role played for the anti-Sikhs, viz. The Bhartiya Janta Party, Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, its mother Rashtriya Swamsewak Sangh, the Sangh family, the Hindu Mahasabha, the mother of all evils, Congress and other non-Sikh parties. These Akalis of the Badal-faction are the enemies of the Guru Khalsa Panth alias the Sikh Nation, Punjab and its ‘Sovereignty’. Without 'Sovereignty, Independence and political power’ the Sikhs have no future. As such, the ‘Sovereignty’ of the Sikhs is of prime interest.

What the jathedars belonging to the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited Incorporation has set the next date of 29th January, 2010, to appear at the Akal Takht Sahib is 'nothing' but beating around the bush. These jathedars, many of them if not all, are the members of the Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, an offshoot of the anti-Guru Khalsa Panth, the Rashtriya Swamsewak Sangh. They are in contempt of the \'Sikh Way of Life\' and the Sikh religion at large. They must be punished to avoid further erosion of the Sikh Way of Life. Singh Sahib ji, Guru Khalsa Panth and the Sikh institutions, the Sikh Nation, Punjab, are in dire need of leadership, to 'Liberate the Sikh Nation' from the Enslavement of the 'Brahmins-Hindus'. I am not surprised to the following mail on “The Khalistan Freedom fighters misleadingly described as ‘terrorists’,” by the bootlickers of the devious, divisive and apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy alias the autocracy of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ and their pros. The people associated with the [IHRO] website are the ‘bootlickers’ of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’. These Brahmins, who are the masters of the IHRO (Indian Human Rights Organization), have been defined the ‘Butchers of the mankind’, by the founder of the Sikh religion, Guru Baba Nanak Sahib. According to the teachings of Guru Baba Nanak Sahib, in the Sikhs’ Holy scripture, Guru Granth Sahib ji, described them as “Mathe Tikka Terrh Dhotti Hath Chhurri Jagat Kasai.” When I study Guru Granth Sahib ji, I cannot stop thinking regarding the teaching of our Guru Sahib. He was right in 1469 and Guru Baba Nanak Sahib is right in the current twenty-first (21st) century. And the spineless people of the IHRO, especially one of them, known as Dalbara Gill, is the “joe boy” of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ and the Punjab, The Sikh Nation’s ‘Dastaardhari Hindus in ‘The Sikh Identity’. What I mean is the bootlickers of a spineless Chief Minister of Punjab, Prakash (Darkness/Hanera) Sinh Badal, the Badal clan, Badal’s army of jathedars, which was defeated ‘ONLY’ by one person in the first week of this month. This person was Singh Sahib Darshan Singh Khalsa, Mukh-Sewadar (former) of  the Supreme Seat of Sikh Polity, The Akal Takht Sahib. Singh Sahib Professor Darshan Singh Khalsa ji must be congratulated taking his rightful stand  and supported with an extraordinary following by the Sikh masses. The action of the Sikh masses is no less than a' Slap’ on the face of the jathedars appointed by Prakash Sinh Badal Akali Dal Private Incorporation Private Limited, Badal’s brought president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee (SGPC), Avtar Sinh Makkar. The Sikh masses have spoken and told to the world that they (the Sikh masses) need an honest and devoted leader to look after the interests and the “Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation, Punjab.” The struggle which has been going on since 14th March, 1849 uninterruptedly, by peaceful means. The Sikh youth and their leadership, which the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’, and now their ‘bootlickers’ describing them the ‘terrorists’, have been carrying out their struggle peacefully to ‘Liberate the Sikh Homeland, their Holy and Historic Homeland and religious institutions from the “Enslavement of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus.” The IHRO must know that the ‘Sovereignty is the Birthright of a Nation’. The Sikh freedom fighters have been carrying out their duties to their ‘Motherland, PUNJAB, The Sikh Nation’; which was the first ‘Sovereign and Secular’ nation of South Asia, under the administration of a Sikh monarch, Ranjit Singh, 1799 to 14th March, 1849.

If the ‘gung hoes’ of the IHRO do not know their Sikh History, from the Sikh point of view, these IHRO people must become the ‘subservient’ of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’. The IHRO executive will know then when the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ will chew them alive, just like as they did to the Buddhist people when Ashoka said good bye to political power.
Let me tell you the IHRO people, Mai Harinder Kaur ‘cannot’ write the things about his sons (see below), who have been continuing their struggle for the “Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB’. The nation, which was ‘robbed’ in a broad day light by the unelected ‘Brahmins-Baniya’ clique, aided by Sikh Nation’s traitor, Master Tara Singh (see “Betrayal of Sikh Nation By Master Tara Singh With Documents of Transfer of Power 1947 written and compiled by Ram Singh (UK), Second edition, August 2009, ISBN 978-0-9811360-6-6).”
The IHRO must open their eyes or get lost in the wilderness, or go where RK Dhawan used to sit. The Sikh Nation will have nothing to loose. The IHRO must know that the real ‘terrorists’ are the devious, divisive and spineless ‘Brahmins-Hindus’.

Paramjit Singh Panjwar (Khalistan Commando Force) Panjwar is believed to be about 40 years old and belongs to the village of Panjwar, near Tarn Taran. Until 1986, when he joined the Khalistan Commando Force, he worked at the Central Cooperative Bank in Sohal. Shortly after taking charge of the KCF in the 1990s, after the elimination of its commander, one-time police constable 'General' Labh Singh, Panjwar left for Pakistan. His wife and children relocated themselves in Germany. With his close links to top Punjab smugglers like Bhola Thanthian and Pargat Singh Narli, Panjwar has worked to keep the KCF alive using revenues raised from cross-border heroin traffic.
Major cases:
Ten FIRs registered from 1989 to 1990, including seven counts of murder and two under TADA.
Wadhawa Singh (Babbar Khalsa International) A resident of Sadhu Chattha village near Kapurthala, Wadhawa Singh started his political life as a member of Punjab's naxalite movement. Like some members of the ultra-left movement, its defeat led him to lurch to the far-right. By 1978, motivated by top Khalistan movement figure Tarsem Singh Kalasanghian, Wadhawa Singh joined the Akhand Kirtani Jatha, and went on to become one of the founders of the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), operating its network from Pakistan along with his brother Mahal Singh. The BKI has shown greater resilience than other terrorist groups in Punjab, owing both to its support among non-resident Indians and its contact with the ISI.
Major cases:
The most important charge against Wadhawa Singh is that he ordered the assassination of Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh. The prosecution of other conspirators in that case is proceeding, but Indian law does not provide for trials of suspects without their presence. Four other cases were registered against Wadhawa Singh in 1981 on charges of murder.
Lakhbir Singh Rode: Rode's Punjab Police dossier describes him as a "hardcore terrorist". While his name did inspire fear in Punjab once upon a time, it was more the consequence of his political influence and kinship rather than direct armed action. Now aged about 50, Rode is a nephew of the feared revanchist preacher Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, who plunged Punjab into the Khalistan movement. He joined the movement in 1982, having returned to the State after spending five years in Dubai. He fled India to Dubai in 1986, and after arranging to send his family to Canada, went on to Pakistan. Rode continues to be something of a cult figure - and successful fund-raiser - among Khalistan supporters in the U.S., the United Kingdom and Canada.
Major cases:
None. The sole FIR lodged against Rode is of April 19, 1984, at the Moga police station. This accuses Rode of several minor crimes, including trespass and causing damage in excess of Rs.50 to property.
Gajinder Singh (Dal Khalsa): Gajinder Singh came into public notice after he hijacked an Indian Airlines flight to Lahore in 1981. The hijacking was carried out to protest against the arrest of Bhindranwale earlier that year for his alleged role in the assassination of Hind Samachar Editor Lala Jagat Narain. The hijacker was given a life sentence but served only a few years in jail before being granted asylum in Pakistan. The hijacking was one of five such acts carried out by pro-Khalistan groups. Pakistan's direct involvement in these outrages was revealed after the 1984 hijacking, when West German officials confirmed that a pistol used by the terrorists was part of an official military consignment that had been sent to that country.
Meanwhile, in India, Gajinder Singh's organisation, the Dal Khalsa, was banned in 1982, but was allowed to restart overground activity a decade later. On August 11, 2001, Gajinder Singh was elected chief of the organisation, although he remains in Pakistan.

Continues to be wanted for the 1981 hijacking.
Ranjit Singh Neeta (Khalistan Zindabad Force) A resident of Ward 2 in Jammu city's Sumbal Camp area, Neeta is the only Khalistan terrorist to be still active among the five whom India has demanded from Pakistan. He started his career as a small-time criminal, and developed contacts with smugglers in the R.S. Pora and Samba areas. Neeta's Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) has close links with the ISI, and is committed to joint action with Jammu and Kashmir terrorist groups, notably the Hizbul Mujahideen. Despite recent losses - Neeta's second in command, Amritpal Singh Romi, was killed in an encounter in 2000 - the KZF remains active.
Major cases:
Neeta's name figures in over half a dozen FIRs filed after bomb blasts on trains and buses running between Jammu and Pathankot between 1988 and 1999. The most recent one was filed by the Kathua police in October 2001, for the assassination of Deputy Superintendent of Police Devinder Sharma. Dawood Ibrahim an Indian underworld don, man behind the planning and financing 13 explosions in Mumbai in 1993 in which almost 300people died. Ibrahim is wanted in connection with cases of arms supply, counterfeiting, drugs trade, funding alleged criminals, murder and smuggling. He lives in and operates from Karachi, Pakistan.
Wadhawan Singh Babbar chief of Sikh group Babbar Khalsa International, which was involved in an insurgency in East Punjab during the 1980s. He is wanted in over a dozen cases of sedition, murder and in connection with the assassination ofEast Punjab's then chief minister Beant Singh. He lives in and operates from Lahore, Pakistan.
Ranjit Singh Neeta chief of Khalistan Zindabad Force. He is wanted in cases of murder, bomb blasts and smuggling of arms in India. He lives in and operates from Lahore, Pakistan.
Paramjit Singh Panjwar leader of the Khalistan Commando Force. He is accused of trying to revive the Sikh insurgency in East Punjab and is wanted in more than a dozen cases of murder, treason, conspiracy and arms smuggling. He lives in and operates from Lahore, Pakistan.
Lakhbir Singh Rode leader of the International Sikh Youth Federation, is wanted in cases of arms smuggling, conspiracy to attack government leaders in Delhi and inciting religious hatred in East Punjab. He lives in and operates from Lahore, Pakistan.
Gajinder Singh leader of Sikh group Dal Khalsa, is accused of hijacking an Indian Airlines plane from Srinagar to Delhi in 1981. He was arrested by Pakistan after he hijacked the plane to Lahore and tried. He lives in and operates from Lahore, Pakistan.
